Claims (8)
- ボトム部と前記ボトム部の周辺に形成された縁部とを具備するボトムコンテナと、
印刷回路基板と、前記印刷回路基板に装着された多数の光源と、前記印刷回路基板に装着された光源回路基板コネクタと、前記印刷回路基板に形成されて前記多数の光源と前記光源回路基板コネクタを電気的に接続する電気信号パターンとを具備し、前記ボトム部に配置される複数の光源回路基板と、
光源駆動基板コネクタが装着された光源駆動基板と、
前記光源駆動基板コネクタと接続される第1端部及び前記光源回路基板コネクタと接続される第2端部とを具備し、前記光源駆動基板で前記光源回路基板に信号を伝達する信号伝送ケーブルと、
を具備し、
前記印刷回路基板において、前記光源は互いに最も近くに隣接する光源間に第1間隔を有し、前記光源回路基板コネクタはそれと隣接する光源と前記第1間隔より短い第1距離だけ離隔され、前記光源回路基板コネクタは、前記第1間隔だけ離隔された2つの光源の間に配置されることを特徴とし、
少なくとも1つの前記縁部には前記光源駆動基板を収納する側部空間が形成されることを特徴とするバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記側部空間は、前記ボトム部から延長された傾斜部、前記傾斜部から外側方向に延長された平面部、及び前記平面部から垂直に延長された垂直部により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記光源駆動基板コネクタは、前記光源駆動基板の外面に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記光源駆動基板は、前記平面部に対向する内面及び前記内面の反対面である外面を具備し、前記内面には前記光源を駆動するための回路部品を装着し、前記外面には前記光源駆動基板コネクタを装着することを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記信号伝送ケーブルの前記第1端部は、前記光源駆動基板コネクタと接続され、前記貫通ホールで第1折曲げ部が形成され、前記光源回路基板の縁付近で第2折曲げ部が形成され、前記信号伝送ケーブルの前記第2端部は、光源回路基板コネクタに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記側部空間は、前記ボトム部から延長された傾斜部、前記傾斜部から外側方向に延長された平面部、及び前記平面部から垂直に延長された垂直部により形成され、前記光源駆動基板は前記側部空間において前記傾斜部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記側部空間は、前記ボトム部から延長された傾斜部、前記傾斜部から外側方向に延長された平面部、及び前記平面部から垂直に延長された垂直部により形成され、前記光源駆動基板は前記側部空間の下部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 傾斜部、平面部、垂直部を具備する側部及びボトム部を具備するボトムコンテナを準備し、
印刷回路基板と、前記印刷回路基板に装着された多数の光源と、前記印刷回路基板に装着された光源回路基板コネクタと、前記印刷回路基板に形成されて前記多数の光源と前記光源回路基板コネクタを電気的に接続する電気信号パターンとを具備し、前記印刷回路基板において、前記光源は互いに最も近くに隣接する光源間に第1間隔を有し、前記光源回路基板コネクタはそれと隣接する光源と前記第1間隔より短い第1距離だけ離隔されることを特徴とし、前記光源回路基板コネクタは、前記第1間隔だけ離隔された2つの光源の間に配置されることを特徴とする光源回路基板を前記ボトムコンテナの前記ボトム部に配置し、
前記光源回路基板に信号を供給する回路と光源駆動基板コネクタを具備する光源駆動回路と前記光源駆動回路の電磁波を遮蔽する遮蔽部材とを結合し、
前記遮蔽部材と結合された前記光源駆動基板を前記側部に収納し、
前記遮蔽部材を前記ボトムコンテナのボトム部に組立て、
前記光源回路基板コネクタと前記光源駆動基板コネクタとを信号伝送ケーブルに接続すること、
を含むバックライトアセンブリの組立て方法。
