Description

The present invention relates to a refurbished sash provided on an existing frame of an existing sash and a method for constructing a refurbished sash.

As a remodeling sash, a reforming sash is known that is attached to the inner peripheral side of an existing frame of an existing sash provided in an opening of a building (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Such a renovation sash is a frame that has a renovation sash that forms a mounting wall to which a new renovation sash is fixed by attaching a base material to the upper frame, lower frame, and left and right vertical frames of the existing frame. The frame is fixed to the mounting wall with screws.

The reform sash as described above is formed after the frame body of the reform sash is inserted inside the base material provided on the existing sash, and the nail fins protruding from the outer peripheral side of the frame body are brought into contact with the mounting wall. The frame must be fixed with screws while maintaining the inserted state. That is, since the worker has to tighten the screw while supporting the frame, there is a problem that workability is poor.

This invention is made | formed in view of this subject, The place made into the objective is to provide the construction method of the remodeling sash excellent in workability, and a remodeling sash.

In order to achieve such an object, the modified sash of the present invention is a modified sash provided in an existing frame of an existing sash provided in an opening that communicates indoors and outdoors, and faces the central side of the opening of the existing frame. A refurbished frame comprising a prospective portion covering a part and a finding part covering a part facing the outdoor side of the existing frame, wherein the prospective part is inserted into a space surrounded by the existing frame. Of the plurality of projecting portions provided on the existing frame and projecting toward the center of the opening, and are engaged with an engagement portion for engaging an existing screen door in the existing sash and elastically deforming. An engaging portion, and when the prospective portion is inserted into a space surrounded by the existing frame, the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion and pressed. Due to elastic deformation by the center of the opening from the engagement site A state positioned by the engaging portion pressing force is released is restored to its original shape with the engagement is released by being inserted further, the renovation frame Ru is temporarily held in the existing frame is a refurbished sash which is characterized a call.
According to such a refurbished sash, the prospective portion of the refurbished frame has the engaging portion that is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame and engages with the existing frame. It is possible to temporarily hold the refurbished frame on the existing frame. Therefore, it is possible to keep the refurbished frame temporarily held in the existing frame simply by inserting the prospective part into the space surrounded by the existing frame, and the operator can release his hand from the refurbished frame. It is. Therefore, the operator can insert the prospective part of the refurbishment frame, release his hand from the refurbishment frame, and attach the refurbishment frame to the existing frame side using both hands. For this reason, it is possible to provide a refurbished sash with good workability.

In addition , since the engaging portion with which the engaging portion engages is the protruding portion of the existing frame protruding toward the center of the opening, the space surrounded by the existing frame, that is, the engagement of the modified frame inserted inside the existing frame The parts can be easily engaged.

Moreover , since the protrusion part which an engaging part engages is a protrusion part provided in the most outdoor side of the existing frame, the engaging part provided in the renovation frame can also be arrange | positioned in the outdoor side. For this reason, when the refurbished frame is inserted into the existing frame, the engaging portion does not come into contact with other protrusions of the existing frame. For this reason, it is possible to provide a renovated sash that is easy to insert a refurbished frame and excellent in workability.

Moreover , since the site | part for the existing screen door to engage is provided in the outdoor side rather than the rail etc. which guide the existing shoji which an existing frame has, it is necessary to provide the protrusion part which an engaging part engages newly. Instead, it is possible to temporarily hold the refurbished frame on the outdoor side of the existing frame with the existing protrusion.

In this refurbished sash, the finding portion has a wall surface facing portion that protrudes outward from the outer peripheral edge of the existing frame on the outdoor side of the existing frame and faces the wall surface that becomes the boundary between the indoor and the outside, It is desirable that a waterproof joint is provided between the wall facing portion and the wall surface.
According to such a refurbished sash, the waterproof sash is provided between the wall-facing portion and the wall surface that protrudes outward from the outer peripheral edge of the existing frame and faces the wall surface. It is possible to ensure a high water stoppage between the two. Further, since the waterproof joint is provided between the wall facing portion protruding from the existing frame to the outer peripheral side and the wall surface, it is difficult to enter the field of view when viewed from the outdoor side. For this reason, it is possible to provide a refurbished sash excellent in aesthetics.

