Claims (4)
- 幅の狭い短側面と幅の広い長側面とを有する上面開口の直方体状の複数の電槽を、その短側面を共用して相互に一体的に連結してなる一体電槽と、前記一体電槽を一体的に閉鎖する蓋体とを有する電池容器を用いた密閉型二次電池であって、
前記一体電槽及び蓋体をポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂とポリオレフィン樹脂を主体とするポリマーアロイで形成し、
前記一体電槽の前記長側面に加熱溶着で接着された横蓋は、造核剤を添加したポリプロピレン系樹脂で形成する
ものであり、
前記横蓋のポリプロピレン系樹脂は、
250℃、98N荷重条件下におけるメルトフローレートMFRは0.4〜1.3g/10minであり、前記一体電槽であるポリマーアロイと同程度のMFRを有する
ことを特徴とする密閉型二次電池。 - 幅の狭い短側面と幅の広い長側面とを有する上面開口の直方体状の複数の電槽を、その短側面を共用して相互に一体的に連結してなる一体電槽と、前記一体電槽を一体的に閉鎖する蓋体とを有し、前記一体電槽と前記蓋体とを加熱溶着してなる電池容器を用いた密閉型二次電池であって、
前記一体電槽をポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂とポリオレフィン樹脂を主体とするポリマーアロイで形成し、
前記蓋体を、造核剤を添加したポリプロピレン系樹脂で形成するものであり、
前記蓋体のポリプロピレン系樹脂は、
250℃、98N荷重条件下におけるメルトフローレートMFRは0.4〜1.3g/10minであり、前記一体電槽であるポリマーアロイと同程度のMFRを有する
ことを特徴とする密閉型二次電池。 - 請求項1,2のいずれかに記載の密閉型二次電池において、
前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂は、
重量平均分子量Mwが700000以上、重量平均分子量と数平均分子量Mnとの比Mw/Mnが4.8以上である
ことを特徴とする密閉型二次電池。 - 請求項2記載の密閉型二次電池において、
前記蓋体には、内部で発生したガスを外部に排出する安全弁が設けられ、
前記安全弁を前記蓋体と同一のポリプロピレン系樹脂で形成する
ことを特徴とする密閉型二次電池。
