Description
Claims (9)
- バー(20)を含む、患者の顎骨(2)を伸延する際に使用するための装置(1)であって、前記バーが、
伸延される骨部分(3)に挿入される少なくとも一つの歯科用フィクスチャー(10,11)へのバーの解放可能な接続のために構成された第一接続界面(21)と、
骨部分を伸延するためのレベル調整装置(23)にバーを接続するように構成された第二接続界面(22)と、
を含み、第一接続界面の表面の形状が、歯科用フィクスチャーの接続界面の表面の形状に対して少なくとも部分的に相補的であり、
装置が、レベル調整装置をさらに含み、レベル調整装置が支持体(28)、調整界面(29)及び中間部材(30)を含み、中間部材が調整界面に変位可能に接続されかつその軸方向に変位可能であり、
支持体の内部表面が、患者の実在する歯の形状を持ち、
第二接続界面が第一係合部(24)及び第二係合部(25)を含み、それらがバーにレベル調整装置を解放可能に接続するように構成され、第一係合部の長手方向軸(26)が第二係合部の長手方向軸(27)に実質的に平行であり、
第一及び第二係合部の各々がバーのねじ切りされた凹所を含む、装置。 - 調整界面が受座及びスイベル装置を含み、スイベル装置が受座に回転可能に配置されており、中間部材がスイベル装置に変位可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中間部材が、棒の長さに沿って位置される少なくとも一つのねじ切られた部分を含む棒であり、ねじ切られた部分のねじ山がスイベル装置のねじ切られた貫通孔に係合するように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 棒が複数の離間されたねじ切られた部分を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- スイベル装置が少なくとも一つのフランジを含み、受座が少なくとも一つの凹所を含んでおり、スイベル装置の外部表面が受座の凹所の内部表面の形状に対して少なくとも部分的に相補的な形状を有する、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- スイベル装置が、第一直径を有する第一部分と、第二直径を有する第二部分とを含み、第二直径が第一直径より大きい、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- スイベル装置の第一及び第二部分が円柱形である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- スイベル装置が、スイベル装置を回転するためのツールとかみ合うように構成された少なくとも一つの溝を含み、溝の平面が中間部材の長手方向軸に対して実質的に垂直に又は実質的に平行に延びる、請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 支持体がキャップスプリントバーである、請求項1に記載の装置。
