Claims (2)
- 被搬送物を搬送する走行体をレールに走行自在に設置した搬送システムにおいて、
前記走行体を走行駆動する同期形のリニアモータを設け、
このリニアモータは、それぞれが独立した1台のリニアモータの一次側の電機子として機能可能な複数の個別モータを、前記走行体の走行領域の全域に渡り、前記レールに沿って間隔を開けて配列し、永久磁石からなる可動子を前記走行体に設置し、前記可動子の走行方向の長さを、可動子が走行方向のどの位置にあっても複数の個別モータに渡って対向する長さとし、
前記各個別モータは、前記走行方向の長さ(A)が互いに同じで、かつ隣り合う前記個別モータ間の間隔(C)が互いに同じであり、前記可動子の前記走行方向の長さ(B)を、個別モータ設置間隔の長さ(A+C)の整数倍とした搬送システム。 - 前記各個別モータは、前記走行方向の長さが互いに同じであり、前記可動子の前記走行方向の長さを、個別モータに対向する部分の長さの和が、1個の個別モータの長さ以上である請求項1記載の搬送システム。
