Description

The present invention relates to a renovated sash obtained by remodeling an existing sash attached to an opening of a building frame to a new sash.

Conventionally, various remodeled sashes have been proposed in which an existing frame of an existing sash is left in an opening of a building frame, and a new frame is inserted into the existing frame and attached from the outdoor side.
In the above-described refurbished sash, in order to smoothly insert the new frame into the existing frame, the inner surface of the existing upper frame and the outer surface of the new upper frame are separated from each other, and the inner surface of the existing vertical frame and the outer surface of the new vertical frame are separated from each other. Thus, when the new frame is inserted into the existing frame, the new upper frame and the new vertical frame (outer surface) are prevented from interfering with the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame (inner surface).
For this reason, the gap between the inner surface of the existing upper frame and the outer surface of the new upper frame and the gap between the inner surface of the existing vertical frame and the outer surface of the new vertical frame can be seen from the room and are unsightly.
In addition, when the new frame is inserted into the existing frame, it is difficult to correctly attach the new frame to a predetermined position in the prospective direction (inside / outside direction).

As in the case of the conventional refurbished sash mentioned above, the existing upper frame with a small expected size is positioned in the prospective direction by touching the outer side of the new upper frame and the new vertical frame in contact with the outer side of the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame. In the case of an existing vertical frame (existing frame), the indoor part of the new upper frame and the new vertical frame overhangs the indoor side of the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame, and the upper / vertical closing member cannot be attached. Sometimes.

The existing upper frame, the existing lower frame, and the existing vertical frame of the conventional refurbished sash described above each have an indoor mounting piece, and each of the indoor mounting pieces is fixed to the inner surface of the opening of the building frame with screws. ing.
Since the upper / vertical blocking members cover the above-described indoor-side mounting pieces of the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame, the upper / vertical blocking members are conspicuous when viewed from the interior, and the inside view has a feeling of pressure. It is.

It is an object of the present invention to be able to smoothly insert a new frame into an existing frame from the outside of the room, improve the appearance from the room, and attach a new frame of the same expected size to an existing frame with different expected dimensions.
According to the present invention, since there is a gap in the direction of finding between the outer surface of the new upper frame and the new vertical frame and the inner surface of the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame, the new frame can be smoothly inserted into the existing frame from the outdoor side. In addition to being able to be inserted, it is possible to improve the appearance from the room by closing the gaps in the respective finding directions with the upper closing member and the vertical closing member.
In addition, a renovated sash can be obtained by attaching a new frame having the same expected size to an existing frame having a different expected size.
In addition, when a new frame is attached to an existing frame with a small expected dimension, the indoor side of the new upper frame and the new vertical frame may overhang the indoor side of the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame. Therefore, the upper closing member and the vertical closing member can be attached over the indoor side portion and the existing upper frame of the new upper frame and the new vertical frame, and the indoor side portion of the existing vertical frame.
Further, the upper blocking member is provided on the outdoor side of the indoor upper side mounting piece of the existing upper frame so that the indoor side mounting piece is exposed, and the vertical blocking member is positioned on the outdoor side of the indoor side mounting piece of the existing vertical frame. Since it is provided and the indoor side mounting piece is exposed, the upper closing member and the vertical closing member do not stand out when viewed from the room, and the interior is refreshed.

The new lower frame 30 is positioned in the prospective direction with its indoor side portion 30b in contact with the existing lower frame 5 (lower base material 8).

As a result, the indoor side portions 20c, 30b, and 40c of the new upper frame 20, the new lower frame 30, and the new vertical frame 40 (that is, the indoor side portions of the new frame 10) are the same as the existing upper frame 4 and the existing lower frame 5. The indoor side portions 4a, 5a and 6a of the existing vertical frame 6 (that is, the indoor side portions of the existing frame 3) are located on the outdoor side.
The outdoor portions 20d, 30c, and 40d of the new upper frame 20, the new lower frame 30, and the new vertical frame 40 (that is, the outdoor portions of the new frame 10) are the existing upper frame 4, the existing lower frame 5, and the existing vertical frame. The outdoor side portions 4d, 5g, and 6d of the frame 6 protrude outward from the outdoor side portions (that is, the outdoor side portions of the existing frame 3), and the protruding dimensions are always constant even if the expected dimensions of the existing frame 3 are different.

