Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a modified door frame obtained by modifying an existing door frame.

A so-called covering method is employed as a method for renovating existing door devices. The cover construction method is a construction method in which an angle member is attached to the inside and outside of an existing door frame, and a repair frame is attached from above using a screw. Patent Document 1 also discloses a similar door mounting structure using screws.

However, when the repair frame is attached using a screw as in the covering method or the method described in Patent Document 1, the attaching operation becomes complicated and the workability is poor. In addition, after repairing the existing door frame, the head of the screw used to attach the repair frame is exposed, and the appearance of the repair door device is impaired.
JP-A-10-266709

An object of the present invention is to provide a repair door frame improved in both workability and design.

The technical means adopted by the present invention in order to achieve such a problem comprises an existing door frame, a connecting member fixed to the existing door frame, and a repair door frame attached to the existing door frame via the connecting member. One of the connecting member and the modified door frame is formed with a fitting groove portion, and the other is formed with a fitting portion that fits into the fitting groove portion, and the modified door frame is fitted with the connecting member. This is a door frame mounting structure. In one aspect, the connecting member is fixed to the existing door frame using a screw, and the modified door frame is fitted to the connecting member so as to cover the screw.

In one preferable aspect, the connecting member has a piece extending in a prospective direction of the door frame, and a fitting groove portion or a fitting portion is formed in an outdoor end portion of the piece. Is formed with a fitting portion or a fitting groove portion that fits into the fitting groove portion or the fitting portion.

In one preferable aspect, the modified door frame has an outdoor-side finding surface, an inner prospective surface and an outer prospective surface extending in a prospective direction from the finding surface, and the inner prospective surface forms an opening. In addition, a fitting portion or a fitting groove portion is formed at the end portion of the outer prospective surface.

In one preferable aspect, the repair door frame includes an external side frame attached to the existing door frame from the outdoor side, and an internal side frame attached to the existing door frame from the indoor side, and the external side frame is a connecting member. The inner side frame is fitted to the outer side frame or the existing door frame by fitting means (using the fitting groove and the fitting portion as described above) or bonding means (double-sided tape, adhesive, etc.) ).

In one preferred embodiment, the fitting groove portion has a constricted portion, the groove width of the constricted portion is narrower than the groove depth of the fitting groove portion, and a guide piece is provided on the groove inlet side of the constricted portion. Is formed. The fitting part has a width wider than the groove width of the constricted part, and when fitting the fitting groove part and the fitting part from the prospective direction, the fitting part is guided by the guide piece of the fitting groove part, While the constricted portion is pushed open, the constricted portion is inserted into the groove to be in a fitted state. In one aspect, the piece in which the fitting groove part is formed and the piece in which the fitting part is formed both extend in the prospective direction, and both pieces are in close contact with each other in the fitted state. In one aspect, the width dimension of the insertion part becomes gradually wider toward the tip, and this makes it easy to fit and makes it difficult to remove the fitted state.

By opening and closing the door body, there is a possibility that a force in a direction in which the fitting state is released acts on the repair door frame. Therefore, it is desirable to further provide means for preventing the fitted state from being released. In one means, a hinge is attached to the door end side frame of the repair door frame by a screw, and the door end side frame and a connecting member (preferably using an existing door frame using a screw). Are firmly fixed to each other. In another means, a regulating piece extending in the direction of finding is formed at the outdoor end of the prospective piece of the connecting member, and the repair door frame is in a fitted state between the connection member and the repair door frame. The contact portion is provided at a position close to the indoor side of the restriction piece, and the contact portion is brought into contact with the restriction piece to restrict the movement of the repair door frame to the outside of the room and the fitting state is released. There is no such thing. Examples of the contact portion on the door end side include a strike receiver, and a screw for fixing a hinge as the contact portion on the door bottom side.

In the present invention, the repair door frame is configured by fitting the repair door frame to the connecting member fixed to the existing door frame, and the workability is better than the conventional method using screws. Moreover, since the screw is not exposed to the place where it can be seen from the outside, the appearance is good. The connecting member can be fixed to the existing door frame using a screw, but the screw can be covered by the modified door frame by fitting the modified door frame to the connecting member. There is no exposure.

