Claims (3)
- ニッケル系超合金で構成されるおねじを有するボルトにおいて、前記ボルトは、鋼製ナットに螺合して用いられ、少なくともおねじの表面には、表面硬度が上昇しかつ圧縮残留応力が付与された表面硬化部が設けられていて、前記表面硬化部は、メッシュサイズ#150のメッシュを通過し得る粒径以下のアルミナ粒を少なくともおねじの表面に当てる加工処理により設けられている、ことを特徴とするボルト。
- 前記ナットのめねじの表面には、前記ナットの母材より硬度の低い表面軟質被膜部が設けられている請求項1に記載のボルト。
- ニッケル系超合金で構成されるおねじを有するボルトであって、鋼製ナットに螺合して用いられるボルトの製造方法において、おねじを形成する切削加工の工程と、表面硬度が上昇しかつ圧縮残留応力が付与されるように、メッシュサイズ#150のメッシュを通過し得る粒径以下のアルミナ粒を少なくともおねじの表面に当てて表面硬化部を設ける加工処理の工程と、からなる、ことを特徴とするボルトの製造方法。