An upper closing member 50 is attached across the indoor side portion 20c of the new upper frame 20 and the indoor side portion 4a of the existing upper frame 4 to close the gap S in the finding direction.
The upper closing member 50 does not protrude from the indoor side portion 4a of the existing upper frame 4 to the indoor side, is positioned on the outdoor side of the indoor side mounting piece 4b of the existing upper frame 4, and the indoor side mounting piece 4b is Exposed.
A lower closing member 60 is attached across the indoor side portion 30 b of the newly installed lower frame 30 and the indoor side portion 5 a of the existing lower frame 5.
A vertical closing member 70 is attached to cover the indoor side portion 40c of the new vertical frame 40 and the indoor side portion 6a of the existing vertical frame 6 to close the gap S in the finding direction.
The vertical closing member 70 does not protrude from the indoor side portion 6a of the existing vertical frame 6 to the indoor side, is positioned on the outdoor side of the indoor side mounting piece 6b of the existing vertical frame 6, and the indoor side mounting piece 6b. Is exposed.

A shoji 11 is mounted in the new frame 10 as a remodeled sash.

Thus, when the refurbished sash is viewed from the room, the upper closing member 50 and the vertical closing member 70 do not stand out, and the interior is refreshing.

Further, the outdoor side portions 20d and 40d of the new upper frame 20 and the new vertical frame 40 are always the chambers of the existing upper frame 4 and the existing vertical frame 6 even if the expected sizes of the existing upper frame 4 and the existing vertical frame 6 are different. Even if the projected dimensions of the existing upper frame 4 and the existing vertical frame 6 are smaller than the outer portions 4d and 6d, the indoor side portions 20c and 40c of the new upper frame 20 and the new vertical frame 40 are small. Is positioned outside the indoor side portions 4a and 6a of the existing upper frame 4 and the existing vertical frame 6, so that the upper closing member 50 and the vertical closing member 70 can be attached even in the case of the existing frame 3 having a small expected size. Can be installed.

In short, the expected size of the existing frame of the existing sash may vary depending on the manufacturer or the type of the existing sash, and the difference in the expected size is about several tens of millimeters.
Therefore, when the prospective dimension of the new frame is the dimension that allows the maximum value of the aforementioned expected dimension difference, and the new frame is attached to the existing frame of the smallest prospective dimension, the indoor side of the new frame is the room of the existing frame. By being positioned on the outdoor side of the inner side, the new frame having the same expected size can be attached to the existing frame having different expected sizes as described above, and the upper / vertical closing members 50 and 70 can be attached.

Further, since the indoor side mounting piece 4b of the existing upper frame 4 and the indoor side mounting piece 6b of the existing vertical frame 6 are exposed, a resin cover is attached so as to cover the indoor side mounting pieces 4b and 6b, and the indoor side mounting piece is mounted. It is possible to prevent condensation on the pieces 4b and 6b.

The attachment of the longitudinal blocking member 70 will be described with reference to FIG.
The vertical closing member 70 has a bowl-shaped main body with a board 73 directed in the prospective direction and an outward plate 74 directed in the left-right direction. The board 73 has an outward plate 75 at the outdoor end of the board 73 and the left and right sides of the outward plate 74. In the middle, there is a flange 76 that faces the outside of the room, which is used as the attachment portion 70a. The vertical watertight material 71 is mounted outside the outward plate 74, and the outward plate 74 is the lateral portion 70b.
The outward plate 75 can slide in the left-right direction along the inward plate 43 of the newly installed vertical frame 40, and the mounting portion 70 a of the vertical closing member 70 can slide in the left-right direction along the mounted portion of the newly installed vertical frame 40. is there.
As described above, by sliding the outward plate 75 to the left and right along the inward plate 43, the end of the outward plate 75 abuts on the projecting piece 42, and the collar piece 76 is the inward piece 44 of the newly installed vertical frame 40. The vertical blocking member 70 can be temporarily attached so that it does not move in the left-right direction and the prospective direction (outside of the room).

Thereby, the outward plate 74 overlaps the indoor vertical plate 6f of the existing vertical frame 6 in the left-right direction, and the vertical watertight material 71 contacts the outdoor side surface of the indoor inward plate 6f.
In this state, the board 73 is fixedly attached to the indoor side portion of the main body 41 of the newly installed vertical frame 40 with a fixing tool 72 such as a screw.

Since it is like this, after attaching the new frame 10 in the existing frame 3, the vertical blocking member 70 can be easily attached from the indoor side.

The mounted portion of the new upper frame 20 and the mounted portion of the new vertical frame 40 have the same shape. The mounted portion, the existing upper frame 4, the indoor vertical plate 4f of the existing vertical frame 6, and the indoor inward plate 6f. , The upper closing member 50 and the vertical closing member 70 have the same shape.

Next, a method for renovating an existing sash to a new sash will be described.
Other than the existing frame 3 of the existing sash is removed, and the existing frame 3 is left in the opening 2 of the building frame 1.
The upper base material 7, the lower base material 8, and the vertical base material 9 are attached to the existing upper frame 4, the existing lower frame 5, and the existing vertical frame 6 of the existing frame 3, respectively.
The new frame 10 in which the new upper frame 20, the new lower frame 30 and the new vertical frame 40 are rectangularly framed is moved from the outdoor side of the existing frame 3 toward the indoor side and inserted into the existing frame 3. The lower frame 30 is placed on the lower base material 8 to support the new frame 10 with the existing frame 3, and the indoor side portion 30 b of the new lower frame 30 is in contact with the lower base material 8.

