近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い制御装置であって、管状部材の近位端と形状付与機構の近位端が当該制御装置の遠位端に解除可能に接続可能であり、管状部材の遠位端の移動をもたらすために形状付与機構の遠位端の移動を制御するために当該制御装置の長手方向軸線に沿って移動可能であるアクチュエータを備える、前記制御装置とを含む、モジュール式カテーテルが提供される。

本体と、本体上に移動自在に配置されたアクチュエータとを含んでおり、かつ、近位端と遠位端とを有する制御装置であって、管状部材の近位端と形状付与機構の近位端が当該制御装置の遠位端に解除可能に接続可能であり、形状付与機構の近位端が、アクチュエータに解除可能に接続可能な第1固定構成体と、本体に解除可能に接続可能な第2固定構成体とを備えている、前記制御装置とを含む、モジュール式カテーテルが提供される。
Claims (9)
- 近位端と閉じた遠位端とを有する細長い管状部材であって、前記近位端から前記遠位端にルーメンが延び、複数の電極が前記遠位端にまたは前記遠位端付近に配置されており、前記電極の導体が管状部材の壁内に収容されている、前記管状部材と、
細長い形状付与機構であって、当該形状付与機構の遠位端が前記管状部材の前記遠位端とほぼ一致するような状態で前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内に取外し可能に受容されている前記形状付与機構と、
近位端と遠位端とを有する制御装置であって、前記管状部材の前記近位端と前記形状付与機構の近位端が当該制御装置の前記遠位端に解除可能に接続可能となっている、前記制御装置とを含み、
前記形状付与機構の前記近位端が、前記制御装置との解除可能な機械的接続を実施するための連結機構を有しており、
前記連結機構は、前記制御装置の本体に解除可能に接続可能な第1固定構成体と、前記制御装置の操作要素に解除可能に接続可能な第2固定構成体とを有しており、前記第1固定構成体と前記第2固定構成体とが互いに移動することによって、前記形状付与機構の前記遠位端の横移動が生じ、そのため前記細長い管状部材の前記遠位端の横移動が生じるようになっている、モジュール式カテーテル。 - 前記形状付与機構が、前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内でとまりばめ(snug fit)となるよう前記管状部材の前記ルーメンの直径とほぼ近似する外径を有する、請求項1に記載のモジュール式カテーテル。
- 前記形状付与機構が、前記管状部材の前記遠位端の操縦を実行するための操縦機構を備える、請求項2に記載のモジュール式カテーテル。
- 前記管状部材の前記近位端が、前記制御装置の対応するコネクタに接続するためのコネクタを備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式カテーテル。
- 前記操作要素が、前記制御装置の本体に対する直線相対移動が可能なアクチュエータである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式カテーテル。
- 前記制御装置用の使捨てカバー部材を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式カテーテル。
- 前記形状付与機構が、前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内に受容されるスタイレットである、請求項1または2に記載のモジュール式カテーテル。
- 近位端と閉じた遠位端とを有する細長い管状部材であって、前記近位端から前記遠位端へルーメンが延びており、複数の電極が前記遠位端にまたは前記遠位端付近に配置されており、前記電極の導体が管状部材の壁内に収容されている、前記管状部材と、
細長い形状付与機構であって、当該形状付与機構の遠位端が前記管状部材の前記遠位端とほぼ一致するような状態で前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内に取外し可能に受容される前記形状付与機構と、
近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い制御装置であって、前記管状部材の前記近位端と前記形状付与機構の近位端が当該制御装置の前記遠位端に解除可能に接続可能であり、前記形状付与機構、前記管状部材、及び、前記制御装置は、それぞれ互いに解除可能に接続可能となっており、前記管状部材の前記遠位端の移動をもたらすために前記形状付与機構の前記遠位端の移動を制御するために当該制御装置の長手方向軸線に沿って移動可能であるアクチュエータをさらに備える前記制御装置とを含む、モジュール式カテーテル。 - 近位端と閉じた遠位端とを有する細長い管状部材であって、前記近位端から前記遠位端へルーメンが延びており、複数の電極が前記遠位端にまたは前記遠位端付近に配置されており、前記電極の導体が管状部材の壁内に収容されている、前記管状部材と、
細長い形状付与機構であって、当該形状付与機構の遠位端が前記管状部材の前記遠位端とほぼ一致するような状態で前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内に取外し可能に受容される前記形状付与機構と、
本体と、前記本体上に移動可能に配置されたアクチュエータとをさらに含んでおり、かつ、近位端と遠位端とを有する制御装置であって、前記管状部材の前記近位端と前記形状付与機構の近位端が当該制御装置の前記遠位端に解除可能に接続可能であり、前記形状付与機構、前記管状部材、及び、前記制御装置は、それぞれ互いに解除可能に接続可能となっており、前記形状付与機構の近位端が、前記アクチュエータに解除可能に接続可能な第1固定構成体と、前記本体に解除可能に接続可能な第2固定構成体とを備えている、前記制御装置とを含む、モジュール式カテーテル。
