Description
中空コア及び堅いコアの機器の両方を含む超音波機器は、多くの医学的状態の安全で効果的な治療に用いられている。超音波機器、特に堅いコアの超音波機器は、超音波の周波数で手術先端のエフェクターに伝達される機械的振動の形態のエネルギーを用いて器官の組織の切断及び/又は凝固に使用できるため、有利である。適切なエネルギーのレベルで器官の組織に伝達され、適切な先端エフェクター用いるときに、超音波振動は、組織の切断、解剖、上昇若しくは凝固又は、骨からの筋肉組織の分離に用いることができる。堅いコアの技術を利用する超音波機器は、超音波変換器から導波管を介して手術先端エフェクターに伝達され得る超音波エネルギーの量のために特に有利である。かかる機器は、切開術式又は内視鏡又は腹腔鏡による術式などの低侵襲術式に用いることができ、先端エフェクターは套管針(トロカール)を通って手術部位に到達する。

〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
容易に、選択的に、展開可能な、超音波的に駆動可能な超音波刃及び/又はクランプ凝固機器などの、容易に、選択的に、展開可能な、超音波的に駆動可能な先端エフェクターを備えた超音波機器を提供することが望ましい。精密で繊細な手術を行うのに適した、容易かつ迅速に交換可能な先端エフェクターを備えた超音波機器を提供することが望ましい。かかる精密な手術においては、さまざまな超音波的に駆動可能な先端エフェクター同士を簡単及び迅速に交換することが望ましい。
1実施形態では、手術機器は、長手方向の軸に沿った所定の周波数の振動を生成するように構成された変換器を備える。変換器は、第一の先端及び第二の先端を含む。第一の共鳴装置部分は、変換器の第一の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む。第一の共鳴装置は、第一の超音波伝達導波管を受け入れるように適合された第二の先端を含む。第二の共鳴装置部分は変換器の第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む。第二の共鳴装置は、第二の超音波伝達導波管を受け入れるように適合された第二の先端を含む。
(1) 手術機器であって、

Claims (11)
- 手術機器であって、
第一の先端及び第二の先端を含む変換器であって、長手方向の軸に沿って所定の周波数での振動を生成するように構成された、変換器と、
前記変換器の前記第一の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む第一の共鳴装置部分であって、前記第一の共鳴装置が、第一の超音波伝達導波管を受け入れるように適合された第二の先端を含む、第一の共鳴装置部分と、
前記変換器の前記第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む第二の共鳴装置部分であって、前記第二の共鳴装置が、第二の超音波伝達導波管を受け入れるように適合された第二の先端を含む、第二の共鳴装置部分と、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延びる前記第一の超音波伝達導波管であって、前記第一の共鳴装置部分の前記第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む、第一の超音波伝達導波管と、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延びる前記第二の超音波伝達導波管であって、前記第二の共鳴装置部分の前記第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む、第二の超音波伝達導波管と、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延び、前記第一の超音波伝達導波管の第二の先端に連結された第一の超音波先端エフェクターと、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延び、前記第二の超音波伝達導波管の第二の先端に連結された第二の超音波先端エフェクターと、
変換器筐体と、

