Description
Claims (18)
- 長手軸を有する細長いハンドル手段(10)と、
投薬されるべき治療薬を受容するための注入口(14)と、
中心軸を有しており、前記注入口(14)から切り離されている、治療薬を投薬するための排出用開口部(21)と、
前記注入口から排出用開口部に向かう治療薬の流量を制御するための流量制御手段とを含む、経口投与で使用される動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段であって、
前記排出用開口部(21)の中心軸と前記細長いハンドル手段(10)の長手軸とが、0°〜45°の角度を形成しており、
前記流量制御手段が流量制御部材(13)を含んでおり、該流量制御部材(13)が、細長いハンドル手段(10)に向かって相対的に移動することによって、治療薬が排出用開口部(21)から流れ出て、
前記投薬手段が、バレル(11)と、細長いハンドル手段と流量制御部材(13)との相対移動によって前記バレル(11)内を往復移動することの可能なプランジャー(12)とを含んでおり、
前記バレル(11)に、注入口(14)と流体連通している注入用ポートと、排出用開口部(21)と流体連通している排出用ポートとが備えられており、
前記バレル(11)の中心軸と前記細長いハンドル手段の長手軸とが、70°〜90°の角度を形成している、動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。 - 排出用開口部(21)の中心軸と細長いハンドル手段(10)の長手軸とが、0°〜35°の角度を形成している、請求項1に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 排出用開口部(21)の中心軸が、細長いハンドル手段(10)の長手軸とほぼ平行となっている、請求項2に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 注入口(14)が、細長いハンドル手段(10)の第1の端部に隣接しているとともに、排出用開口部(21)が、前記細長いハンドル手段(10)の第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部に隣接している、請求項1に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 排出用開口部(21)の中心と細長いハンドル手段(10)の長手軸との間の距離が、10mm〜35mmである、請求項1に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- バレル(11)の中心軸と細長いハンドル手段(10)の長手軸とが、実質的に90°の角度を形成している、請求項1に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 投薬量制御部(39)を含む投薬量制御メカニズムをさらに備えており、
前記投薬量制御部(39)が、動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段によって投薬される用量を調整することの可能な第1の位置と、投薬される用量を調整することのできない第2の位置との間で、移動することが可能となっている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。 - 用量を、回転軸の周囲において投薬量制御部(39)を回転することによって調整することが可能となっているとともに、第1の位置と第2の位置との間における投薬量制御部(39)の移動が、回転軸の方向に平行な移動を含んでいる、請求項7に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 投薬手段が筐体(25)を含んでいるとともに、投薬量制御部(39)が、前記筐体(25)の内部において回転可能となっており、
前記筐体(25)および投薬量制御部(39)の一方に対して、少なくとも1つの突出部材(44)が設けられているとともに、他方に対して複数のグルーブまたはチャネル(46)が設けられており、
前記グルーブまたはチャネル(46)は、投薬量制御部が第2の位置にある場合に、少なくとも1つの突出部材(44)における少なくとも1つを受容するように構成されている、請求項7または8に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。 - 少なくとも1つの突出部材(44)が複数のリブを含んでいる、請求項9に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 複数のグルーブまたはチャネル(46)が、複数の第2のリブの間の隙間によって画定されている、請求項9または10に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 投薬手段が作動されたときに、投薬量制御部(39)がまだ第2の位置にない場合に、前記投薬手段の作動が、前記投薬量制御部(39)を第1の位置から第2の位置に向けて移動する、請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- バルブ本体(52)および閉鎖手段(56)を含む一方向バルブ(15)をさらに備えており、
前記バルブ本体(52)が、前記バルブ本体(52)を通過する少なくとも1つの開口部(53)を有しているとともに、
前記閉鎖手段が、少なくとも1つの開口部(53)を介して第1の方向に流体が流れることを可能とするように構成されている一方、前記少なくとも1つの開口部を介して第1の方向とは逆の第2の方向に流体が流れることを実質的に防止するように構成されており、
前記バルブ本体(52)に、第2の方向に流れている流体を受容するとともに、前記流体の方向を所要の場所に向けるための流路(60)が設けられている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。 - 一方向バルブ(15)の流路(60)が、バルブ本体(52)の周囲に延在している、請求項13に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- バルブ本体(52)が、実質的に円筒形またはフラスト円錐台形の部分を含んでおり、流路(60)が、前記実質的に円筒形またはフラスト円錐台形の部分における半径方向に向き合っている2つの側の間に延在している、請求項13または14に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- バルブ本体(52)にバルブガイドが設けられているとともに、閉鎖手段が、前記バルブガイドに対してスライド可能に係合されているバルブステムおよびバルブヘッドを含んでいる、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 閉鎖手段(56)が、前記バルブヘッド(58)を密閉手段(59)に向けて付勢するための付勢手段を含んでいる、請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
- 流路(60)がチャネルを含んでいる、請求項13から17のいずれか一項に記載の動物用液体治療薬の投薬手段。
