Description
最近のCO2環境に関する議論や化石燃料の原料価格の高騰により、自動車産業は車両の燃料消費を低減する努力を払っている。
それに対し、請求項1に記載された特徴を有する車両エネルギーマネージメント装置は複数の利点を有する。まず1つの利点として、車両全体のエネルギー効率が上昇するという利点がある。このことにより、車両の航続距離の増大や車両バッテリーの容量の縮小が実現され、このことはコスト縮小にも繋がる。さらに、空調用電動コンプレッサの代わりに空調用機械駆動式コンプレッサを使用することにより、より簡略かつよりロバストな装置を実現することができる。空調を行うためのエネルギー蓄積器として電気バッテリーを使用する代わりに蓄熱器を使用するのが有利である。というのも蓄熱器の方が低コストであり、さらに経時作用がほとんど生じないからである。また、空調用機械駆動式コンプレッサは大量生産でき、また部品数が少ないので、コストを格段に削減することができ、かつ格段に軽量化することができる。また、公知の空調用電動コンプレッサは典型的には高電圧コンプレッサとして構成されるが、空調用機械駆動式コンプレッサを使用することにより、確実性が向上し、車両の事故変形ゾーン内に取り付けられることが多くなる。
図1は、車両エネルギーマネージメント装置のブロック図である。この車両は有利には電動車であるが、本発明のエネルギーマネージメント装置は、内燃機関を備えた車両、スタートストップ機能を有する車両、ハイブリッド車、プラグインハイブリッド車および燃料電池車にも使用することができる。
空調用機械駆動式コンプレッサ3の負荷を増加させることによって車両の制動エネルギーを冷却エネルギーに変換することにより、制動エネルギーの回生を行うことができる。この冷却エネルギーは、トラクションバッテリー5や車室6の冷却に直接使用するか、または、まず蓄熱器4に一時蓄積し、その後の時点でトラクションバッテリーへ供給することができる。
Claims (12)
- 空調設備と、該空調設備を制御するコントローラとを備えた、車両のエネルギーマネージメント装置であって、
前記空調設備(8)は、前記車両のパワートレインに機械的に結合された空調用コンプレッサ(3)と、蓄熱器(4)とを有し、
前記コントローラ(2)は、前記車両のトラクションバッテリーの熱に関するパラメータの情報を評価するように構成されており、
前記コントローラ(2)は、前記トラクションバッテリーの熱に関するパラメータの情報を評価することによって制御信号(s1)を求め、前記空調用機械駆動式コンプレッサ(3)に供給する
ことを特徴とする、エネルギーマネージメント装置。 - 前記コントローラ(2)は前記空調用コンプレッサ(3)の負荷を変化させることにより、前記車両の運動エネルギーが、必要に応じた冷却エネルギーに変換されるように、該空調用コンプレッサ(3)を制御する、請求項1記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 前記空調用コンプレッサ(3)によって生成された冷却エネルギーは、前記コントローラ(2)によって制御されて前記蓄熱器(4)に一時蓄積され、該コントローラ(2)によって制御されて該蓄熱器(4)から前記トラクションバッテリー(5)および/または前記車両の車室(6)へ供給される、請求項2記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 前記空調用コンプレッサ(3)によって生成された冷却エネルギーは、前記トラクションバッテリー(5)または前記車両の車室(6)へ直接供給される、請求項2記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 前記コントローラ(2)は、前記車両のパワートレインに発生したジャークに対して抗力が発生するように、前記空調用コンプレッサ(3)を制御する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 前記蓄熱器(4)は潜熱蓄熱器である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 冷媒循環システムが蓄熱器とともに、熱を発生させるためのヒートポンプ方式で動作する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 前記コントローラ(2)は前記車両のパワートレインエネルギーマネージメント部(1)に接続されており、
前記コントローラ(2)は、前記パワートレインエネルギーマネージメント部(1)から前記コントローラ(2)に供給された情報に依存して前記制御信号を生成する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。 - 前記パワートレインエネルギーマネージメント部(1)が前記熱に関するパラメータの情報を前記コントローラ(2)へ供給する、請求項8記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 当該エネルギーマネージメント装置はセンサ(S1,S2,S3)を有し、
前記センサ(S1,S2,S3)は前記コントローラ(2)に接続されており、前記熱に関するパラメータの情報を該コントローラ(2)へ供給する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。 - 前記制御信号はさらに、前記蓄熱器の温度および/または前記トラクションバッテリーの経時変化温度計算モデルにも依存して生成される、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
- 前記車両は電動車またはハイブリッド車である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のエネルギーマネージメント装置。
