Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a base metal fitting for an exterior panel, and more particularly to a structure for fastening an exterior panel to an outer wall.

Conventionally, wood has been mainly used as a barrel edge for attaching an exterior panel to an exterior wall body of a building because it is easy and excellent in workability and attachment, and there are a lot of attachments to the trunk edge of an exterior panel. In the case of nails are used.

In this case, the nail is hit from the outside of the exterior panel, and the nail head is exposed on the surface of the exterior panel, so that there is a problem that the appearance is impaired and the commercial value is lowered.

Further, since the nail heads are exposed, rust is likely to occur, so that there is a problem that the durability of the entire building is inferior even if the exterior panel is nonflammable and has durability.

In addition, deterioration due to aging of the wood is unavoidable, and there is a problem that the fixed nail rises and the exterior panel falls off due to the drawback that the wood is easily warped or decayed.

As a method for solving these problems, Patent Document 1 is known. According to Patent Document 1, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the outer wall body 61 of a building is provided with a trunk edge 63 for the exterior panel 62 and a fixing bracket 64, and the trunk edge 63 has an opening on the outdoor side. It has a cross-sectional structure and is fixed to the outer wall main body 61 through the attachment portion 66 of the trunk edge 63 by a nail 65.

Engaging parts 69 are provided on both sides of the front part 67 of the fixing metal 64, and the engaging parts 69 are inserted and accommodated in the fitting parts 68 of the trunk edge 63. At this time, the engaging portion 69 is provided so as to open slightly outward.

For this reason, the fixing bracket 64 is normally inserted and accommodated in the fitting portion 68 of the barrel edge 63 so that the fixing portion 64 can be kept fixed to the barrel edge 63. The inside of 63 can be slid along the fitting part 68.

Here, since the support piece 70 is provided on the fixed metal fitting 64 so as to protrude on the opposite side with respect to the engaging portion 69, and the upper support piece 71 and the lower support piece 72 are provided on the support piece 70. The exterior panel 62 can be supported.

In this way, the fixing bracket 64 can freely slide up and down in the trunk edge 63, so that the fixing bracket 64 can be attached to an arbitrary position according to the exterior panel 62, durability is increased, and secular change occurs. Since there is no deterioration due to, there is no loss of the exterior panel.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-35944

In order to form the building outer wall, an exterior panel with real parts (male and female) on the upper and lower ends is generally used, and after the lower exterior panel is first attached to the trunk edge via a fixing bracket, A construction work is performed in which the real part of the upper exterior panel is placed on the lower exterior panel, and the exterior panels are sequentially laminated together.

However, in the above-described structure for attaching the exterior panel to the trunk edge, in order to attach the fixing bracket to the trunk edge, the fixing bracket must be inserted from the end of the trunk edge in the length direction.

For this reason, each time the exterior panel is attached, the worker moves away from the location of the exterior panel to a height where there is an end in the longitudinal direction of the trunk edge, and inserts the fixing bracket into the trunk edge. There is a problem that the work efficiency becomes very bad because it is necessary.

Therefore, the present invention can easily attach an exterior panel to the outer wall of the building, and after the exterior panel is attached, the exterior panel can follow the movement caused by the expansion and contraction of the frame (columns and studs) of the outer wall of the building. An object of the present invention is to provide a “base metal structure”.

The invention of claim 1 is a base metal fitting for an exterior panel provided on an outer wall main body of a building, wherein the base metal fitting is composed of a short trunk edge and a fixing metal fitting having substantially the same length as the trunk edge,
The fixing bracket is slidably held in the longitudinal direction of the trunk edge on the trunk edge, and an attachment piece for holding the exterior panel slidably in the lateral direction of the trunk edge is provided on the fixing bracket.

In the case of the structure of the base metal for the exterior panel, the base metal is composed of a short trunk edge and a fixing metal having a length substantially the same as the trunk edge. Therefore, the body edge and the fixing metal can be assembled in advance. it can. Further, since the fixing bracket is provided with an attachment piece that can slidably hold the exterior panel in the lateral direction of the trunk edge, the base bracket can be easily slid in the lateral direction (relative to the trunk edge).

