背景技术
设有内燃机的汽车必需根据愈来愈严格的废气排放法规主要减少有害物质氧化氮。达到应用的一种方法是所谓的SCR方法,即选择性催化还原(英文“selective catalytic reduction”)法,其中有害物质氧化氮在例如借助液态还原剂的情况下被还原为氮及水。被储存在一个箱中的还原剂由一个最好设置在箱附近或箱上面或箱中的输送组件通过一个管路由箱中向一个设置在废气管区域中的计量组件输送,该计量组件通常具有一个喷嘴用于将还原剂细分布地喷射到废气中。
由DE102006027487公知了用于存储使用在机动车的废气再处理装置中的这种液态还原剂、尤其用于选择性催化还原氧化氮的液态还原剂的箱,其中可运动的安装部件被浸在摄氏-11度以上的液态AdBlue–一种尿素水溶液–中。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出一种用于储存液态有效物料的箱,该有效物料用于机动车的一个装置的工作,该箱设有一个容器及至少一个伸入该容器中的用于影响和/或测量该有效物料的物理上的量的功能部件,其中:该功能部件设有至少一个用于在与一个相邻的箱部件机械接触的情况下防止磨损的器件,其中,该功能部件是柔性的和/或可弯曲的及靠在所述箱部件上。
相比之下根据本发明的箱具有其优点,即以简单的方式避免了在位于箱中的部件的接触点上的摩擦或磨损,否则由于有效物料在箱的溢出运动或当冰形成时将会发生该磨损。
特别有利的是织物软管的使用;它可简单地安装及具有高的柔性并由 此对待保护部分的总强度无影响。可毫无问题地实现轴向定向,因为织物软管在轴向上可通过待保护的导线及吸管的固定点被自动地固定。
在使用由硬塑料作的软管或织物软管的情况下对相邻部件的摩擦系数很强地下降,由此可有效地避免摩擦及磨损。
一个软的、柔性的吸管与一个硬织物软管的结合可保证对磨损的可靠防御并同时保持柔性,这在介质结冰时具有优点。
一个防御磨损的吸管以有利的方式装有加热丝,该加热丝可加热吸管及熔化其附近环境中的冰。
如果磨损防护部分具有孔,如编织软管或织物软管可具有的,因为该软管编织得不密,而仅作为间隔保持件使用,则穿过磨损防护部分的孔可保证在一个装有加热丝的吸管的壁与相邻的冰区域之间有效物料的相关液态区域的持续热联系。因此加热丝的热量可最佳地熔化吸管周围的冰,此外在吸管周围的这种“液体的缝隙”中再导入箱中的一个回流量具有又流回加热器周围的紧接区域中的机会。在平面间隔保持件的情况下不能得到这种直接形式的加热,有效物料仅可间接地通过间隔保持件来加热。此外在加热器周围熔化的量可向冰上面的空气室排气。因此以有利的方式提供了一种摩擦防护,它同时可保证液体与组合在抽吸软管或吸管中的加热器的紧密接触。

图1表示一个箱10,其容器1被注有作为还原剂3的尿素水溶液。图中表示还原剂处于一个被输送状态,在该状态中在容器盖13附近构成一个由输送的还原剂组成的向上拥起部分4。在容器1的内部设有一个所谓的溢出罐7。该罐通过基部立放在箱底部14上及当运载该箱的机动车在运动时 限制液态的尿素在箱中的溢出运动。在溢出罐内一个在下面称为吸管的抽吸管路11从箱盖13伸入到箱内部并一直到箱底部14附近的区域中。该吸管是柔性的或可弯曲的及具有一个超长度,这就是说,它具有一个弯曲部分并确定地靠在溢出罐7的内壁上的一个接触点19的区域中。在溢出罐向着箱底部的一侧上吸管通过溢出罐的一个孔由溢出罐伸出。在该区域中但在溢出罐内部吸管由一个具有未示出的电源导线的电的加热装置21包围,该电的加热装置最好部固定在溢出罐上。在箱上部区域中吸管穿过箱盖13及与一个例如具有计量泵的输送组件5形成功能连接。一个设置在溢出罐7侧面的传感器容器15用于保护一个位于其内的液位测量器17(液位传感器,英文为“level sensor”)以免冰冲击,该传感器容器以与溢出罐或容器其它区域相同的方式被注入有效物料。液位测量器17与电的线路18相连接,该导线被引导到输送组件5。电的线路18类似吸管11地具有一个超长度,这就是说,当它穿过箱盖进入输送组件前该电的线路回线形式地延伸在箱盖附近的箱上部区域中。没有可观的成本不可避免的是,电的线路18及吸管11接触在一个或多个接触点上19上。
在-11℃以下结冰的还原剂在液态/固态的相态转变时经受大约10%的体积增大。如果箱的结冰由箱底开始,则还原剂的体积增大出现在表面处。基于该事实冰将在箱的上罩6或箱盖13上施加一个不可忽略的压力。箱的上罩将与此相应地受到一个垂直变形。在箱中具有各种部件(加热器21,液位测量器17,吸管11),它们通过单独的盖13由箱的上罩6引出。基于上述的冰压力问题及出于安装的原因各部件的引线及吸盖被作成具有相应的所述超长度。该超长度在组装好的箱中占有一个确定的弯曲位置。由于该弯曲这些部件将不会损坏地经受箱上罩的可能的垂直膨胀。吸管11延伸在溢出罐7中及当盖安装到箱上后以一个预定的弧弯靠在溢出罐的壁上。同样地加热器的未示出的电引线、液位测量器的电引线18及一个未示出的温度传感器的电引线以在先确定的位置靠在容器内部中的相邻构件上。对于靠放在溢出罐壁上的吸管的情况由于出现的加速度(例如在一个差的道路区段上)在吸管/溢出罐壁的接触点的区域中可形成磨损。同样地在电引线上由于与其它部件接触将导致摩擦及由此导致磨损。当吸管及电引线例如具有一个弹性体套管时,摩擦愈厉害,在接触区域中倾向于愈强的磨损。

Claims (16)
1.用于储存液态有效物料(3)的箱(10),该有效物料用于机动车的一个装置的工作,该箱设有一个容器(1)及至少一个伸入该容器中的用于影响和/或测量该有效物料(3)的物理上的量的功能部件(11,28,29;18),其特征在于:该功能部件(11,28,29;18)设有至少一个用于在与一个相邻的箱部件(7,11)机械接触(19)的情况下防止磨损的器件(25,26),其中,该功能部件是柔性的和/或可弯曲的,且具有一个超长度和一个弯曲部分,而且靠在所述箱部件上。
