Description
Claims (8)
- 燃料電池機器を作動する方法であって、
前記燃料電池機器は、
燃料電池ユニットであって、該燃料電池ユニットの燃料電池は、アノード、カソード、および両電極間の電解質を取り囲む、燃料電池ユニットと、
燃料を前記アノードに搬送する燃料チャネルと、
前記燃料チャネルに接続するように配置され、アルコール燃料から水素燃料ガスを生成する処理機器と、
を有し、
当該方法において、前記燃料チャネルに沿って、アルコール燃料が前記処理機器に供給され、
前記処理機器内で、前記アルコール燃料から水素燃料ガスが生成され、
燃料ガスは、前記処理機器から前記アノードに供給され、
燃料ガスは、前記アノードで使用され、
前記燃料ガスの使用後に生じた排ガスは、前記アノードから、前記燃料の流れ方向において、前記処理機器の前段の位置で、前記燃料チャネル内に放出され、前記燃料と混合され、
水源から前記燃料チャネルに水が供給され、前記水は、前記処理機器に搬送される前に、前記燃料チャネルにおいて、前記アルコール燃料と混合され、
前記燃料電池機器は、前記燃料電池ユニットの温度を測定する測定装置と、制御ユニットとを有し、
該制御ユニットは、前記測定装置の測定結果に基づいて、前記燃料チャネルに供給される水の量を制御するように配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水は、前記燃料電池機器の始動段階および/または停止段階において、前記アルコール燃料に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコール燃料と混合される水の量は、前記処理機器の後段における前記水素燃料ガスの水素量が最大5体積%以下となるように添加されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 水は、前記燃料電池ユニットの温度が200〜600℃の間、好ましくは400〜550℃の間にあるとき、前記アルコール燃料と混合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記アルコール燃料は、前記処理機器に供給される前に、蒸発器内で気化され、
水は、前記蒸発器に供給される前に、前記燃料チャネル内で前記アルコール燃料に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 燃料電池ユニットを有する燃料電池機器であって、
前記燃料電池ユニットの燃料電池は、アノード、カソード、および両電極間の電解質を取り囲み、
当該燃料電池機器は、
燃料を前記アノードに搬送する燃料チャネルと、
前記燃料チャネルに接続するように配置され、アルコール燃料から水素燃料ガスを生成する処理機器と、
排ガスを前記アノードから、前記燃料の流れ方向において、前記処理機器の前段の位置で、前記燃料チャネルに搬送する回収チャネルと、
を有し、
当該燃料電池機器は、さらに、
水源から、前記処理機器の前段の位置で、前記燃料チャネルに水を供給する水分供給手段を有するとともに、
前記燃料電池ユニットの温度を測定する測定装置と、制御ユニットとを有し、
該制御ユニットは、前記測定装置の測定結果に基づいて、前記燃料チャネルに供給される水の量を制御するように配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池機器。 - 前記アノードは、ニッケルまたは他の酸化されやすい金属を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池機器。
- 前記燃料チャネルに接続するように適合された蒸発器を有し、
前記水分供給手段の供給点は、前記蒸発器の前段において、前記燃料チャネルに配置されることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の燃料電池機器。