In this refurbished sash, it is preferable that the finding portion is fixed to the existing frame by a fixture, and a covering member that covers the fixture is attached to the finding portion.
According to such a refurbished sash, the fixing tool for fixing the refurbished frame to the existing frame is covered with the covering member attached to the finding portion, so that it is possible to provide a refurbished sash having a more beautiful appearance. .

In this modified sash, the engaging portion is positioned closer to the center of the opening than the engaging portion when the prospective portion is inserted into a space surrounded by the existing frame. It is desirable that the engaging portion exceeds the engaging portion, and the distal end of the engaging portion is positioned on the outer peripheral side from the distal end of the engaging portion.
According to such a modified sash, when the modified frame is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame, the engaging portion is positioned closer to the center of the opening than the engaging portion, and the engaging portion defines the engaging portion. If it exceeds, the tip of the engaging part is positioned on the outer peripheral side from the tip of the engaging part, so the tip of the engaging part can be inserted from the engaging part only by inserting the modified frame into the space surrounded by the existing frame. It will be in the state located in the center side of opening from the front-end | tip of an engagement site | part in the direction front side. For this reason, since the refurbished frame does not move in the direction opposite to the insertion direction after the engaging portion has passed the engaging portion, the refurbished frame can be temporarily and securely held on the existing frame.

In this modified sash, it is preferable that the engaging portion is a member attached to the modified frame.
According to such a retrofit sash, the engaging portion that engages with the existing frame is a member that is attached to the retrofit frame, and therefore it is not necessary to provide the retrofit frame exclusively for the retrofit. For this reason, for example, it is possible to use a new sash that is directly constructed on a building frame or the like as a remodeled sash. Further, since the position of the engaging portion can be moved, it is possible to prepare for the refurbished frame by appropriately adjusting the position according to the existing frame.

Further, it is a method for constructing a modified sash provided in an existing frame of an existing sash provided in an opening that communicates indoors and outdoors, wherein the existing frame is the most of a plurality of projecting portions that project to the center side of the opening. The refurbishment frame of the refurbished sash has an engagement portion that is provided on the outdoor side and engages with an existing screen door. A finding portion that covers a portion facing the outdoor side of the frame, and an engagement portion that is elastically deformable by engaging the engagement portion by inserting the prospective portion into a space surrounded by the existing frame , The prospective portion is inserted into a space surrounded by the existing frame, and the engaging portion is elastically deformed by being engaged with and pressed by the engaging portion, so that the opening is opened from the engaging portion. The center position is reached, and the engagement is released by further insertion. Rutotomoni pressing force is released, by being restored to its original shape, has a temporary holding step of the renovation frame is temporarily held in the existing frame, and a fixing step of fixing said finding unit to the existing frame It is the construction method of the renovated sash characterized by this.

According to the construction method of such a remodeled sash, when the prospective part of the refurbished frame is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame, the refurbished frame is temporarily held in the existing frame by engaging with the existing frame. The operator can release his hand from the refurbishment frame. For this reason, the operator can insert the prospective part of the refurbishment frame, release his hand from the refurbishment frame, and attach the refurbishment frame to the existing frame side using both hands.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is possible to provide the construction method of the remodeling sash excellent in workability, and a remodeling sash.

The finding portion main body 23f forms a wall facing portion 23k where the portion on the protruding wall portion 23g side faces the outer wall 1, and the extending portion 23h is a protruding wall at a portion where the finding portion main body 23f faces the outer wall 1 in the finding direction. It is formed so as to face the portion on the part 23g side.

