Claims (10)
- 高温でろう付けすることによって接合された金属部品をレタッチする方法であって、ろう付けされた区域が、レタッチレーザを用いてレタッチされ、レタッチレーザのピークパワーが、1500Wから3000Wの間であり、レタッチレーザが、パルスモードで使用され、レーザパルスの立ち上がり時間が、立ち下がり時間未満である、方法。
- ろう付けされた区域のレタッチが、ろう付けされた区域上に付着されたフィラー金属を用いて実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィラー金属が、粉末、ペースト、ワイヤ、又は、焼結プリフォームの形式をとる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- フィラー金属が、金属部品の初期ろう付けにて使用されるフィラー金属と適合する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- レタッチレーザが、半手動的に制御される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属部品が、ニッケル又はコバルトベースの合金で作られている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属部品が、オーブンろう付けによって接合されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- レタッチレーザのパルス時間が、5msから15msの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- レタッチレーザの周波数が、4Hzから8Hzの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ろう付けされる金属部品が、酸化に対するガス保護装置を用いて酸化から保護される、請求項1に記載の方法。
