Claims (12)
- 特に自動車のための、行程容積調節可能なエアコンコンプレッサであって、シリンダ内を往復運動するピストンのための駆動装置を有しており、調節可能な傾斜角度を有する斜板(1)又は傾斜リング(31)又はスワッシュプレートのような調節プレートを介して前記ピストンが駆動され、傾斜角度の位置はとりわけ、駆動装置内で作用する押圧力、慣性力、ばね力によって影響される形式のものにおいて、
調節プレートの傾斜角度の位置に関して作用するばね力が、比較的高いばね剛性を有するばね(9,21,37)と、比較的低いばね剛性を有する対向ばね(15)とによって形成されることを特徴とする、エアコンコンプレッサ。 - 比較的高い剛性を有するばね(9,21,37)が傾斜角度を拡大する方向で作用し、比較的低い剛性を有する対向ばね(15)が傾斜角度を縮小する方向で作用する、請求項1記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 比較的高い剛性を有するばね(9,21,37)が、最大の行程ストッパ(11)によって制限された行程を有しており、比較的低い剛性を有する対向ばね(15)は、場合によっては傾斜角度行程の全体にわたって作用する、請求項1又は2記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 内燃機関の停止中かつエアコンの停止中に、比較的高い剛性を有するばね(9,21,37)が最大の行程ストッパ(11)において、調節プレートの傾斜角度のスタート位置を規定する、請求項3記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 比較的高い剛性を有するばね(21)のストッパが、最大行程から最小行程へと移動可能に配置されている、請求項3又は4記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 移動可能な前記ストッパが、移動可能な固定リング(23)及び駆動軸に設けられた旋削部又は長手方向溝(25)によって形成されている、請求項5記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 比較的高い剛性を有するばね(21)がストッパによって、調節プレートの限られた角度範囲でのみ作用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 比較的低い剛性を有する対向ばね(15)が調節プレートの全角度範囲で作用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 調節ディスクの最小の傾斜角度が、0度よりも大きい又は小さい、又は0度と等しい、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 調節ディスクのスタート位置傾斜角度が、最小の傾斜角度よりも大きい、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 比較的高い剛性を有するばね(9,21,37)が、エアコンの運転中に、エアコンコンプレッサの高い回転数範囲でのみ作用し、エアコンの運転停止中に、全ての回転数範囲で作用する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
- 比較的低い剛性を有する対向ばね(15)が、エアコンコンプレッサの全回転数範囲で作用する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のエアコンコンプレッサ。
