Claims (16)
- フィルターモジュール(10)であって、
流体入口と流体出口とを有するハウジング(12)であって、前記ハウジングは、長手方向軸を画定している筒状の細長いフィルター要素(14)と、同軸に配置されているとともに回転可能に取り付けられているパイプ(16)に導管(20)によって接続されている洗浄ヘッド(18)とを包囲しており、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)は、前記筒状の細長いフィルター要素(14)の内面に向かって弾性的に付勢され、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)は、前記フィルター要素(14)の前記内面に面するとともに前記ハウジング(12)の内部と前記パイプ(16)の内部との間に流体連通を提供する、調整可能なサイズを有する開口部(24)を有する、ハウジング(12)と、
前記ハウジング(12)の内部から前記パイプ(16)の内部への流体流を生じさせるように前記ハウジング(12)の内部と前記パイプ(16)の内部との間で圧力差を生じさせる手段と、
前記パイプ(16)を回転させる手段(30)と、
前記洗浄ヘッド(18)に回転可能に支持されているとともに取り外し可能に取り付けられているスペーサー要素(22)であって、該洗浄ヘッド(18)と前記フィルター要素(14)の該内面との間に最小限の間隔を画定する、スペーサー要素(22)と、
を備える、フィルターモジュール。 - フィルターモジュールは、第2の導管(20)によって該パイプ(16)に接続されている少なくとも第2の洗浄ヘッド(18)を備え、前記第2の洗浄ヘッド(18)は、前記筒状の細長いフィルター要素(14)の該内面に向かって弾性的に付勢され、前記第2の洗浄ヘッド(18)に回転可能に支持されているとともに取り外し可能に取り付けられている少なくとも更なるスペーサー要素(22)を有し、前記フィルター要素(14)の前記内面に面するとともに前記ハウジング(12)の内部と前記パイプ(16)の内部との間に流体連通を提供する、調整可能なサイズを有する開口部(24)を有し、該洗浄ヘッド(18)は、互いに対して角度を付けて該長手方向軸の方向にオフセットされている、請求項1に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記洗浄ヘッド(18)上の前記スペーサー要素(22)の位置は、該洗浄ヘッド(18)と前記フィルター要素(14)の該内面との間の最小限の間隔を制御するように調整可能である、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記スペーサー要素はディスク状の形状である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記スペーサー要素(22)は、前記フィルター要素(14)の材料よりも柔らかい材料で作製される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記洗浄ヘッド(18)は、前記フィルター要素(14)の該長手方向軸に沿って延在しており、前記洗浄ヘッドは、第1の端(32)と、反対側の第2の端(34)とを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記開口部(24)はスリットである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記開口部(24)は、前記フィルター要素(14)の該長手方向軸に対して実質的に平行な向きである、請求項7に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記開口部(24)は、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)の該第1の端(32)と該第2の端(34)との間に延在している、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記スペーサー要素は、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)の前記第1の端(32)及び前記第2の端(34)のうちの一方に配置されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 前記回転可能に支持されているスペーサー要素(22)の回転軸は、前記フィルター要素(14)の該長手方向軸に対して実質的に平行に配置されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 第1のスペーサー要素(22)が、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)の前記第1の端(32)に回転可能に支持されているとともに取り外し可能に取り付けられており、第2のスペーサー要素(22)が、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)の前記第2の端(34)に回転可能に支持されているとともに取り外し可能に取り付けられている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 開口部(24)のサイズは、前記洗浄ヘッド(18)に取り外し可能に取り付けられている制限要素(36)によって調整可能である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 開口部(24)のサイズは、所与の制限要素(36)を、異なるサイズを有する別の制限要素と取り替えることによって調整可能である、請求項13に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- 開口部(24)のサイズは、所与の制限要素(36)を再び配置するとともにこの制限要素を前記洗浄ヘッド(18)の異なる位置に取り外し可能に取り付けることによって調整可能である、請求項13に記載のフィルターモジュール。
- パイプ(16)が回転可能に取り付けられることに加えて又はその代わりに、該筒状の細長いフィルター要素(14)が前記ハウジング(12)内に回転可能に取り付けられる、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のフィルターモジュール。