The repair frame according to the present invention is attached to an existing door frame. As shown in FIG. 3B, the connecting member 7 on the door butt side has a first prospective piece 70 extending in the prospective direction toward the outdoor side on the side close to the opening and a side far from the opening in the sectional view. A second prospective piece 71 extending in the prospective direction toward the outdoor side, a first prospective piece 70, and a finding piece 72 for connecting the base ends of the second prospective piece 71 in the finding direction are provided. The connecting member 7 is fixed by a screw S with the finding piece 72 brought into contact with the surface 30 facing the outdoor side of the side frame 3 on the door butt side. A fitting portion 71 </ b> B is bent at the outdoor end of the second prospective piece 71 by bending one end of the plate member forming the connecting member 7 toward the finding piece 72.

[Attaching the repair frame to the existing door frame]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the chamber of the upper surface 401 of the upper frame 40 of the outer frame 4 with respect to the fitting portion 60B formed at the outer end of the connecting member 6 fixed to the upper frame 1 of the existing door frame. The upper frame 40 of the outer side frame 4 is attached to the upper frame 1 of the existing door frame by fitting the fitting groove 401A formed at the inner end portion from the outdoor side toward the indoor side.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the first side surface 421 of the outer side frame 4 with respect to the fitting portions 60B and 71B formed at the outdoor ends of the connecting members 6 and 7 fixed to the side frame 3 of the existing door frame. The side frame 42 of the external side frame 4 is attached to the side frame 3 of the existing door frame by fitting the fitting groove 421A formed at the end of the indoor side toward the indoor side from the outdoor side. .

The lower frame 41 of the outer side frame 4 is attached to the lower frame 2 of the existing door frame via the connecting member 6 ″. However, since the aesthetic requirement is relatively low on the lower frame side, the upper frame 40 And after fitting the side frame 42 to the connection members 6 and 7, you may attach using a screw similarly to the conventional method. Moreover, you may attach the lower frame 41 to connection member 6 '' using a fitting means similarly to the above-mentioned upper frame 40 and the side frame 42. FIG.

In the first embodiment, the fitting groove portions 401A and 421A that open in the prospective direction toward the indoor side are inserted into the fitting portions 60B and 71B that extend in the prospective direction toward the outdoor side from the outdoor side to the indoor side in the prospective direction. Since the outer side frame 4 which is a four-sided frame can be attached from the front to the connecting members 6 and 7 fixed to the existing door frame, the workability is good.

Since the screw S having the connecting member 6 attached to the upper frame 1 of the existing door frame is covered with the lower surface 402 of the upper frame 40 of the outer side frame, the head of the screw S is not exposed to the outside and is aesthetically pleasing. It is. The screw S in which the connecting member 6 is attached to the side frame 3 of the existing door frame is located on the door end side, on the outdoor side of the side frame 42 of the outer side frame 4, on the outdoor side finding surface 420 and second side surface 422, on the door bottom side. Since it is obscured by the outdoor-side finding surface 420 and the first side surface 421, the head of the screw S is not exposed to the outside, and the appearance is good.

The inner side frame 5 is attached to the outer side frame 4 attached to the existing door frame. As shown in FIG. 3A, the fitting groove 402 </ b> A formed at the indoor side end of the lower surface 402 of the upper frame 40 of the outer frame 4 is formed on the lower surface 501 of the upper frame 50 of the inner frame 5. The fitting portion 501B is pushed in from the expected direction to be fitted. As shown in FIG. 3B, it is formed on the side surface 511 of the side frame 51 of the inner side frame 5 with respect to the fitting groove portion 422A formed at the indoor side end portion of the second side surface 422 of the side frame 42 of the outer side frame 4. The inserted fitting portion 511B is pushed in from the expected direction to be fitted.

The repair door device is configured by applying a caulking process C to the joint between the existing door frame and the repair frame, attaching a hinge H to the side frame 42 on the door bottom side, and suspending the door body D. The first prospective piece 70 of the connecting member 7 is in close contact with the outdoor side face 422a of the second side face 422, and the screw S that attaches the hinge H to the first prospective piece 70 includes the first prospective piece 70, It penetrates the outdoor side surface 422a. Therefore, after the side frame 42 of the outer side frame 4 is fitted to the connecting member 7, the side frame 42 and the connecting member 7 are integrated by the screw S. Even if a force that deviates from the fitted state acts on the outer side frame 4, the outer side frame 4 is fixed to the connecting member 7 by the screw S separately from the fitting means, so that the fitted state is released. There is no such thing.

