Claims (8)
- 曝気槽(3)内でのアンモニウム含有廃水、特に7から25℃の間の冷廃水の生物学的処理方法であって、曝気槽内で廃水中に含有されるアンモニウム(NH4)が所与の酸素濃度で窒素元素(N2)に転換され、転換の際に発生した余剰汚泥が少なくとも部分的に汚泥消化に供され、その間に汚泥の有機成分がガスに変換され、その際、続いて汚泥が汚泥脱水に供され、汚泥から分離された高度窒素含有性の温汚泥水、特に500〜2000mg/lの窒素濃度および約25〜39℃の温度を有する汚泥水が、続いて脱アンモニア槽(18)に供給され、脱アンモニア槽内で汚泥水中に含有される窒素化合物(NH4、有機性窒素)が脱アンモニアによって窒素元素(N2)に変換される方法において、汚泥水の脱アンモニアの際に発生した余剰汚泥が曝気槽(3)に供給され、曝気槽(3)内が1.0mg/l未満の低い酸素濃度に調整されることによって、廃水中に含有されるアンモニウム(NH4)が、まず好気性酸化細菌(AOB)によって亜硝酸(NO2)に転換され、続いて嫌気性酸化細菌(ANAMMOX)、特にプランクトミセス門細菌によってアンモニウム(NH4)および亜硝酸(NO2)が窒素元素(N2)に転換され、その際、この脱アンモニアの際に曝気槽(3)内で発生した余剰汚泥が、汚泥消化に供される前に、嫌気性アンモニウム(NH4)酸化細菌(ANAMMOX)を大部分含有する重い汚泥相と、軽い汚泥相とに分離され、その際、重い汚泥相が、曝気槽(3)内に返送され、軽い汚泥相が、余剰汚泥として汚泥消化に供されることを特徴とする方法。
- 脱アンモニア槽(18)内で脱アンモニアによって処理された汚泥水が、汚泥の分離後に曝気槽(3)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脱アンモニアの際に脱アンモニア槽(18)内で発生した余剰汚泥および処理された汚泥水が、懸濁物として曝気槽(3)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 曝気槽(3)内での脱アンモニア後の廃水が、最終沈殿槽(4)に供給され、その際、最終沈殿槽(4)内で沈殿した汚泥が、部分的に返送汚泥として曝気槽(3)に返送され、部分的に余剰汚泥として汚泥消化に供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 曝気槽(3)内に導入前の廃水が、最初沈殿槽(2)内で処理され、初沈汚泥が、曝気槽(3)または最終沈殿槽(4)からの余剰汚泥と一緒に汚泥消化に供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 曝気槽(3)内で廃水の脱アンモニアから生じた余剰汚泥を重い汚泥相と軽い汚泥相とに分離することが、ハイドロサイクロン(10)内で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 曝気槽(3)内で廃水の脱アンモニアから生じた余剰汚泥を重い汚泥相と軽い汚泥相とに分離することが、遠心分離機内で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 曝気槽(3)内で廃水の脱アンモニアから生じた余剰汚泥を重い汚泥相と軽い汚泥相とに分離することが、沈降によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
