Claims (4)
- 炭素質吸着材を利用して排ガスを処理する乾式の排ガス処理装置であって、
前記炭素質吸着材が充填され、NH3が供給された排ガス中のNOxを前記炭素質吸着材の触媒効果による還元反応によって除去すると共に、排ガス中のSO2を前記炭素質吸着材に吸着させて除去する吸着部と、
前記炭素質吸着材が充填され、前記吸着部から排出される排ガス中のNH3を前記炭素質吸着材に吸着させて除去するNH3除去部と、を備え、
前記吸着部は、排ガスが順次流通するよう排ガス流路に沿って設けられた複数の室部を有しており、
前記NH3除去部には、前記複数の室部のうち前記排ガス流路の下流側の室部にて充填された前記炭素質吸着材が移送されて供給されることを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 前記吸着部は、前記複数の室部として、前室部、中室部及び後室部を前記排ガス流路の上流側からこの順に有しており、
前記NH3除去部には、前記中室部にて充填された前記炭素質吸着材、若しくは前記後室部にて充填された前記炭素質吸着材、又はこれらが混合された前記炭素質吸着材が移送されて供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガス処理装置。 - 前記炭素質吸着材を加熱脱離して再生させる脱離部をさらに備え、
前記脱離部には、前記NH3除去部にて充填された前記炭素質吸着材が移送されて供給され、
前記吸着部には、前記脱離部にて再生させた前記炭素質吸着材が移送されて供給されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排ガス処理装置。 - 前記吸着部は、分流された排ガスの一方及びNH3が供給される第1吸着部と、分流された排ガスの他方が供給される第2吸着部と、を含んで構成されており、
前記第2吸着部には、前記第1吸着部にて充填された前記炭素質吸着材が移送されて供給され、
前記NH3除去部には、前記第2吸着部における前記排ガス流路の下流側の室部にて充填された前記炭素質吸着材が移送されて供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の排ガス処理装置。
