Description
Claims (3)
- 燃焼室(5)を有しており、可燃ガス(B)及び酸化剤(O)が対向側から前記燃焼室に供給される向流燃焼器において、
相互に連結され、他の上に一つが位置している3つの平面基板(1、2、3)を備えており、
前記中基板(2)は燃焼室(5)を備えており、前記中基板(2)の平面内に位置する通路(4)が対向方向で前記燃焼室から端部へ通じており、対向方向から前記通路(4)を通って導入される前記可燃ガス(B)および前記酸化剤(O)が前記燃焼室(5)内で衝突しており、
前記上基板(3)及び前記下基板(1)は基本的に閉じられており、
少なくとも前記中基板(2)はマイクロシステム技術の方法を用いて製造されている、ことを特徴とする向流燃焼器。 - 前記向流燃焼器が熱交換器である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の向流燃焼器。
- 前記上基板(3)及び/又は前記下基板(1)は、燃焼室(5)の領域において、燃焼を加速させる材料で覆われている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の向流燃焼器。
