Claims (12)
- 改善された耐浸食性を有する構成部品を製造する方法であって、

前記支持部に付着された強化樹脂を含む、少なくとも1層の耐浸食システムを前記構成部品の前記表面の少なくとも一部に付着するステップと、
前記耐浸食システムの1層あたり耐浸食性の増加率50%から増加率400%を含む被覆した構成部品を生産するために、前記付着された耐浸食システムを有する前記構成部品を共成形するステップと
を含み、
前記金属が、チタン、チタン合金、またはそれらの組合せを含む
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記複合材が、炭素繊維、グラファイト繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、アラミドポリマー繊維、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記支持部が、メッシュ、ネット、ウェブ、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される構造を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記支持部が、炭素繊維、グラファイト繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、アラミドポリマー繊維、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される繊維を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記強化樹脂が強化物質を含む樹脂を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂が、エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、およびポリイミド樹脂からなる群から選択され、ならびに前記強化物質が、繊維、ナノ繊維、ナノ微粒子、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記強化樹脂が、重量で、前記強化物質の0.1%から25%を構成する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記構成部品が、ベーン、ブレード、支柱、ダクト、およびスペーサからなる群から選択されるタービンエンジン構成部品を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

耐浸食システムの各層が
支持部および
前記支持部に付着された強化樹脂を含む、耐浸食システムの複数の層を前記構成部品の少なくとも一部に付着するステップと、
被覆した構成部品を生産するために、前記付着された耐浸食システムを有する前記構成部品を共成形するステップであって、前記耐浸食システムの各層が異なる色で着色された支持部を有する、ステップと
を含み、
前記金属が、チタン、チタン合金、またはそれらの組合せを含む
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記構成部品が、ベーン、ブレード、支柱、ダクト、およびスペーサからなる群から選択されるタービンエンジン構成部品を含む、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記被覆された構成部品が、前記耐浸食システムの1層あたり耐浸食性の増加率50%から増加率400%を含む、請求項9又は10記載の方法。
- 前記支持部が、メッシュ、ネット、ウェブ、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される構造を含む、請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