Further, the trunk edge has a U-shaped cross section composed of a bottom surface having an opening on the outdoor side and two side surfaces, stoppers are erected at both opening end portions toward the inside of the opening, and the fixing bracket is formed on the bottom surface and the two side surfaces. The both sides of the fixing bracket are formed on the both sides of the fixing bracket through the stopper when the fixing bracket is inserted into the trunk edge from the gap between the stoppers facing the barrel edge. A locking projection having a guide surface that gradually and elastically pushes both side surfaces of the door and a locking surface that locks the stopper from the indoor side when the fixing bracket is inserted into the trunk edge. The both side surfaces of the fixing bracket are divided into a plurality of slits to be divided into a non-flexible side surface portion and a flexible side surface portion, and the flexible side surface portion is inclined to the inner side having a U-shaped cross section than the non-flexible side surface portion. The tip protrudes beyond the tip of the inflexible side. It is characterized by being.

If the structure of the base metal fitting for the exterior panel, the flexible side surface portion is inclined to the inner side of the U-shaped cross section than the inflexible side surface portion, and the tip portion is formed to protrude from the inflexible side surface portion. Since the distal end portion of the flexible side surface portion is pressed against the bottom surface of the trunk edge, the flexible side surface portion is bent, so that the locking projection can be elastically pressed against the stopper.

According to a second aspect of the invention, a structure of the base metal for exterior panel according to claim 1, the bottom surface of the fixing bracket, the opening for inserting the fastener for securing the barrel rim in the outer wall body forming It is characterized by being.

If it is the structure of the base metal fitting for this exterior panel, the fixing tool for adhering the said trunk edge to an outer wall main body can be easily inserted from an opening part.

The invention of claim 3 is the structure of the base metal fitting for exterior panels according to claim 1 or claim 2 , wherein the tip of the flexible side surface of the fixing metal is in contact with the bottom surface of the fixing metal. It is characterized by having a surface.

If it is the structure of the base metal fitting for this exterior panel, the front-end | tip part of the said flexible side part can surface-contact with the bottom face of a trunk edge.

The invention of claim 4 is the structure of the base metal fitting for an exterior panel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, and is erected toward the inside of the opening at both opening ends of the trunk edge. The stopper is characterized by comprising a lip erected at right angles to both opening end portions and a flange projecting from the lip tip portion toward the bottom surface.

With this structure of the base metal fitting for the exterior panel, since the flange is projected, the strength of the stopper can be reinforced.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the trunk edge and the fixing bracket are assembled in advance, the operator inserts the fixing bracket from the end of the (long) trunk edge that is far away in the length direction. This eliminates the need to do so and improves work efficiency. Moreover, the separate process as trunk edge construction can be omitted. And since the said base metal fitting can be easily slid and adjusted to the horizontal direction of a trunk | rim edge, after moving the said base metal fitting to a predetermined position, a trunk | limb edge can be fixed.

Furthermore, since the flexible side surface portion is bent and the locking projection is elastically pressed against the stopper, the fixing bracket can be stably held without rattling even if the accuracy of the trunk edge is poor. it can.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the fixing tool for fixing the trunk edge to the outer wall body can be easily inserted from the opening, the trunk edge can be easily fixed to the outer wall body by the inserted fixing tool.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the distal end portion of the flexible side surface portion can come into surface contact (not line contact) with the bottom surface of the trunk edge. Therefore, the exterior panel can be stably held without rattling.

According to the invention of claim 4 , since the strength of the stopper can be reinforced, the fixing bracket can be stably held on the trunk edge, and the exterior panel can be stably held.

<Configuration of base metal fittings for exterior panels>
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1, a base metal fitting 81 for an exterior panel 2 such as a metal siding provided on an outer wall body 1 of a building of the present invention has a short length (for example, length L1 = 80 mm) of a trunk edge 3 and its trunk edge. 3 and a fixed metal fitting 4 having substantially the same length. The fixing bracket 4 is slidably held by the barrel edge 3 in the longitudinal direction (arrow GG direction) of the trunk edge 3, and the exterior panel 2 is held by the fixing bracket 4 in the lateral direction of the trunk edge 3 (see FIG. An attachment piece 21 is provided that is slidably held in the direction of arrow KK.

Further, an opening 41 for inserting a fixing tool 82 such as a screw for fixing the trunk edge 3 to the outer wall main body 1 is formed on the side opposite to the mounting piece 21 of the fixing metal 4.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the trunk edge 3 of the base metal fitting 81 is a short material having a U-shaped cross section composed of a bottom surface 5 and two side surfaces 6 each having an opening 3a on the outdoor side. A stopper 8 is erected toward the inside of the opening.

