Description
本発明は独立請求項の上位概念部に記載のタンクに基づく。
これに対して、独立請求項の特徴部を備えた本発明に係るタンクは、タンク内に設けられている構成部材の接触個所における摩擦若しくは、タンク内の作用物質の運動による波立ちに基づいて起こることがあるか若しくはタンク内の氷形成時に起こることがある磨耗を簡単に回避するという利点を有している。
図1に、還元剤3である尿素水溶液が充填されている容器1を備えたタンク10を示す。還元剤を、タンクカバー13の近くで、凍結した還元剤から成る膨れ4が形成された凍結状態において示す。容器1の内部には、いわゆるスロッシング抑制ポット(Schwapptopf)7が配置されている。このスロッシング抑制ポット7はタンク底部14において脚部9を介して立っており、タンクを搬送する自動車が運動している場合に、タンク内での液状の作用物質の運動による液面揺動を抑制する。スロッシング抑制ポットの内部には、以下、サクション管と称呼される吸込み管路11が、タンクカバー13からタンク内部へ、タンク底部14付近の領域内にまで突入している。サクション管は柔軟であるか若しくは撓曲可能であり、過剰な長さを有している。つまりサクション管は湾曲部を有しており、接触個所19の領域において限定的にスロッシング抑制ポット7の内側の壁部に接触している。タンク底部寄りの、スロッシング抑制ポットの面において、サクション管はスロッシング抑制ポットの開口を抜けてスロッシング抑制ポットから突出している。スロッシング抑制ポット内部ではあるが上記領域において、サクション管は、有利にはスロッシング抑制ポットに固定されている給電線路(図示せず)を備えた電気的なヒータ21によって取り囲まれる。上側のタンク領域においてサクション管はタンクカバー13を貫通しており、例えば調量ポンプを有する圧送モジュール5と作用接続している。スロッシング抑制ポット7の側方に配置されている、スロッシング抑制ポット若しくは他の容器領域と同様に作用物質で充填されているセンサ容器15は、このセンサ容器15内に設けられている充填レベル測定器17(充填レベルセンサ(英語:level sensor))を氷の衝突から防護するために働く。充填レベル測定器17は圧送モジュール5に通じている電気的な線路18に接続されている。電気的な線路18は、サクション管11と同様に過剰な長さを有している。つまり、電気的な線路18は、タンクカバーを通って圧送モジュール内に進入する前は、タンクカバー付近のタンクの上側の領域においてチューブ状に延びていている。電気的な線路18とサクション管11とが1つ又は複数の接触個所19において接触することは避けがたい。
Claims (11)
- 自動車の機器を運転するための液状の作用物質(3)を貯蔵するタンク(10)であって、容器(1)と、前記作用物質(3)の物理的な値としての充填レベル及び/又は温度に影響を及ぼし、かつ/又は該充填レベル及び/又は該温度を測定する、前記容器(1)内に突入している少なくとも1つの機能部材(11,28,29;18)を備えている、自動車の機器を運転するための液状の作用物質を貯蔵するタンクにおいて、
前記機能部材(11,28,29;18)は、隣接するタンク構成部材(7,11)と機械的に接触(19)した場合に、磨耗から保護する少なくとも1つの手段(25,26)を備えており、
前記機能部材(11,28,29;18)は、柔軟及び/又は撓曲可能であり、かつ、加熱ワイヤ(28,29)を有し、
前記機能部材(11,28,29;18)は、前記容器(1)が前記作用物質(3)によって充填されている場合に、前記作用物質(3)と少なくとも部分的に接触することができるように配置されており、
前記少なくとも1つの手段(25,26)は、チューブであり、
前記チューブは、少なくとも1つの孔を有し、前記作用物質(3)は前記少なくとも1つの孔により前記機能部材(11,28,29;18)の外壁部にまで達することができ、前記機能部材(11,28,29;18)は前記チューブにより隣接するタンク構成部材(7,11)から離間された状態に保たれることを特徴とする、自動車の機器を運転するための液状の作用物質を貯蔵するタンク。 - 前記チューブは織物チューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタンク。
- 前記チューブは硬質プラスチックから成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のタンク。
- 少なくとも1つの前記機能部材は吸込み管路を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載のタンク。
- 前記吸込み管路は柔軟な吸込み管路であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のタンク。
- 少なくとも1つの前記機能部材は電気的な線路を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載のタンク。
- 前記電気的な線路は前記容器の外側の領域から、電気的なヒータ及び/又は測定部材に通じていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のタンク。
- 前記測定部材は充填レベル測定器(17)であることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のタンク。
- 前記電気的な線路は前記電気的なヒータを形成することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8記載のタンク。
- 前記隣接するタンク構成部材は前記容器(1)内に配置されているスロッシング抑制ポット(7)により形成されており、該スロッシング抑制ポット(7)は、自動車の運動に基づく作用物質(3)の運動を抑制するために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項記載のタンク。
- 自動車の機器は、自動車の排ガスを後処理する装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項記載のタンク。
