Claims (8)
- 複数の電池が内蔵されたケースと、
前記複数の電池に設けられた各電極を一単位に連結する電極タブと、
前記複数の電池の信号伝送ラインになるように一側が前記電極タブに連結されたデータワイヤーと、
前記ケースの内部温度信号を検出するサーミスタに一側が接続されて、前記サーミスタによる検出信号を伝送するサーミスターワイヤと、
前記データワイヤーの他側及び前記サーミスタワイヤの他側が連結されるコネクタとを備え、
さらに前記データワイヤーの一側は、前記電極タブにスクリューで締結されるリング端子を備え、
前記ケースの外側面には、所定モジュールの結合溝にスライド自在に挿入されるようにスライドリブが備えられるバッテリーパック。 - 前記コネクタには、該当コントローラに信号を送るためのプラグが結合される請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記データワイヤーが伝送する信号は、前記電池の電圧及び電流信号を含む請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケースに内外部を貫通する通風ホールが形成された請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケースは、互いに分離自在に結合される上部ケース及び下部ケースを備え、前記上下部ケースが所定の位置のみに結合されるようにガイドする定位置結合ガイド機構がさらに備えられた請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記定位置結合ガイド機構は、前記上下部ケースのうちいずれか一側に非対称形状に設けられた結合リブと、その対向側に前記非対称形状の結合リブと型合わせされるように設けられた結合溝とを備えて、定位置のみで前記結合リブと結合溝の正しい結合が行われる請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記結合リブは、前記ケースの一側から他側へ行きつつ、その高さが段々高くなる形状であり、前記結合溝も前記結合リブと型合わせされるように、一側から他側へ行きつつ、その深さが段々深くなる形状である請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記上下部ケースは、スクリューで締結される請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
