Description
該アニオン性ポリマーの水溶液に、N−アセチル化度0−10%の高脱アセチル化キトサンからなるカチオン性ポリマーの水溶液を加えることにより形成することを特徴とする複合成形体の製造方法である。
のではないが、水或いは酸に対する溶解性の点から、40:60〜100:0の範囲であ
ることが好ましい。
(N−アセチル化キトサンの調製(1))
脱アセチル化度100%のキトサンとして、大日精化工業(株)製ダイキトサン100D(VL)を用い、このキトサン10gを10%酢酸190gに溶解し、メタノール1Lで希釈し、攪拌しながら無水酢酸12.68g(2eq.)を加えると、数分でゲル化した。
(N−アセチル化キトサンの調製(2))
脱アセチル化度100%のキトサンとして、大日精化工業(株)製ダイキトサン100D(VL)を用い、このキトサン10gを10%酢酸190gに溶解し、メタノール1Lで希釈し、攪拌しながら無水酢酸3.17g(0.5eq.)を加え、室温で15時間攪拌した。
(キトウロン酸ナトリウム塩の調製)
前記製造例1にて調製したN−アセチル化キトサン10gを蒸留水400gに懸濁し、蒸留水100gにTEMPO0.15g、臭化ナトリウム2.0gを溶解した溶液を加え、5℃以下まで冷却した。
(キトウロン酸カルシウム塩の調製)
和光純薬工業(株)製キチン10gを、45%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液150gに浸漬し、室温以下で2時間攪拌した。
(アミロウロン酸カルシウム塩の調製)
コンスターチ10gを蒸留水400gに加熱溶解させ、冷却した。
(セロウロン酸ナトリウム塩の調製)
再生セルロースとして旭化成工業(株)製ベンリーゼを用い、再生セルロース10gを蒸留水400gに懸濁し、蒸留水100gにTEMPO0.18gと臭化ナトリウム2.5gを溶解した溶液を加え、5℃以下まで冷却した。
次に実施例1の複合成形体について説明する。
市販の高脱アセチル化キトサンを0.2M酢酸水溶液に溶解させ、2%キトサン水溶液100gを調製した。ここに酸化鉄(Fe3O4)の微粉末2gを懸濁分散させた。
市販の高脱アセチル化キトサンを0.2M酢酸水溶液に溶解させ、2%キトサン水溶液100gを調製した。
カーボンブラック顔料10g、エチレングリコール20g、グリセリン5g、界面活性剤15gを混合しポリアリルアミン(分子量100000)の10%水溶液50gに分散させた。
市販の高脱アセチル化キトサンを0.2N−塩酸に溶解させ、2%キトサン水溶液20gを調製した。
実施例4のアニオン性ポリマーを製造例6のセロウロン酸ナトリウムからアルギン酸ナトリウム(1%粘度100から150mPaS)の2%水溶液に変え、キトサン水溶液を滴下した。
更にアルギン酸ナトリウム水溶液を0.5%濃度とし、比較例1と同様にキトサンとのカプセルを形成したが、洗浄時にカプセルが崩れてしまった。
Claims (6)
- アニオン性ポリマーとカチオン性ポリマーとを含有する複合成形体の製造方法であって、該アニオン性ポリマーがセルロース、デンプン、キチンのいずれかの多糖類の酸化により得られたアニオン性ポリマーであり、
該アニオン性ポリマーの水溶液に、N−アセチル化度0−10%の高脱アセチル化キトサンからなるカチオン性ポリマーの水溶液を加えることにより形成することを特徴とする複合成形体の製造方法。 - 前記アニオン性ポリマーが、水に溶解又は分散させた多糖類を水系で、N―オキシル化合物の触媒の存在下、酸化剤を用いて酸化する方法により得られ、かつ、天然多糖類のピラノース環中6位の1級水酸基を選択的に酸化されてなるポリウロン酸またはその塩類であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成形体の製造方法。
- 前記アニオン性ポリマーが、セルロースを酸化したポリウロン酸からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項2のいずれかに記載の複合成形体の製造方法。
- 前記アニオン性ポリマーの水溶液に、前記カチオン性ポリマーの水溶液を加えたあとにpH調整をしないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の複合成形体の製造方法。
- 前記の複合成形体がカプセル形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の複合成形体の製造方法。
- 前記複合成形体内に作用物質を内包し、該作用物質が微生物、細胞、酵素、核酸、蛋白質、磁性体、触媒、顔料、および、染料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の複合成形体の製造方法。
