Claims (4)
- 可燃性ガスの供給口および点火デバイス(7)、サンプルガスの供給口、サンプルガスが火炎によりイオン化される燃焼チャンバ(4)、ならびにイオン電流を発生させ、測定するために電圧が印加される電極(8、1)を備える水素炎イオン化検出器であって、この水素炎イオン化検出器は、マイクロシステム技術の方法により加工される互いに接続された少なくとも3つの平行なプレートレット様基板(1、2、3)の一体化平面システムとして構築され、中央基板(1)がガス用ノズル(5、6)および点火デバイス(7)ならびに燃焼チャンバ(4)の一部を形成するリセスを含み、この水素炎イオン化検出器は、隣接基板(2、3)のリセスによって完成し、本質的にこれらの基板(2、3)によってノズル領域と共に閉じられ、隣接基板(2、3)はガス用供給チャンネル(10、11)を含むことを特徴とする、水素炎イオン化検出器。
- 中央基板(1)が、電気伝導性であり、隣接基板(2、3)が本質的に非伝導性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素炎イオン化検出器。
- 中央基板(1)がケイ素からなり、隣接基板(2、3)がガラスからなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の水素炎イオン化検出器。
- ガラスが、ボロシリカートガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の水素炎イオン化検出器。