The stopper 8 is formed by a short side as a lip 8a attached at right angles to both opening end portions 7, and a flange 8b provided parallel to the side surface 6 from the tip end portion of the lip 8a toward the bottom surface 5.

The fixing bracket 4 is a short material having a U-shaped cross section composed of a bottom surface 10 and two side surfaces 11, and the fixing bracket 4 can be fitted at any position in the longitudinal direction of the trunk edge 3. Locking projections 14 are provided so as to project from both side surfaces 11 of the metal fitting 4.

The locking projection 14 is formed on the body edge 3 via the stopper 8 when the fixing metal fitting 4 is inserted into the body edge 3 from the gap (opening 3a) between the stoppers 8 facing the body edge 3. A curved guide surface 12 that gradually and elastically pushes both side surfaces 6 and a locking surface 13 that locks the stopper 4 from the indoor side when the fixing bracket 4 is inserted into the trunk edge 3 are provided. .

Further, both side surfaces 11 of the fixing metal 4 are divided by a plurality of slits 15 to be divided into a non-flexible side surface portion 16 and a flexible side surface portion 17, and the flexible side surface portion 17 is U-shaped in cross section than the non-flexible side surface portion 16. The tip 18 is formed so as to protrude from the tip 19 of the inflexible side 16. The flexible side surface portion 17 is bent by the front end portion 18 of the flexible side surface portion 17 being pressed against the bottom surface 5 of the trunk edge 3, and the locking projection 14 is elastically pressed against the stopper 8 by the reaction force. You can guess.

In addition, an outer side of the bottom surface 10 of the fixing bracket 4 is provided with an attachment piece 21 that sandwiches the exterior panel 2 and is fixed to the bottom surface 10 of the fixing bracket 4 by a fixing tool 31 such as a screw. The sandwiched portion 21a is substantially rectangular and has the same width as the fixed bracket 4 and parallel to the fixed bracket 4. The projection 21b protrudes from the fixed bracket 4 and is fixed to one side of the sandwiched portion 21a.

Then, a perforation hole 31 a of a fixing tool 31 such as a screw is provided in the bottom surface 10 of the fixing metal 4, and an insertion for the fixing tool 31 such as a screw is inserted into the sandwiching portion 21 a of the mounting piece 21 so as to face the perforation hole 31 a. A hole 31b is provided. The fastener 31 is screwed into the perforated hole 31a.

Here, a gap is formed between the attachment piece 21 and the bottom surface 10 of the fixing bracket 4, but the attachment piece 21 is provided with a countersink portion 22, so that the gap S that actually receives the exterior panel 2 is not the countersink. It is formed between the portion 22 and the bottom surface 10.

The exterior panel 2 is made of metal siding obtained by coating an internal heat insulating material (not shown) from both sides with a thin metal plate layer. A convex male solid 26 projects from the upper end portion 25 of the exterior panel 2, and the attached piece 27 projects (extends) the metal plate layer on the back side of the exterior panel 2 beyond the male 26. .

Since the concave female seed 29 is provided at the lower end 28 of the exterior panel 2, it can be actually coupled to the convex male 26 of the upper end 25 of the adjacent exterior panel 2. Further, a notch 30 for accommodating the mounting piece 21 of the fixing bracket 4 is formed on the back surface side of the lower end portion 28 of the exterior panel 2.

And the to-be-attached piece 27 of the exterior panel 2 is pinched | interposed between the attaching piece 21 and the bottom face 10 of the fixture 4, and is fixed by screwing a fixing tool 31 such as a screw into the perforated hole 31a.

Here, the main dimensions of the body edge 3 are as follows: the inner distance between the two side faces 6 is R1, the distance between the two flanges 8b (opening 3a) is R2, the outer height of the side face 6 is H1, the flange 8b and the bottom face The opening distance between 5 is expressed as H2.

<Detailed structure of fixing bracket 4>
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the bottom surface 10 of the fixing bracket 4 having a U-shaped cross section is formed to have a length L1 = 80 mm and a width M1 = 40 mm, and an attachment piece 21 is formed on the bottom surface 10. The sandwiching portion 21a of the attachment piece 21 is formed in a region having the same width as the width M1 of the bottom surface 10 and a length N2 = approximately 26 mm from the central portion 36 with a gap S1 = 1, 8 mm in parallel with the bottom surface 10. Further, the fixing part 21c continues from the substantially central part 36 to the region of length L4 = about 16 mm through the protruding part 21b fixed to one side of the sandwiching part 21a, and the fixing part 21c is fixed to the bottom surface 10 with a pair of screws 57. Is done.

