Claims (17)
- 被覆構成部品を浸食損傷がないか目視検査することを可能にする方法であって、
構成部品を提供するステップと、
前記構成部品の少なくとも一部に耐浸食システムの複数の層を付着し、前記被覆構成部品を生産するステップとを含み、
前記耐浸食システムの各層が、前記層が浸食されると見えるようになる異なった色を含む、方法。 - 複合材、金属、またはそれらの組合せを含む構成部品を提供するステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記金属が、チタン、チタン合金、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記複合材が、炭素繊維、グラファイト繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、アラミドポリマー繊維、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記耐浸食システムが色を有する支持部を含み、前記耐浸食システムの各層の前記支持部が異なった色を含む、請求項1記載の方法。

前記耐浸食システムが色を有する支持部を含み、前記耐浸食システムの各層の前記支持部が、前記層が浸食されると見えるようになる異なった色を含む、方法。 - 複合材、金属、またはそれらの組合せを含む構成部品を提供するステップを含む、請求項9記載の方法。

前記タービンエンジン構成部品の前記表面の少なくとも一部に耐浸食システムの第1の層を付着するステップと、
前記耐浸食システムの前記第1の層に耐浸食システムの少なくとも第2の層を付着し、前記被覆構成部品を生産するステップとを含み、
前記耐浸食システムの前記第1の層および前記第2の層のそれぞれが、前記層が浸食されると見えるようになる異なった色を含む、方法。 - 前記耐浸食システムの前記複数の層を、ベーン、ブレード、支柱、ダクト、およびスペーサからなる群から選択されるタービンエンジン構成部品に付着するステップを含む、請求項16記載の方法。
