Claims (1)
- 粉体の収容容器を有し、その収容容器の下方に設置された駆動部と、その駆動部から前記収容容器内に突出された主軸と、その主軸に下端を止着されたL字状の丸棒とした攪拌手段と、その攪拌手段の下方で主軸に取り付けられた複数の羽根体からなる供給手段と、前記駆動部と連動される回転軸に取り付けられ、周縁に粉体の計量溝を適宜ピッチで形成した供給盤と、その供給盤の外方端下に形成された排出シュートとより構成され、前記排出シュート上には供給盤の計量溝の粉体を排出シュートに対して強制的に落下させる手段を備えており、前記した強制的に落下させる手段は、前記した供給盤の計量溝と噛合する突歯を周縁に備え、その供給盤と平行方向に回転するスクレーパギアとし、前記したスクレーパギアは供給盤の回転力を駆動源とし、供給盤と同期して回転するものとし、前記供給手段の羽根体は、一部が供給盤の上面と摺接するものとした粉体の定量フィーダ装置において、前記スクレーパギアはその厚さを供給盤と略同一とし、その突歯を供給盤の計量溝に対して、水平方向の並列される外側位置から計量溝の厚さサイズに合わせて噛合され、粉体の収容容器からの粉体を排出シュート上まで搬送した後に、供給盤の計量溝の一つが排出シュートの上面開口を摺接通過し、排出シュートに落下排出する構成としたことを特徴とする粉体の定量フィーダ装置。