A perforated hole 31a for attaching the exterior panel 2 is formed at a substantially central portion (position of the length N3 from the central portion 36) of the sandwiching portion 21a of the attachment piece 21. Furthermore, the rectangular countersunk portion 22 surrounding the perforated hole 31a of the sandwiching portion 21a is formed in a concave rib structure with a depth S2 = 1 mm.

In addition, in order to facilitate the insertion of the attached piece 27 of the exterior panel 2, the front opening is formed by a height S3 = 1, 8 mm from the free end 39 of the attachment piece 21 over a length S4 = 3 mm. .

An opening 41 for inserting a fixing tool 82 such as a screw for fixing the trunk edge 3 to the outer wall body 1 is formed in a substantially central part of the region excluding the fixing part 21c between the central part 36 and the other end part 40. Is done.

A total of six locking projections 14 are provided on the two side surfaces 11 of the fixing bracket 4, respectively.
The mounting position is provided at the center position in the longitudinal direction of the fixture 4 and at a position of length L3 = 10 mm from the one end 35 and the other end 40, respectively. Since the distance in the longitudinal direction between the locking projections 14 is now L2 = 30 mm, they are arranged in a relationship of L2 >> L3.

The locking projection 14 has a “half bowl shape”, the height Q1 = 4 mm, the mounting width Q2 = approximately 8 mm, the mounting depth Q3 = approximately 4 mm, and the distance from the bottom surface 10. Q4 = 3 and 5 mm are attached.

The two side surfaces 11 of the fixing metal 4 are divided into five by four slits 15 having a width P3 = 2 mm, and in order from the one end portion 35, an inflexible side surface portion 16 having a width P1 = 18 mm and a flexible side surface portion having a width P2 = 10 mm. 17 are arranged alternately. Here, the slit 15 is formed from the bottom surface 10 to a position of length Y = 8 mm.

As shown in FIG. 6, the cross-sectional shapes of the non-flexible side surface portion 16 and the flexible side surface portion 17 are different.

The cross-sectional shape of the inflexible side surface portion 16 is the position of the side surface 11 (width M1 = 40 mm), the height H3 = 19 mm, and the distal end portion 19 is long inward from the position 50 where the height H4 = 5 mm from the distal end portion 19. It is bent by an angle H5 = 1 mm (angle θ = approximately 10 degrees).

The cross-sectional shape of the flexible side surface portion 17 is formed to have a height H5 = 20 mm at the position of the side surface 11 (width M1 = 40 mm), and the side surface 11 has a length Y1 = 1 mm (H5−H3) as compared with the non-flexible side surface portion 16. Is expensive. The inflexible side surface portion 16 is formed by bending from the bottom surface 10 to a position 52 having a length Y = 8 mm from the position 51 (coinciding with the upper end of the slit 15) to a position 52 having a length H7 (angle θ = approximately 10 degrees). . At this time, the position 52 is located at a length H6 from the distal end portion 18, and is at the same level as the position of the length H4 from the distal end portion 19 in the inflexible side surface portion 16.

Further, a length H8 is bent from the position 52 to the tip portion 18, and a contact piece 53 (contact surface) substantially parallel to the bottom surface 5 is formed on the tip portion 18 with a length H9 = about 5 mm.

Thus, the total length bent twice from the side surface 11 to the tip 18 is formed as H7 + H8 = 2 mm.

The plate material used for the fixture 4 is a steel material of 0,8 mm.

<Relative relationship between trunk edge 3 and fixing bracket 4>
In the relative relationship between the main dimension of the trunk edge 3 and the fixing bracket 4, the width dimension M5 = 48 mm of the fixing bracket 4 including the locking projection 14 is the clearance (opening 3 a) between the flanges 8 b of the trunk edge 3. It is larger than the distance R2 and smaller than the inner distance R1 between the two side surfaces 6 of the trunk edge 3. And the length (H3-Q4) from the front-end | tip part 19 of the non-flexible side part 16 to the latching surface 13 of the latching protrusion 14 is substantially the same length as the opening distance H2 between the flange 8b of the trunk edge 3, and the bottom face 5. It is formed. Further, the height H3 of the inflexible side surface portion 16 is formed to be the same as or slightly higher than the outer height H1 of the side surface 6 of the trunk edge 3.

