Description

The present invention belongs to a technical field of a fence constructed for the purpose of windproof, snowproof, dustproof, seawater splash, throwing prevention, ballproofing, fallen object prevention, and the like, and more specifically, a belt conveyor and an electric wire penetrating the fence Fence with a structure that is formed in the required size and shape to the necessary place for facility openings for installing facilities such as water pipes or ducts, or for people and various vehicles to enter and exit About.

Conventionally, various structures and types have been known and implemented for fences for windproof, snowproof, dustproof, seawater splash, throwing prevention, ballproofing, fallen object prevention, and the like.
For example, the fences disclosed in the following Patent Documents 1 to 4 have a configuration in which a net made of a synthetic resin is stretched between, for example, wire ropes or the like between pillars standing at intervals, for example, around a coal storage It is used for the purpose of preventing dust from being scattered to the surrounding area by installing it in the sea, or for the purpose of suppressing flying sand by installing it in the coastal area. However, there are cases where facilities such as belt conveyors, pipes, ducts, etc. have to be installed over the fence at the coal storage. In this case, at the site, the synthetic resin net is cut into a size that allows the facility object to pass through with scissors or the like, and further, the wire rope that supports the synthetic resin net is cut with pliers or the like to form the opening. Things were going on.

The fences disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 4 can be installed by penetrating facilities such as belt conveyors, piping, and ducts through openings formed by cutting a synthetic resin net with scissors or the like. However, when repeatedly subjected to a large load such as wind load or object collision force, the opening is equal to the breakage point of the wire rope forming the net, and the tension balance between the wire ropes is equal to being broken. The opening becomes larger and larger with the opening as a wound, and a sufficient windproof effect cannot be obtained, and the utility of the net is lost. In addition, a rough cut with scissors, pliers, etc. impairs the aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, the work of climbing to an intermediate position of a very high fence (for example, about 25 m) and cutting on the site is very time-consuming and causes safety problems for workers.

By the way, the Applicant has developed a fence that can be used stably and stably over a long period of time, without the risk of local damage even when repeatedly subjected to large loads such as wind loads or object collision forces. A patent application has already been filed (see Patent Document 5 above).
Specifically, a plurality of horizontal support ropes are erected between the upright support posts spaced apart in the vertical direction, and a plurality of rectangular ropes are formed along the support ropes. The perforated panel is suspended by connecting the upper and lower sides in parallel with the supporting ropes vertically adjacent to each other, and the vertical sides of the adjacent end portions of the perforated panels adjacent in the horizontal direction are wrapped. It is the structure which was made. Moreover, the both ends of the upper side of the said perforated panel, the both ends of a lower side, and the support rope are connected with the suspension structure which maintains a parallel state. That is, it is a suspension structure that keeps both the upper and lower ends of the perforated panel in parallel with the supporting rope, which are particularly susceptible to stress concentration and damage due to repeated loads such as wind loads and article collisions. Since it is connected, stress concentration acting on both ends of the upper and lower sides of the perforated panel can be prevented, so that the strength and durability of the end of the perforated panel can be increased, and it has excellent durability over a long period of time. It can be used soundly with its long life.

The object of the present invention is the fence disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 5, the opening for installing a facility such as a belt conveyor, piping, duct, etc. penetrating the fence, or for passing people and various vehicles etc. The opening can be formed in the required size and shape at the required location, and there is no risk of local damage even if a large load due to wind load or object collision force is repeated, and it has excellent durability. Provide a fence that can be used in a stable and stable state for a long period of time and has an excellent aesthetic appearance.

Below, the fence concerning the present invention is explained based on the illustrated example.
The whole structure of the fence 1A of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is the same as that of the fence disclosed in Patent Document 5, and is as described in paragraph [0005].
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the fence 1A according to the first embodiment has four perforated panels 4 having a quadrangular shape along a support rope 3 laid between the columns 2 and 2. As shown in FIG. The upper side and the lower side are suspended in parallel with the supporting rope 3 and are arranged so that adjacent end portions arranged side by side wrap in 18 stages in the vertical direction. The outer dimension of the left and right struts is 25 m and the length is about 13 m. In the fifth to eighth stages counted from the uppermost stage, an opening 10 is formed for passing through a facility such as a belt conveyor, piping, duct, and the like. The perforated panel 40 and the opening 10 without the perforated panel 40 are arranged side by side. In addition, description of the hole of the perforated panel of a fence shown in FIG. 1 is abbreviate | omitted and drawing is abbreviate | omitted by the reduced scale, The specific shape is shown in the enlarged view of FIGS.

As shown in the enlarged view of the opening 10 in FIG. 2, among the support ropes 3 installed in the vertical direction between the support columns 2, 2, the place where the opening 10 is to be formed (counted from the top). In the fifth to eighth stages), the opening support ropes 50 and 51 are parallel to the support ropes 3a and 3b on the upper and lower openings, and the support ropes 3a and 3b are 100 to 300 mm in the vertical direction. Two pieces are installed on each of the upper and lower sides with a certain interval S 1 , S 2 . Further, the interval than the interval S 1 upward, has become wider toward the downward direction of the spacing S 2. The reason why the spaces S 1 and S 2 are provided between the opening support ropes 50 and 51 and the upper and lower support ropes 3 a and 3 b is that the perforated panel 40 installed on the fifth stage supported by the opening support rope 50. This is because the lifting due to the wind load of the 9th-stage perforated panel 4 supported by the supporting rope 3b on the lower side of the opening is taken into consideration. That is, the support rope 3 without the opening 10 and the opening support ropes 50 and 51 with the opening 10 are different in how they are lifted by wind load, so the support rope 3a (3b) and the opening support rope 50 ( and a gap S 1 and S 2 so as not to interfere 51). Furthermore, the vertical spacing of the support rope 3 is different because the opening support ropes 50 and 51 with the opening 10 have fewer perforated panels 40 than the support rope 3 without the opening 10. , because lifting is small, thereby reducing the spacing S 1 in the upward direction, and to increase the spacing S 2 downward. Further, together, increase the spacing S 2 downward load of the hanging posts are installed to the vertical side position of the opening 10 in consideration of the fact that the sag is received by the bottom of the opening for supporting the rope 51 is increased ing.