An outer extension piece 23i extending in the outer peripheral direction of the refurbishment frame 20 is provided on the outer side of the refurbishment insertion piece 23d on the outdoor side portion of the refurbishment vertical frame body 23b. The outer extending piece 23i extends in a direction opposite to the extending portion 23h of the vertical frame finding portion 23e, and along with the outdoor portion of the vertical frame finding portion 23e and the refurbished vertical frame main body portion 23b, A recessed portion 23j that is open toward the interior and is recessed toward the indoor side is formed on the outdoor side of the vertical frame finding portion 23e.

An outdoor cover member 27 serving as a covering member that is engaged with the extended portion 23h and the outer extended piece 23i and covers the concave portion 23j, the extended portion 23h, and the outer extended piece 23i from the outdoor side is provided on the concave portion 23j from the outdoor side. It is inserted.

The engagement member 25 is a plate spring made of, for example, stainless steel that can be elastically deformed, and a flat attachment portion 25a attached to the refurbished frame 20 and a deformation portion 25b that elastically deforms in contact with the existing frame 50 have an acute angle. It is formed so as to be bent. The engaging member 25 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the refurbished vertical frame main body portion 23b with a double-sided tape so that the portion where the attachment portion 25a and the deformable portion 25b are connected faces the indoor side.

When the engaging member 25 attached to the refurbished vertical frame body 23b is viewed from above, as shown in FIG. 1, the deformed portion 25b is formed from the indoor side toward the outdoor side, as shown in FIG. Is attached to the vertical frame finding portion 23e side of the refurbished vertical frame main body portion 23b. The engaging member 25 has a vertical length of 30 to 40 mm, and a plurality of the engaging members 25 are attached in the longitudinal direction of the left and right refurbished vertical frames 23, that is, in the vertical direction at intervals of 300 to 400 mm.

In the state where the modified sash 10 is attached to the existing frame 50, the distal end 25 c on the side of the deforming portion 25 b of the engaging member 25 that is not connected to the attachment portion 25 a is more chamber than the existing insertion piece 53 d of the existing vertical frame 53. It is located on the inner side and is located on the existing vertical frame main body 53b side of the existing vertical frame 53 from the edge of the existing insertion piece 53d. At this time, the front end 25c on the side of the engaging member 25 that is not connected to the mounting portion 25a of the deformable portion 25b is provided with a gap that is sufficiently wider than the thickness of the existing insertion piece 53d. .

The remodeling sash 10 is constructed in such a manner that the refurbishment upper frame 21, the refurbishment lower frame 22, and the left and right refurbishment vertical frames 23 are rectangularly framed, and the engaging members 25 are attached to the left and right refurbishment vertical frames 23. A refurbishment frame 20 is formed.

Next, on the outer peripheral side of the existing frame 50 and on the surface of the outer wall 1 facing the finding portion main body 23f of the refurbished frame 20, the protruding amount is substantially the same as the outwardly facing flat surface 53f protruding outward from the outer wall. A base wood 58 is attached to the base. At this time, the base wood 58 is disposed so that a space is formed between the vertical frame finding portion 23e and the outer wall 1 on the protruding wall portion 23g side.

Next, a support member 62 having a flat placement portion 62 a on which the refurbished frame 20 can be placed is fixed to the existing lower frame 52.

Next, while mounting the refurbished frame 20 on the support member 62, the finding portion 20a of the refurbished frame 20 is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50 from the outdoor side. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, before the vertical frame finding portion 23e of the modified frame 20 is brought into contact with the outward plane 53f of the existing frame 50, the deformed portion 25b of the engaging member 25 included in the modified frame 20 is provided. It contacts the existing insertion piece 53d of the frame 50.

Thereafter, when the remodeling frame 20 is continuously inserted, the deformed portion 25b of the engaging member 25 is pressed by the existing insertion piece 53d and elastically deformed toward the refurbished vertical frame main body portion 23b, and the engaging member 25 is remodeled. The state sandwiched between the vertical frame main body portion 23b and the existing insertion piece 53d, that is, the engagement member 25 engages with the engagement member 25 when inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50. It will be in the state located in the center side of opening from the existing insertion piece 53d as a protrusion part.