When each relationship is expressed by an expression,
R1>H5> R2 (H3-Q4) ≈H2 H3 ≧ H1.

As shown in FIG. 7, in order to attach the fixing bracket 4 to the trunk edge 3, the fixing bracket 4 is simply pushed into the trunk edge 3 with one touch. At this time, the locking protrusion 14 formed on the side surface 11 of the fixed metal fitting 4 that has been pressed comes into contact with the stopper 8 of the trunk edge 3, but the guide surface 12 formed on the locking protrusion 14 is a curved surface. 14 pushes out the stopper 8 without difficulty, so that the side surface 6 of the trunk edge 3 is also pushed out while being gradually elastically bent.

Further, if the operation of pushing the fixing bracket 4 into the trunk edge 3 is continued, finally, the locking projection 14 gets over the stopper 8, the locking projection 14 moves away from the stopper 8, and the side surface 6 of the trunk edge 3 is elastic. To the original position.

During this operation, as described above, the side surface 11 of the flexible side surface portion 17 has a height H5 = 20 mm and is longer than the non-flexible side surface portion 16 by a length Y1 = 1 mm (H5−H3). The front end portion 18 of the flexible side surface portion 17 is in contact with the bottom surface 5.

Since the flexible side surface portion 17 is bent inward in two stages, the flexible side surface portion 17 can be easily elastically bent, so that the reaction force causes the fixture 4 to be moved via the locking protrusion 14 (the locking surface 13). Thus, it is possible to always press and lock the stopper 8 on the barrel edge 3 stably. As described above, since the gap between the front end portion 18 of the flexible side surface portion 17 and the bottom surface 5 of the trunk edge 3 does not occur due to the spring effect of the flexible side surface portion 17, no backlash occurs.

<Operation of the base metal fitting 81 for the exterior panel>
As shown in FIG. 8, the exterior panel 2 provided on the outer wall main body 1 of the building is horizontally stretched in order from the bottom to the top of the outer wall main body 1 through the base metal fitting 81 (the trunk edge 3 and the fixing metal fitting 4). It is assembled with.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 9A, first, a base metal fitting 81 in which the fixing metal fitting 4 is fitted to the trunk edge 3 is placed on the attached piece 27 of the exterior panel 2. At this time, the attached piece 27 is inserted into the attaching piece 21 of the fixing bracket 4, but the attached piece 27 is only held (clamped) by the attaching piece 21 of the fixing fitting 4 and is not fixed.

。   Next, as shown in FIG. 9B, the center of the base metal 81 overlaps the black line 83 (the display line at the mounting position corresponding to the joist) drawn on the outer wall body 1 (even at the center of the opening 41). The base metal fixture 81 is slid in the horizontal direction (arrow KK direction) and aligned. When this alignment is completed, the base metal fitting 81 is fixed to the outer wall main body 1 through the bottom surface 5 of the trunk edge 3 with a fixing tool 82 such as a screw. In this way, by using the opening 41, the base metal 81 can be easily fixed to the outer wall body 1 while the trunk edge 3 and the fixing metal 4 are integrally incorporated (the base metal 81). 3 is fixed to the outer wall main body 1).

Then, after fixing the trunk edge 3 to the outer wall main body 1, the exterior panel 2 is fixed between the fixing bracket 4 and the mounting piece 21 by a fixing tool 31 such as a screw.

Thus, since it is not necessary to construct the trunk edge 3 as a separate body (separate process), the process can be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 9C, the exterior panel 2 attached to the outer wall main body 1 via the base metal 81 has the trunk edge 3 of the base metal 81 fixed to the outer wall main body 1. The fixed metal fitting 4 attached is slidably held in the longitudinal direction (arrow GG direction) of the trunk edge 3. Therefore, the exterior panel 2 main body can also follow the trunk edge 3 in the same manner with respect to the movement caused by the expansion and contraction (arrows G <b> 1-G <b> 1) and the like of the frame (columns and studs) of the building outer wall. Therefore, the exterior panel 2 is not warped, and a gap can be prevented from being generated between the exterior panels 2.

