Claims (10)
- 組織の切開部にアンカーを配置し前記切開部を閉じる器具であって、
実質的に円筒形の本体によって接続された、遠位端および近位端を有するカニューレを備えており、上記円筒形の本体は、カニューレが周囲の組織と接触する構成において、組織を介して体腔内へ挿入されるように構成されており、上記カニューレは、上記円筒形の本体の壁において少なくとも1つの開放可能なポートを備え、上記ポートは、縦溝であり、組織アンカーを筋膜にアクセスするために開放可能になっており、
上記カニューレと接触する周囲にあり、かつ上記開放可能なポートの近傍にある上記組織に、縫合糸を許容する組織アンカーを配置するように構成されているアンカー配置機構をさらに備えており、
上記カニューレは、少なくとも2つの円筒を備えており、上記開放可能なポートが、上記円筒のうちの少なくとも1つにおける開口部である、器具。 - 上記器具がラウンドカッターをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 上記開放可能なポートは、上記少なくとも2つの円筒を相対的に回転させることによって開放可能である、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 上記開放可能なポートが、上記少なくとも2つの円筒のうちの1つを引き抜くことによって開放されるように構成された、請求項1に記載の器具。