As shown in FIG. 7, the indoor side surface 500 of the inner side frame 5 is attached to the indoor side surfaces 11 and 31 of the upper frame 1 of the existing door frame and the side frame 3 by using a double-sided tape T such as VHB tape. It may be attached directly. In this case, the indoor side end portion of the lower surface 402 of the upper frame 40 of the outer side frame 4 and the indoor side end portion of the second side surface 422 of the side frame 42 are folded back so as to overlap each other without forming a fitting groove portion. Thus, the bent portion is in close contact with the lower surface 501 of the upper frame 50 of the inner side frame 5 and the side surface 511 of the side frame 51, thereby preventing a gap from being formed on the indoor side of the repair door frame. ing.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. The basic configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, and the same reference numerals are given to the same components, and the description of the first embodiment is used for these descriptions. Detailed description will be omitted.

The second embodiment is characterized by the structure of the connecting member 6 ′. The connecting member 6 ′ is similar to the connecting member 6 in FIGS. 3A and 3B, and in a cross-sectional view, the first prospective piece 60 extending in the prospective direction toward the outdoor side and the prospective direction in the indoor side. A second prospective piece 61 that extends and a finding piece 62 that connects the base ends of the first prospective piece 60 and the second prospective piece 61 in the finding direction are provided. A fitting portion 60 </ b> B is bent at the outdoor end of the first prospective piece 60. A regulating piece 63 that is orthogonal to the first prospective piece 60 and extends in the finding direction is further bent at the outdoor end of the first prospective piece 60 of the connecting member 6 ′. The outdoor-side end portion of the first prospective piece 60 is separated from the fitting portion 60B at a portion where the restricting piece 63 is formed, and the separated portion forms the restricting piece 63 without forming the fitting portion 60B. ing. Further, the fitting groove 421 </ b> A has a portion corresponding to the restriction piece 63 cut out.

The restricting piece 63 of the connecting member 6 ′ on the door end side corresponds to the height position of the strike receiver R formed on the outdoor side surface 422a of the second side surface 422 and is close to the outdoor side of the strike receiver R. It is provided so that it may be located. The restricting piece 63 of the connecting member 6 'on the door bottom side is provided so as to correspond to the height position of the screw S for fixing the hinge H and to be positioned close to the outdoor side of at least one screw S. It is done. By doing so, even when a force is applied to the outer side frame 4 in the direction in which the fitting state is released when the door body D is opened and closed, the strike receiver R is connected to the connecting member 6 on the door end side. The outer frame 4 moves away from the connecting member 6 'and moves to the outdoor side by the screw S coming into contact with the finding piece 63 of the connecting member 6'. Is regulated. Since the screw S and the strike receiver R for fixing the hinge H are provided after the repair frame (the outer frame 4 and the inner frame 5) is attached to the existing door frame, the outer frame 4 and the connecting member 6 ' There is no hindrance to mating. The configuration of the second embodiment may be applied to the first embodiment or the third embodiment described below.

5A and 5B show another embodiment. The basic configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, and the same reference numerals are given to the same components, and the description of the first embodiment is used for these descriptions. Detailed description will be omitted.