Then, the new frame 10 is positioned in the prospective direction with respect to the existing frame 3.
That is, as described above, it is possible to position the new lower frame 30 in the expected direction by contacting the indoor side portion 30b of the new lower frame 30 with the lower base material 8, but then the positioning in the expected direction is insufficient. In particular, since the positioning of the new upper frame 20 and the new vertical frame 40 may be insufficient, the new upper frame 20 and the new vertical frame 40 have the outward pieces 27 and 45 connected to the existing upper frame 4 and the existing vertical frame as described above. 6 is positioned in the prospective direction in contact with the outdoor outdoor vertical plate 4h and the outdoor inward plate 6h.

After this, the fixtures 20e, 30e, 40e are screwed into the upper base material 7, the lower base material 8, and the vertical base material 9 from the new upper frame 20, the new lower frame 30, and the new vertical frame 40, and the new frame 10 is already installed. Install in frame 3.
Then, the upper closing member 50, the lower closing member 60, and the vertical closing member 70 are attached from the indoor side of the existing frame 3 as shown in FIGS.
Finally, the shoji 11 is mounted in the new frame 10 to form a new sash.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the positioning portion 20b of the new upper frame 20 and the positioning portion 40b of the new vertical frame 40 are the upper horizontal sealing material 29 and the vertical sealing material 47. The configuration is the same as in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 6, a groove 28 is formed in the main body 21 of the new upper frame 20 so as to open toward the indoor side.
The upper horizontal sealing material 29 has an attachment portion 29a for attaching to the groove 28, a first seal portion 29b provided on the attachment portion 29a, and a second seal portion 29c provided on the first seal portion 29b. Shape.
The outdoor side surface of the first seal portion 29b is in contact with the first support surface 28a facing the indoor side continuous with the opening edge of the groove 28, and the indoor side surface is in contact with the outdoor side surface of the outdoor vertical plate 4h of the existing upper frame 4. The lower surface is in contact with the outer surface of the main body 21.
Thus, the new upper frame 20 can be positioned in the prospective direction by the first seal portion 29b, and the first seal portion 29b is the positioning portion 20b, and the outer surface 20a of the new upper frame 20 and the outdoor side portion 4d of the existing upper frame 4. Can be watertight.

The second seal portion 29c is in contact with the second support surface 28b, which is the outer surface of the portion forming the concave groove 28, and from the existing on-frame horizontal seal material 1a on the upper inner surface 2a of the opening 2 of the building housing 1. Also touches the outdoor side.

As shown in FIG. 7, a groove 46 is formed in the main body 41 of the newly installed vertical frame 40 so as to open toward the indoor side.
A shape having an attachment portion 47a for attaching the vertical seal material 47 to the groove 46, a first seal portion 47b provided on the attachment portion 47a, and a second seal portion 47c provided on the first seal portion 47b. And
The outdoor side surface of the first seal portion 47b is in contact with the first support surface 46a facing the indoor side continuous with the opening edge of the groove 46, and the indoor side surface is in contact with the outdoor side surface of the outdoor inward plate 6h of the existing vertical frame 6. The inner surface is in contact with the outer surface of the main body 41.
Thus, the new vertical frame 40 can be positioned in the prospective direction by the first seal portion 47b. The first seal portion 47b is the positioning portion 40b, and the outer surface 40a of the new vertical frame 40 and the outdoor portion 6d of the existing vertical frame, Can be watertight.
In addition, when the shoji 11 is closed and collides with the new vertical frame 40 and an impact is applied, the vertical seal material 47 is elastically compressed and deformed, and the impact can be mitigated by the vertical seal material 47.

The second seal portion 47c is in contact with the second support surface 46b which is the outer surface of the portion forming the groove 46 of the new vertical frame 40, and the existing frame on the vertical surface 2c of the opening 2 of the building housing 1. It contacts the outdoor side rather than the vertical sealing material 1b. The frame vertical sealing material 1b is a water-tight material that seals water between the outdoor portion 6d of the existing vertical frame 6 and the building housing 1.

Thus, the new upper frame 20 can be positioned in the prospective direction with the upper horizontal sealing material 29, and the space between the new upper frame 20 and the outdoor portion 4d of the existing upper frame 4 can be watertight. In addition, it is possible to water-tighten the space between the newly installed upper frame 20 and the upper inner surface 2a of the opening 2 of the building housing 1 and prevent rainwater or the like from being applied to the existing upper horizontal sealing material 1a.
In addition, the new vertical frame 40 can be positioned in the prospective direction by the vertical seal material 47, and the space between the new vertical frame 40 and the outdoor portion 6d of the existing vertical frame 6 can be water-tight, and the new vertical frame 40 and the building housing 1 The space between the opening 2 and the vertical inner surface 2c can be watertight, and rainwater or the like can be prevented from being applied to the existing vertical sealing material 1b.