When the remodeled sash 10 is further inserted, when the deformed portion 25b of the engagement member 25 moves to the indoor side from the existing insert piece 53d, the engagement between the deformable portion 25b and the existing insert piece 53d is released, The pressing force of the existing insertion piece 53d is released, and the engagement member 25 is restored to its original shape. Then, the room-side surface of the finding portion main body 23f is brought into contact with the outward flat surface 53f of the existing frame 50 (temporary holding step). In other words, the engagement member 25 exceeds the existing insertion piece 53d, and the distal end 25c of the engagement member 25 is positioned on the outer peripheral side from the distal end 53g of the existing insertion piece 53d. The distance between the front end 25c of the engaging member 25 provided on the left refurbished vertical frame 23 and the front end 25c of the engaging member 25 provided on the right refurbished vertical frame 23 as a result of the deformation of the deforming portion 25b. Is larger than the distance between the tip 53g of the existing insertion piece 53d of the existing vertical frame 53 on the left side of the existing frame 50 and the tip 53g of the existing insertion piece 53d on the right side. Then, the engaging member 25 provided on the left modified vertical frame 23 engages with the existing insertion piece 53 d of the existing vertical frame 53 on the left side of the existing frame 50, and the engaging member provided on the right modified vertical frame 23. 25 is engaged with the existing insertion piece 53d on the right side, and the modified frame 20 is temporarily held by the existing frame 50. In this state, the operator can release both hands from the refurbishment frame 20.

Thereafter, a screw 64 as a fixing tool is inserted into a recess 23j provided on the outdoor side of the refurbished frame 20 to fix the locating portion main body 23f of the refurbished frame 20 and the existing insertion piece 53d of the existing frame 50, and the base wood 58 and the outer wall 1 are penetrated and it fixes to the housing 3 (fixing process). And in order to avoid exposure of the bis | screw 64, the outdoor side cover member 27 is attached to the outdoor side of the finding part 20b of the remodeling frame 20. FIG. In a state in which the refurbished frame 20 is fixed with screws 64, a gap is formed over the entire circumference between the outer peripheral portion of the refurbished frame 20 and the outer wall 1. The gap is filled with a sealing material 66 to form a waterproof joint 70. Further, the indoor cover member 28 is fixed between the refurbishment frame 20 and the frame 60 on the indoor side.

According to the modified sash 10 of the above embodiment, the prospective portion 20a is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50 and engaged with the existing frame 50, and the engagement member 25 temporarily held by the existing frame 50 is provided. Therefore, it is possible to temporarily hold the modified sash 10 on the existing frame 50 by inserting the prospective portion 20a. For this reason, the refurbishment frame 20 can be temporarily held in the existing frame 50 simply by inserting the prospective portion 20a into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50, so that the operator releases his hand from the refurbishment frame 20. Is possible. Therefore, the operator can insert the prospective portion 20a of the refurbishment frame 20, release his hand from the refurbishment frame 20, and attach the refurbishment frame 20 to the existing frame 50 side using both hands. For this reason, it is possible to provide the refurbished sash 10 with good workability.

Further, since the engaging member 25 is engaged with the existing insertion piece 53d of the existing frame 50 protruding toward the center of the opening, the refurbishment is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50, that is, inside the existing frame 50. The engaging member 25 of the frame 20 can be easily engaged.

In addition, since the existing insertion piece 53d with which the engagement member 25 engages is a portion provided on the most outdoor side of the existing frame 50, the engagement member 25 provided on the modified sash 10 can also be disposed on the outdoor side. is there. For this reason, when the modified sash 10 is inserted into the existing frame 50, the engaging member 25 does not come into contact with another protruding portion of the existing frame 50, for example, the existing engaging piece 53 a. For this reason, it is possible to provide the renovated sash 10 in which the refurbished frame 20 is easy to insert and has excellent workability. Further, the protruding portion provided on the outermost side of the existing frame 50 is an existing insertion piece 53d, and the existing insertion piece 53d is provided on the outer side of the existing rail for guiding the existing shoji that the existing frame 50 has. Therefore, it is possible to temporarily hold the refurbished frame 20 without newly providing a protruding portion with which the engaging member 25 engages on the outdoor side.

