Description
Claims (2)
- 固体レーザ媒質を備えた固体レーザ装置であって、
前記固体レーザ媒質に対する励起光、及び前記固体レーザ媒質からの出力光を通過させるための開口部が形成され、前記固体レーザ媒質を収納し、内部に前記固体レーザ媒質を冷却するための冷媒が供給される容器と、
前記容器の前記開口部に対して前記固体レーザ媒質を固定させる固定部材と、
前記固体レーザ媒質および前記固定部材とともに前記容器を収納する真空容器と、
を備え、
前記固体レーザ媒質は、多面体の固体レーザ母材と、前記固体レーザ母材の一部の外面に接合された固体レーザ利得媒質とを有し、
前記固定部材は、内部形状が前記固体レーザ媒質の外形と略同一であり、外面に開口が形成された枠状を成して前記固体レーザ媒質を取り囲んで保持し、前記固体レーザ媒質の前記固体レーザ利得媒質が接合された外面を除く外面を前記容器の内面に向けて押圧することにより、前記容器の内側から前記開口部を塞ぐように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする固体レーザ装置。 - 前記容器の内面には、前記開口部の縁部に沿った段差部が形成され、
前記固定部材は、前記固体レーザ媒質を前記段差部に向けて押圧するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の固体レーザ装置。
