Claims (2)
- センサブロック(100)を備える差圧センサであって、前記センサブロック(100)は、差圧センサ要素(dp)が収容されたキャビティ(8)内へとつながる内部オイル充填チャネル(3、4、5)を有しており、前記センサブロック(100)には2つのプロセスダイヤフラム(B、C)が配設されており、前記2つのプロセスダイヤフラム(B、C)は、それぞれに対応する圧力(p1、p2)を有する対応する高圧環境にそれぞれ直接露出されていて、対応する前記高圧環境と前記内部オイル充填チャネル(3、4、5)とを分離し、かつ、前記対応する圧力(p1、p2)を、それぞれに対応する前記内部オイル充填チャネル(4、3)に伝達する、差圧センサにおいて、
前記対応する圧力(p1、p2)が、前記内部オイル充填チャネルのうち反対の対応となるチャネル(3、4)に加わることを阻止するため、2つの分離ディスク(A、D)が、対応する前記高圧環境に対してそれぞれ流体連通状態で、前記センサブロック(100)に配設されており、
前記2つの分離ディスクのそれぞれ(例えば、A)は、予め張力がかけられ、実質的に滑らかであり、かつ、対応する当接面(例えば、9)に寄り添い、前記当接面(例えば、9)は、前記内部オイル充填チャネルのうち他の前記圧力(例えば、p2)を呈するチャネル(例えば、3)内への小開口(例えば、13)を有しており、
2つの前記対応する内部オイル充填チャネル(3、4)間に横断チャネル(5)が設けられ、前記横断チャネル(5)中に、差圧センサ要素(dp)を収容する前記キャビティ(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする、差圧センサ。 - 前記分離ディスク(A、D)が、わずかに凸状の形状を有する前記当接面(9、10)と実質的に相補的に適合するように予め張力がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差圧センサ。