Moreover, since the waterproof joint 70 is provided between the wall surface opposing part 23k which protrudes in the outer peripheral side from the existing frame 50, and opposes the outer wall 1, and the wall surface of the finding part 20b, the remodeling sash 10 and the outer wall 1 are high. It is possible to ensure water stopping. Further, since the waterproof joint 70 is provided between the wall facing portion 23k that protrudes to the outer peripheral side from the existing frame 50 and the outer wall 1, it is difficult to enter the field of view when viewed from the outdoor side. For this reason, it is possible to provide the refurbished sash 10 excellent in aesthetics.

Further, since the screws 64 for fixing the refurbished frame 20 to the existing frame 50 are covered with the outdoor cover member 27, it is possible to provide the refurbished sash 10 having a more beautiful appearance.

Further, when the refurbishment frame 20 is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50, the deformed portion 25b of the engaging member 25 is positioned closer to the center of the opening than the existing insertion piece 53d, and the deformed portion of the engaging member 25 25b exceeds the existing insertion piece 53d, and the distal end 25c of the deformable portion 25b of the engaging member 25 is positioned on the outer peripheral side from the distal end 53g of the existing insertion piece 53d, so that the modified frame 20 is in a space surrounded by the existing frame 50. By simply inserting, the distal end 25c of the deformable portion 25b is positioned on the far side in the insertion direction from the existing insertion piece 53d and closer to the center of the opening than the distal end 53g of the existing insertion piece 53d. For this reason, after the deformed portion 25b of the engaging member 25 exceeds the existing insertion piece 53d, the refurbished frame 20 does not move in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, so that the refurbished frame 20 can be easily and securely attached to the existing frame 50. It is possible to temporarily hold it.

In the present embodiment, the part that engages with the existing frame 50 is the piece-like engagement member 25 and is attached to the refurbished vertical frame main body 23b. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the refurbished frame 20 exclusively for refurbishment. For this reason, for example, it is possible to use a general new sash that can be directly constructed on a building frame or the like. Moreover, since the engaging member 25 is a piece separable from the refurbished vertical frame main body 23b, the position where the engaging member 25 is engaged with the existing frame 50 can be changed by moving the engaging member 25. For this reason, it is possible to equip the refurbished frame 20 with the engaging member 25 by adjusting it appropriately according to the position of the protrusion provided in the existing frame 50.

In the present embodiment, an example has been described in which the engaging portion of the refurbished frame 20 is a piece-like engaging member 25 and is fixed with a double-sided tape. You may fix with a fixing tool. Further, the engaging portion does not necessarily have to be a piece, and may be formed integrally with the refurbished vertical frame main body or the like.

Moreover, according to the construction method of the refurbished sash 10 of the above embodiment, when the prospective portion 20a is inserted into the space surrounded by the existing frame 50, it is engaged with the existing frame 50 and temporarily held by the existing frame 50. The operator can release his / her hand from the modified frame 20 engaged with the existing frame 50. For this reason, the operator can insert the prospective portion 20a of the refurbishment frame 20 and release his hand from the refurbishment frame 20, and can easily attach the refurbishment frame 20 to the existing frame 50 using both hands.

In the above embodiment, the example in which the engaging member 25 is attached to the refurbished vertical frame main body portion 23b and engaged with the existing insertion piece 53d of the existing frame 50 has been described. The modified sash may be temporarily held by being formed on the indoor side and engaged with the edge 53e of the existing frame 50.

Network door rails, existing screens is a engaging portion for engagement, which corresponds to the protrusion provided on the most outdoor side.

Moreover, the said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
