Claims (14)
- 対応のニトロ化合物を流動床反応器(1)において接触水素化することによる芳香族アミンの製造方法であって、
ニトロ化合物及び水素を含む気体の反応混合物(7)が、底部から、流動床を形成する粒子状の不均一系触媒を通って上方に向かって流れ、且つ流動床には、流動床を、流動床反応器(1)において水平に配置される複数のセル(5)と、流動床反応器(1)において垂直に配置される複数のセルとに分割するインターナル(4)が設けられ、且つセル(5)が、気体透過性であり、そして垂直方向において、反応器の体積1リットルあたり、1〜100リットル/1時間の範囲にて粒子状不均一系触媒の交換数を保証する開口部を有するセル壁部を有し、且つインターナルが、流動床反応器(1)の垂直方向に相互に平行に配置され、そして折り目(11)の間に、垂直に対して0ではない傾斜角を有する平坦な領域(12)を形成する折り目(11)を有する折り目付き気体透過性金属シート(10)、エキスパンドメタルシート又は織り金網を有する横断条溝充填物として構成され、且つ連続する金属シート(10)、エキスパンドメタルシート又は織り金網における折り目(11)の間の平坦な領域(12)が、同一の傾斜角を有するものの、折り目の間における狭窄部によって垂直方向に区切られるセルを形成するように逆の兆候を伴って有することを特徴とする芳香族アミンの製造方法。 - 芳香族アミンがアニリンであり、そして対応のニトロ化合物がニトロベンゼンである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周期表第1及び/又は第5〜8族の重金属、特に単体の銅、パラジウム、モリブデン、タングステン、ニッケル、及びコバルトの1種以上を含む担持又は非担持触媒が触媒として使用される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 流動床反応器(1)に配置されるセル(5)のセル壁部における開口部が、垂直方向において、反応器の体積1リットルあたり、10〜50リットル/1時間の範囲にて、そして水平方向において、反応器の体積1リットルあたり、1時間当たり10〜50リットル/1時間の範囲にて粒子状不均一系触媒の交換数を保証する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 折り目の間における平坦な領域の垂直に対する傾斜角が、10〜80°の範囲である請求項1に記載の方法。
- インターナル(4)のセル(5)が、放射性トレーサー技術によって測定される100〜5mmの水力直径を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- インターナル(4)のセル(5)が、流動床反応器(1)の垂直方向において放射性トレーサー技術によって測定される100〜3mmの平均高さを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属シート(10)、エキスパンドメタルシート又は織り金網における折り目(11)の間の平坦な領域(12)が、100〜3mmの範囲の折り目高さを有し、そして折り目(11)の間における狭窄部(13)の間隔が、50〜2mmの範囲である請求項1〜5、8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(3)をインターナル(4)に設置する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱交換器(3)が、板又は菅の形で構成される請求項9に記載の方法。
- インターナル(4)が、金属、セラミック、ポリマー又はガラス材料から作製される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- インターナル(4)により、10〜90体積%の流動床をセル(5)に分割する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 気体の反応混合物の流れ方向に対する流動床の下部領域がインターナル(4)を含まない請求項11に記載の方法。
- 流動床をセル(5)に分割するインターナル(4)が、熱交換器(3)の上側に設置される請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
