Claims (12)
- シリコーンコンタクトレンズに改質表面層を設け、重合可能な膨張剤を用いて該コンタクトレンズを膨張し、そして該膨張剤を重合することによって、該改質表面層をひだ状の表面とすることを含む方法。
- 該コンタクトレンズがシリコーンヒドロゲルコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該シリコーンヒドロゲルレンズがプラズマにより酸化され、ケイ酸塩表面層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該コンタクトレンズの後面に改質表面層を設け、該後面改質表面層がひだ状となることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該改質表面層をひだ状の表面とした後に、さらにコンタクトレンズを水和させることで、ひだ状の表面を該水和したコンタクトレンズ上に保持させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該ひだ状の表面が隆起した隆線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該隆起した隆線の高さが0.5から1000nmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 該隆起した隆線の高さが10から600nmであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 該ひだ状の表面がコンタクトレンズの表面全体を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 該ひだ状の表面がコンタクトレンズ表面の選択された一部を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- シリコーンコンタクトレンズに改質表面層を設け、該コンタクトレンズを重合可能な膨張剤にさらし、該改質表面層の下に該膨張剤を残した状態で該コンタクトレンズ表面の該膨張剤の少なくとも一部を除去し、そして該膨張剤を重合することによって、該改質表面層をひだ状の表面とすることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該シリコーンヒドロゲルレンズの表面を、該膨張剤にさらす前にビニル含有可塑剤で処理することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
