1. 第1の面と第2の面とを有するフルオロポリマー封入強化材層を含む第1の層と、

第4の層上に配置された造形された端縁であって、造形された端縁が外縁と内縁とを含み、形材が内縁の周りに配置され、光電池デバイスと係合して支持するようにされている端縁と
を含む、光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
図1はこの実施例のための典型例である。EPDMで造形された縁取り60(AAA Acme Rubber Companyから得られた特別設計)は、光電池モジュール80を保持し、過酷な条件において光電池デバイス80の上で雪/氷を滑らせるための傾斜された外縁を有するように設計された。
典型的な実施形態において、5ミルのFEP接着フィルム30を用いて片面処理された材料40を、設置された強化材層20(SHEERFILL)にヒートシールする。ヒートシーリングは、幅3インチのヒートシーラーで680Fで3分間行われる。シリコーンPSA(Dow Corning 7735または同様なもの)を、ヒートシーリングの前(適切な剥離フィルムを供給される場合)または後に片面処理された層(OS布)40に適用することができる。
Claims (12)
- 第1の面と第2の面とを有するフルオロポリマー封入強化材層を含む第1の層と、
前記第1の層の前記第2の面上に配置された接着性層を含む第2の層と、
フルオロポリマー封入強化材を含み、第1の面が未封入強化材表面を提供し、前記封入表面がその間の前記接着性層に付着される第3の層と、
前記第3の層の前記未封入強化材表面上に配置された接着剤を含む第4の層と、
前記第4の層上に配置された造形された端縁であって、前記造形された端縁が外縁と内縁とを含み、形材が前記内縁の周りに配置され、光電池デバイスと係合して支持するようにされている端縁と
を含む、光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。 - 前記形材がスロット、溝、またはスナップフィット係合システムである、請求項1に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 第5の層が、前記第4の層上に配置されたフックアンドループシステムまたは可撓性基材を含み、第6の層が接着剤層であり、前記造形された端縁が前記第6の層上に配置される、第5の層および第6の層をさらに含む請求項1または2に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記第1の層の前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、フッ素化エチレンプロピレンコポリマー(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンと二フッ化ビニリデンとのコポリマー(THV)またはペルフルオロアルコキシ樹脂(PFA)である、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記第1の層の前記強化材がガラス、ポリアラミド、ポリエステル、炭素繊維または金属繊維布、メッシュ、または不織布材料を含む、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記接着性層がPFA、PVDF、THV、ETFEまたはFEPである、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記第3の層の前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、フッ素化エチレンプロピレンコポリマー(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンと二フッ化ビニリデンとのコポリマー(THV)またはペルフルオロアルコキシ樹脂(PFA)である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記第3の層の前記強化材がガラス、ポリアラミド、ポリエステル、炭素繊維または金属繊維布、メッシュ、または不織布材料を含む、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記第4の層の接着剤が、ネオプレンゴム、二液型エポキシ、シリコーンコーキング材またはポリウレタンである、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 前記第6の層の接着剤が、ネオプレンゴム、二液型エポキシ、シリコーンコーキング材またはポリウレタンである、請求項3〜9の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム
- 前記接着性層が表面処理される、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
- 水、雪、氷、ほこりまたは細かい屑が光電池デバイスから分散されたように、前記システムの上に向いている部分を覆うような構成において前記フルオロポリマー封入強化材に付着された材料のセグメントをさらに含む、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の光電池デバイスを支持するための建築用膜システム。
