Claims (5)
- 自動車用の行程容積調節可能なエアコンコンプレッサであって、
シリンダ内を往復運動するピストンの駆動装置を有し、前記ピストンは、調節可能な傾斜角度を有する斜板(1)又は傾斜リング(31)又はスワッシュプレートを含む調節プレートを介して駆動され、前記傾斜角度の位置は、駆動装置内で作用する押圧力、慣性力、及びばね力によって影響される形式のものにおいて、
前記斜板(1)又は前記傾斜リング(31)は、ガイドスリーブ(35)に配置されており、該ガイドスリーブ(35)には、皿ばね(37)が配置されており、該皿ばね(37)は、前記ガイドスリーブ(35)と共に摺動可能であって、
前記皿ばね(37)よりも剛性の低いばね(15)が、前記ガイドスリーブ(35)と、前記皿ばね(37)と、前記ガイドスリーブ(35)をガイドする軸に設けられた段部との間に配置されており、これにより前記ばね(15)の行程が規定されており、
前記軸には、前記皿ばね(37)用のストッパ(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、エアコンコンプレッサ。 - 内燃機関の回転数が低い場合、前記ガイドスリーブ(35)は、前記皿ばね(37)によって、前記ばね(15)を圧縮し、これにより前記傾斜角度が増加する、請求項1記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 内燃機関の回転数が高まると、前記ばね(15)が弛緩されることにより、前記ガイドスリーブ(35)が前記皿ばね(37)と共に移動して、前記傾斜角度が減じられる、請求項1記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 前記皿ばね(37)が前記固定リング(13)に当接した状態で、前記皿ばね(37)の変形により、最小の傾斜角度の方向でばね力が上昇する、請求項1記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 前記ばね(15)は前記皿ばね(37)に向かって実質的に作用しないので、前記皿ばね(37)は、プレロード力を有さない、請求項1記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
