Description
本発明は、一般的に調節ネジに関するものであり、とくに複数の異なるツールによる調節ができるように構成された調節ネジに関するものである。
Claims (13)
- 調節ネジであって、
第一の端部、第二の端部および外側湾曲面を有しているシリンダ形状の本体部分と、
前記シリンダ形状の本体部分の経線方向の軸からズラし、前記第一の端部に設けられている第一の突出部と、
前記シリンダ形状の本体部分の経線方向の軸からズラし、前記第一の突出部と対向させ、第一の端部に設けられている第二の突出部とを備えており、
前記外側湾曲面のうちの少なくとも一部分が、雌ネジ山の切られた開口部と係合するためのネジ山を有しており、
前記第一の突出部および前記第二の突出部の各々が前記シリンダ形状の本体部分を前記経線方向の軸を中心として回すために第一のソケットと係合するように構成されており、
前記第一の突出部および前記第二の突出部が、前記シリンダ形状の本体部分を前記経線方向の軸を中心として回すために前記第一のソケットよりも大きな第二のソケットと係合するように構成されてなる、調節ネジ。 - 前記第一および第二の突出部のそれぞれが対となった突起を含み、かつ、該突起のそれぞれが前記第一のソケットおよび前記第二のソケットのうちの少なくとも一つと係合するための、平面視で斜めの側面を有してなる、請求項1に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記突起のそれぞれが、平面視で平行四辺形を形成する、請求項2に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記第一の突出部と前記第二の突出部との間に設けられ、前記シリンダ形状の部材を前記経線方向の軸を中心として回転させるソケットレンチの伝動部材と直接係合するように構成された矩形状の開口部をさらに備えてなる、請求項3に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記矩形状の開口部が正方形である、請求項4に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記矩形状の開口部が前記経線方向の軸を中心として形成されてなる、請求項5に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記突出部が、前記シリンダ形状の部材を前記経線方向の軸を中心として回転させるネジ回しを受けるためのスロットをそれぞれ対応して形成してなる、請求項6に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記シリンダ形状の本体部分および前記ネジ山が流体レギュレータ調節ネジとして用いられるためのサイズに形成されてなる、請求項1に記載の調節ネジ。
- 流体レギュレータに用いられる調節ネジであって、
前記流体レギュレータのネジ山の切られた開口部と調節可能に係合するための手段と、
第一のサイズの第一のソケットおよびこれと異なる第二サイズの第二のソケットと係合するための手段とを備えており、
前記第一のソケットおよび前記第二のソケットと係合するための手段が、第一の突出部と第二の突出部とを含み、しかも、該第一の突出部と第二の突出部とは平面上間隔をおいて対向して設けられており、かつ、該突出部のそれぞれが対となった突起を含むと共に、該突起の各々が平面視で平行四辺形を形成し、前記第一のソケットおよび前記第二のソケットと係合するため側面を有してなる、調節ネジ。 - 正方形状の伝動部材と直接係合するための手段をさらに備えてなる、請求項9に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記正方形状の伝動部材と係合するための手段が矩形状の開口部を含んでなる、請求項10に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記調節可能に係合するための手段が、前記流体レギュレータの雌ネジ山の切られた開口部と係合するために外面にネジ山の切られたシリンダ形状の本体を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の調節ネジ。
- 前記第一のソケットおよび前記第二のソケットと係合するための手段が、ネジ回しのブレードを受けるための手段を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の調節ネジ。