前記機器筐体の前記第一の先端に形成された第一の覆いであって、前記第一の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定する、第一の覆い、及び、
前記機器筐体の前記第二の先端に形成された第二の覆いであって、前記第二の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定する、第二の覆い、を含む、
機器筐体と、を含み、
前記機器筐体が、前記第二の覆い内に前記第二の先端エフェクターを収容し、前記第一の覆いにより画定される前記開口部を通して前記第一の先端エフェクターを露出させる、第一の位置へ滑動可能であり、
前記機器筐体が、前記第一の覆い内に前記第一の先端エフェクターを収容し、前記第二の覆いにより画定される前記開口部を通して前記第二の先端エフェクターを露出させる、第二の位置へ滑動可能であり、
前記第一および第二の先端エフェクターの一方が組織に接触した際に、他方の先端エフェクターが前記組織と接触した先端エフェクターよりも少ない電力を消費し、少ない熱を発生させる、手術機器。 - 前記機器筐体に滑動可能に取り付けられたスライドスイッチと、
前記スライドスイッチに第一の連結部により連結された第一の管であって、前記第一の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定する、第一の管と、
前記スライドスイッチに第二の連結部により連結された第二の管であって、前記第二の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定する、第二の管と、を含む、請求項1に記載の手術機器。 - 前記第一及び第二の管が前記機器筐体に滑動可能に係止され、前記第一及び第二の管が、前記機器筐体の支持面を圧迫し、
前記スライドスイッチは、前記第二の管内に前記第二の先端エフェクターを受け入れ、前記第一の管により画定される前記開口部を通して前記第一の先端エフェクターを露出させる、第一の位置から滑動可能であり、
前記スライドスイッチは、前記第一の管内に前記第一の先端エフェクターを受け入れ、前記第二の管により画定される前記開口部を通して前記第二の先端エフェクターを露出させる、第二の位置まで滑動可能である、請求項2に記載の手術機器。 - 前記第一及び第二の先端を有する前記機器筐体であって、それぞれの前記第一及び第二の先端上に形成された第一及び第二のネジ山の付けられた管を含む、機器筐体と、
それぞれの前記第一及び第二のネジ山の付けられた管の上で回転可能である、第一及び第二の回転可能な握りと、を含む、請求項1に記載の手術機器。 - 前記それぞれの第一及び第二のネジ山の付けられた管の上で前記第一及び第二の回転可能な握りが回転し、前記第一の先端エフェクターを露出させ、かつ前記第二の先端エフェクターを覆うか、又は、前記第二の先端エフェクターを露出させ、かつ前記第一の先端エフェクターを覆うかのいずれかを行うにつれ、前記回転可能な握りが前記長手方向の軸に沿って滑動可能である、請求項4に記載の手術機器。
- ガイドピンを受け入れる弓状のスロットを画定する前記機器筐体と、
枢動可能に前記筐体に取り付けられ、旋回軸のまわりを回転可能なカムであって、前記カムは、前記カムを誘導するために前記筐体に形成された前記弓状のスロットに受け入れられるガイドピンを含む、カムと
前記カムに連結された第一及び第二の管であって、前記第一の管は前記第一の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定し、前記第二の管は前記第二の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定する、第一及び第二の管と、
前記カム並びに前記第一及び第二の管へ連結される連結部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の手術機器。 - 前記第一及び第二の管が滑動可能に前記機器筐体内に受け入れられ、前記筐体の内部部分内の支持面を圧迫する、請求項6に記載の手術機器。
- 前記カムが、前記第一の先端エフェクターを露出させ、前記第二の先端エフェクターを前記第二の管に形成された前記第二の開口部内に収容する、第一の位置から、前記旋回軸のまわりを回転可能であり、
前記カムが、前記第二の先端エフェクターを露出させ、前記第一の先端エフェクターを前記第一の管に形成された前記第一の開口部内に収容する、第二の位置から、前記旋回軸のまわりを回転可能である、請求項7に記載の手術機器。 - 第一の先端の第一の軸ざや及び第二の先端の第二の軸ざやを含む前記機器筐体であって、前記第一及び第二の軸ざやはキャップを受け入れるように適合されている、機器筐体と、
前記第一及び第二の先端エフェクターのうちのいずれか1つを覆うためのキャップであって、前記第一又は第二の軸ざやのうちのいずれか1つに取り外し可能に取り付けられることができる、キャップと、を含む、請求項1に記載の手術機器。 - 前記第一および第二の先端エフェクターの両方が露出されている際に、前記手術機器の電気的な稼動が抑制される、請求項1に記載の手術機器。
- 手術システムであって、
超音波信号発生器と、
前記超音波信号発生器に連結された変換器であり、前記変換器は、第一の先端及び第二の先端を含み、前記変換器は、長手方向の軸に沿って所定の周波数での振動を発生させるように構成された、変換器と、
前記変換器の前記第一の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む第一の共鳴装置部分であって、前記第一の共鳴装置は、第一の超音波伝達導波管を受け入れるように適合された第二の先端を含む、第一の共鳴装置部分と、
前記変換器の前記第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む第二の共鳴装置部分であって、前記第二の共鳴装置は、第二の超音波伝達導波管を受け入れるように適合された第二の先端を含む、第二の共鳴装置部分と、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延びる前記第一の超音波伝達導波管であって、前記第一の共鳴装置部分の前記第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む、第一の超音波伝達導波管と、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延びる前記第二の超音波伝達導波管であって、前記第二の共鳴装置部分の前記第二の先端に連結された第一の先端を含む、第二の超音波伝達導波管と、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延び、前記第一の超音波伝達導波管の第二の先端に連結された第一の超音波先端エフェクターと、
前記長手方向の軸に沿って延び、前記第二の超音波伝達導波管の第二の先端に連結された第二の超音波先端エフェクターと、
変換器筐体と、

前記機器筐体の前記第二の先端に形成された第二の覆いであって、前記第二の先端エフェクターを受け入れる開口部を画定する、第二の覆い、を含む、
機器筐体と、を含み、
前記機器筐体が、前記第二の覆い内に前記第二の先端エフェクターを収容し、前記第一の覆いにより画定される前記開口部を通して前記第一の先端エフェクターを露出させる、第一の位置へ滑動可能であり、
前記機器筐体が、前記第一の覆い内に前記第一の先端エフェクターを収容し、前記第二の覆いにより画定される前記開口部を通して前記第二の先端エフェクターを露出させる、第二の位置へ滑動可能であり、
前記第一および第二の先端エフェクターの一方が組織に接触した際に、他方の先端エフェクターが前記組織と接触した先端エフェクターよりも少ない電力を消費し、少ない熱を発生させる、手術機器。