The third embodiment is characterized by the configuration of fitting between the outer side frame 4 and the connecting member 6. In the first embodiment, the fitting groove portion is formed in the outer side frame 4 and the fitting portion is formed in the connecting member 6, whereas in the third embodiment, the fitting portion is formed in the outer side frame 4 and the connecting member 6. The fitting groove is formed in each. On the upper surface 401 of the upper frame 40 of the outer side frame 4, there is a fitting portion 401 </ b> B extending in a prospective direction toward the indoor side by bending one end (outdoor side) of the plate material forming the upper frame 40. It is bent. More specifically, the fitting portion 401B is bent by folding the indoor side portion of the upper surface 401 (one end portion of the plate material forming the upper frame 40) downward so that the front end is in contact with the upper surface 401. Yes. On the first side surface 421 of the side frame 42 of the outer side frame, a fitting portion 421B extending in a prospective direction toward the indoor side is folded by bending one end (outside of the room) forming the side frame 42. A song is formed. More specifically, the indoor side portion (one end portion of the plate material forming the side frame 42) of the first side surface 421 is folded back inward (opening side) so that the front end is in contact with the first side surface 421. The fitting portion 401B is bent. A fitting groove 60A that opens toward the outdoor side is bent at the outdoor end of the first prospective piece 60 of the connecting member 6 by bending the outdoor end of the plate member that forms the connecting member 6. Has been. More specifically, the outdoor end portion of the first prospective piece 60 is folded inward so as to be in close contact with the first prospective piece 60, and the indoor portion of the folded portion is further folded inward, thereby A fitting groove 60A that opens toward the outside is bent. The outer side frame 4 is attached to the existing door frame by fitting the fitting portions 401B and 421B of the outer side frame 4 and the fitting groove 60A of the connecting member 6 in the prospective direction. About the structure of the connection member 6, the structure of the connection member 7 of Example 1 and the connection member 6 'of Example 2 is also employable.

[Composition of fitting part]
Based on FIG. 6, the structure of a fitting part is demonstrated in detail. The repair frame (outer side frame 4, inner side frame 5) and the connecting members 6, 6 ', 7 are formed by bending a plate material, and the fitting groove portion A constituting the fitting portion is fitted. Part B is bent at the end of the plate. The configuration of the fitting portion described below is commonly applied to all the fitting groove portions and the fitting portions described above.

The piece 800 in which the fitting groove portion A is formed extends in the prospective direction, and the fitting groove portion A is formed on the distal end side of the piece 800. More specifically, the fitting groove A includes a piece 800, a curved portion 801 integrally formed in a bulging shape at a tip side portion of the piece 800, and an inclined shape from the end of the curved portion 801 toward the piece 800. And a second inclined portion 803 extending in an inclined manner so as to be separated from the piece 800 from the end portion of the first inclined portion 802. A constricted portion 804 that narrows the groove width is formed from the first inclined portion 802 and the second inclined portion 803, and the groove width W1 between the constricted portion 804 and the piece 800 is narrower than the groove width in the curved portion 801. It has become. Further, the groove width gradually expands from the constricted portion 804 toward the tip of the second inclined portion 803, and the second inclined portion 803 functions as a guide for guiding the fitting portion B.

The piece 900 in which the insertion portion B is formed extends in the prospective direction, and the insertion portion B is formed on the distal end side of the piece 900 by bending the distal end portion of the piece 900 so as to be folded back. More specifically, the distal end side portion that forms the fitting portion B has a curved portion 901 integrally formed in an bulging shape at the end portion of the piece 900, and an inclined shape from the end portion of the curved portion 901 toward the piece 900. And the tip of the inclined portion 902 is in contact with the bent piece 900. The width dimension of the insertion portion B gradually increases toward the tip side of the piece 900. The width dimension W2 of the curved part 901 is larger than the groove width W1 of the fitting groove part and smaller than the groove width in the curved part 801 of the fitting groove part A.

When the fitting part B of the piece 900 is pushed into the fitting groove part A of the piece 800 in the expected direction, the curved part 901 at the tip of the fitting part B is guided to the second inclined part 803 of the fitting groove part. However, the curved portion 901 and the inclined portion 902 enter the fitting groove A while expanding the groove width W1, and the outer peripheral surface of the curved portion 901 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the curved portion 801 and is in a fitted state. Become. In this state, the piece 800 and the piece 900 are in intimate contact with each other, and the width dimension W3 of the insertion portion B in the portion in contact with the constricted portion 804 has a dimension slightly larger than the groove width W1. In the fitting state between the fitting portion B and the fitting groove portion A, the groove width W1 is slightly expanded, and the fitting portion B and the fitting groove portion A are elastically fitted.

In the fitted state, the constricted portion 804 of the fitting groove A is in contact with the inclined portion 902 of the fitting portion B, and the width dimension of the fitting portion B gradually increases toward the tip of the piece 900. When it is going to move in the direction where fitting part B removes with respect to joint groove part A, sloping part 902 becomes resistance and it controls that a fitting state comes off. Thus, by adopting the fitting groove A and the fitting portion B, the outer side frame 4 and the connecting members 6, 6 ′, 7 can be easily and strongly connected.