Further, as described above, when the next exterior panel 2 is stacked from above, the convex male fruit 26 at the upper end 25 of the lower exterior panel 2 is covered with the concave female fruit 29 at the lower end 28 of the upper stage. After positioning, the attached piece 27 and the attaching piece 21 are fixed by a fixing tool 31 such as a screw. At this time, the mounting piece 21 is provided with the countersink portion 22, so that the head of the fixing tool 31 does not protrude from the countersink portion 22, and the fixing bracket 4 is attached to the back surface side of the lower end portion 28 of the next exterior panel 2. Since the notch 30 for accommodating the piece 21 is formed, the upper and lower exterior panels 2 can be easily stacked.

Here, the role of the countersink portion 22 has a so-called washer effect in which when the fixing tool 31 such as a screw is screwed and fixed to the exterior panel 2, the tightening surface pressure is increased to increase the fixing effect. Furthermore, since the front end portion of the attached piece 27 of the exterior panel 2 (metal siding) is protected by being folded by a thin coated metal plate layer of metal siding, the front end portion of the attached piece 27 is protected. Although the thickened portion is formed by being folded more than other portions, the countersink portion 22 can abut against the other portion of the attached piece 27 that deviates from this thickened portion. The effect that it can fix reliably by 22 can also be acquired.

When fixing the exterior panel 2 by combining the convex male fruit 26 and the concave female fruit 29 of the exterior panel 2, the position adjustment is performed by once pressing the attached piece 27 of the exterior panel 2 with the attachment piece 21 of the fixing bracket 4. Then, since the fixing bracket 4 does not change its position due to the spring effect of the flexible side surface portion 17, the exterior panel 2 is not lifted, so that a gap between joints between the exterior panels 2 does not occur and a good-looking construction can be performed.

The distal end portion 19 of the non-flexible side surface portion 16 is formed to be bent from the distal end portion 19 by a length H5 = 1 mm inward from a position 50 having a height H4 = 5 mm (angle θ = approximately 10 degrees). For this reason, since the fixing metal fitting 4 can be easily inserted and guided into the trunk edge 3, workability is improved.

Further, since the fixing bracket 4 is slidable, the internal stress generated by the thermal expansion and contraction of the exterior panel 2 can be sequentially released, so that the deformation of the exterior panel 2 and the breakage of the mounting portion do not occur.

Furthermore, since the trunk edge 3 is short, a ventilation construction method in which the ventilation between the exterior panel 2 and the outer wall body 1 is not blocked is obtained.

With the ventilation method, rainwater that has entered can be quickly drained from the ventilation layer even during storms. In addition, heat conduction on the outer wall due to direct sunlight can be reduced, and part of heat can be released to the outdoors by the rising air flow generated in the ventilation layer, so that a heat shielding effect can be obtained. In addition, the air (including water vapor) in the ventilation layer can be released outdoors, so that condensation can be prevented, so that the structure will decay or the insulation will become wet (if insulation is used). It is possible to prevent the problem that the heat insulation effect is lowered.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described based on drawing, all said Example showed an example of this invention, and it cannot be overemphasized that this invention should not be limited to these. Absent.

The two side surfaces 11 of the fixing bracket 4 are divided into five by four slits 15, and the inflexible side surface portions 16 and the flexible side surface portions 17 are alternately arranged in order from the one end portion 35. . In this case, it is preferable that two sets of the flexible side surface portions 17 are formed and one set of the non-flexible side surface portions 16 is provided in the middle thereof.

A total of six locking protrusions 14 are provided on each of the two side surfaces 11 of the fixture 4, but a total of two may be provided. The locking projection 14 may have a semiconical shape instead of the “half bowl shape”.

The stopper 8 may be only the lip 8a that is attached to the both ends 7 at a right angle without the flange 8b.

Instead of attaching the trunk edge 3 to the outer wall body 1 of the building up and down, it may be attached in the horizontal direction. In this case, the exterior panel 2 is sequentially attached in the horizontal (left and right) direction.

The fixing bracket 4 can also be inserted from the side opening of the trunk edge 3. In this case, if the contact piece 53 (contact surface) of the distal end portion 18 of the flexible side surface portion 17 is slightly bent inside the trunk edge 3 and initially guided, smoother insertion can be performed.

It is also possible to attach the fixing bracket 4 and the exterior panel 2 after the trunk edge 3 of the base metal fitting 81 is attached in advance to a predetermined location. In this case, the trunk edge 3 may be fixed by a plurality of fixing tools 82.