Next, a first reference example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 8, the upper closing member 50 has a plate-like attachment portion 50a and a plate-like downward portion 50c having a bowl shape, and an upward concave groove 57 is formed at the indoor side end of the attachment portion 50a. is there.
The upper horizontal watertight material 51 is mounted in the concave groove 57 upward.
The attachment portion 50a is attached to the upper surface of the main body 21 of the newly installed upper frame 20 with a fixing tool 52 such as a screw, and the downward portion 50c is in a prospective direction with the indoor vertical plate 4f (indoor side portion 4a) of the existing upper frame 4. The upper closing member 50 located at the same position and below is located on the outdoor side of the indoor side mounting piece 4b of the existing upper frame 4, and the indoor side mounting piece 4b is exposed.
The upper horizontal watertight material 51 is in contact with the inner end face (inner side portion 4a) of the indoor side vertical plate 4f of the existing upper frame 4 and is watertight.
The downward portion 50c faces the rail 22 (that is, the shoji 11) of the new upper frame 20 and also serves as the indoor vertical plate of the new upper frame 20.

In this way, when viewed from the indoor side, the upper closing member 50 looks like a part of the new upper frame 20 and only the upper horizontal watertight material 51 is visible, so the upper part of the new sash is remarkably refreshed. It is an introspection.

As shown in FIG. 9, the longitudinal blocking member 70 has a bowl-shaped attachment portion 70a that extends in the prospective direction, and a plate-shaped inward portion 70c that extends in the left-right direction and inward of the attachment portion 70a. Thus, an outwardly recessed groove 76 is formed at the indoor side end of the mounting portion 70a.
The vertical watertight material 71 is mounted outwardly in the groove 76.
The mounting portion 70a is attached to the outer surface of the main body 41 of the newly installed vertical frame 40 with a fixing tool 72 such as a screw.
The inward portion 70c is located at the same position and inward as the indoor inward plate 6f (indoor side portion 6a) of the existing vertical frame 6, and the vertical closing member 70 is attached to the indoor side of the existing vertical frame 6. Located on the outdoor side of the piece 6b, the indoor side mounting piece 6b is exposed.
The vertical watertight material 71 is in contact with the inner end surface (inner side portion 6a) of the indoor inward plate 6f of the newly installed vertical frame 6 and is watertight.
The laterally facing portion 70c faces the shoji 11 of the newly installed sash, and the laterally facing portion 70c also serves as the indoor inward plate of the newly installed vertical frame 40.

In this way, when viewed from the indoor side, the vertical closing member 70 looks like a part of the new vertical frame 40 and only the vertical watertight material 71 can be seen, so the vertical part of the new sash is remarkably refreshed. It is an introspection.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the lower base material 8 is fixedly attached to the indoor rail 5f of the existing lower frame 5 with the fixing tool 33, and the outdoor rail 5f is removed.

In this embodiment, the outward pieces 27 and 45 are used as the positioning portions 20b and 40b. However, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the upper horizontal sealing material 29 and the vertical sealing material 47 may be used as the positioning portions 20b and 40b.

Next, a second reference example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this embodiment, the upper horizontal watertight material 51 and the vertical watertight material 71 are separated from the upper closing member 50 and the vertical closing member 70, and the upper horizontal watertight material 51 is attached after the upper closing member 50 and the vertical closing member 70 are attached. The vertical watertight member 71 is different from the third embodiment, and the other embodiments are the same as the third embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 10, the upper closing member 50 has a plate-shaped attachment portion 50a and a plate-like downward portion 50c having a bowl shape, and the upper surface of the attachment portion 50a is a flat surface.
There is a gap between the upper surface of the mounting portion 50 a and the inner end surface of the indoor vertical plate 4 f of the existing upper frame 4.
The upper horizontal watertight material 51 is attached by being pushed into the gap from the indoor side.

As shown in FIG. 11, the vertical closing member 70 has a plate-like attachment portion 70a and a plate-like inward portion 70c having a bowl shape, and the outer surface of the attachment portion 70a is a flat surface.
There is a gap between the outer surface of the mounting portion 70a and the inner end surface of the indoor inward plate 6f of the existing vertical frame 6.
The vertical watertight material 71 is attached by being pushed into the gap from the indoor side.

By doing in this way, since the upper horizontal watertight material 51 and the vertical watertight material 71 can be removed or attached while the upper closing member 50 and the vertical closing member 70 are attached, the upper horizontal watertight material 51, The vertical watertight material 71 can be easily replaced.
