Claims (3)
- タービン動翼の外周を取り囲むようにタービンケーシングの内周面に取り付けられる複数個のシュラウドセグメントにより構成され、前記タービンケーシングとの間に環状の冷却流体室を画定するタービンシュラウドであって、
前記シュラウドセグメントは、前記タービン動翼との間のクリアランスを設定するための弧面状のシュラウド本体部と、前記シュラウド本体部の外周面の母線方向に離れた2箇所に前記シュラウド本体部の円弧方向全体に亘って突出形成された鈎形横断面形状の前側フック部と後側フック部とを有し、
前記シュラウドセグメントは、前記シュラウド本体部と前記前側フック部と前記後側フック部とにより前記冷却流体室を画定するための凹溝部を形成していて、前記前側フック部の外周面と前記後側フック部の外周面が前記タービンケーシングのフック係合部の内周面に対向する形態で前記タービンケーシングに取り付けられており、
前記シュラウドセグメントは、前記前側フック部と前記後側フック部の少なくとも何れか一方の外周面と前記タービンケーシングのフック係合部の内周面との間のクリアランスが熱変形前において弧方向中央部より弧方向端部において大きくなる形状に設定されており、
前記前側フック部と前記後側フック部の少なくとも何れか一方における外周面と内周面とが互いに非同心の円弧面により構成されていることを特徴とするタービンシュラウド。 - 前記シュラウドセグメントは、前記前側フック部と前記後側フック部の少なくとも何れか一方における弧方向端部の径方向厚さが同部位の弧方向中央部の径方向厚さより薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンシュラウド。
- 前記前側フック部と前記後側フック部の少なくとも何れか一方の外周面の端部が面取り状の傾斜面になっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタービンシュラウド。
