Claims (2)
- 加速粒子の照射を受ける固体状のターゲットと、
前記ターゲットに接する冷却部と、を備え、
前記冷却部には、前記ターゲットに接して流動する冷却水が通過する冷却溝が形成されており、
前記冷却溝は、前記冷却部における前記ターゲットと接する側の表面において延伸するように形成されると共に隣接して並ぶ少なくとも一対の並行部を有し、
前記冷却部は、前記一対の並行部を区画する隔壁部を有し、
前記隔壁部は、前記ターゲットに近い側の方が前記ターゲットから遠い側よりも薄いことを特徴とするターゲット装置。 - 前記隔壁部は、前記ターゲットに当接する当接部を有し、
前記当接部は、前記ターゲットに近い側が遠い側に比べて薄くなるような勾配が形成されたテーパ状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のターゲット装置。
