Claims (8)
- 血管閉塞コイルの少なくとも一部を成形するための巻き取りマンドレルであって、
それぞれが複数の平坦な側面を有する第1および第2の球形の本体であって、それぞれが第1および第2の球形の本体に接続された複数の円柱ポストを有しており、前記第1の本体に接続された複数の円柱ポストが第1の本体を通る直交するx軸およびy軸と位置合わせされ、前記第2の本体に接続された複数の円柱ポストが第2の本体を通る直交するx軸およびy軸と位置合わせされた、第1および第2の球形の本体と、
前記第1および第2の球形の本体の一方に接続された前部円柱ポストと、
前記第1および第2の球形の本体の他方に接続された後部円柱ポストと、
を備え、
前記第1および第2の球形の本体は、互いに対する角度がオフセットされるように構成されていることを特徴とする巻き取りマンドレル。 - 前記第1の本体の複数の平坦な側面の一つが、前記第2の本体の複数の平坦な側面の一つに接続され、前記円柱ポストは前記複数の平坦な側面の残りにそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻き取りマンドレル。
- 前記第1および第2の球形の本体の前記複数の円柱ポストは、互いに対して角度がオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の巻き取りマンドレル。
- 前記円柱ポストは、本体の直径よりもわずかに小さい直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の巻き取りマンドレル。
- 前部円柱ポストおよび後部円柱ポストの一方が、他方に対して実質的に細長く成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の巻き取りマンドレル。
- 前記第1および第2の本体の間に延び両者を接続する中央移行ポストと、
前記中央移行ポストに接続され該ポストから直角に延びる少なくとも一つの中央円柱巻き取りポストと、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の巻き取りマンドレル。 - 前記第1および第2の球形の本体のそれぞれが第1および第2の球形の本体に接続された四本の円柱ポストを有し、前記第1および第2の球形の本体がそれぞれ複数の平坦な側面を有し、前記円柱ポストがそれぞれ前記平坦な側面に接続され、前記第1および第2の球形の本体の前記円柱ポストの互いに対する角度がオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の巻き取りマンドレル。
- 前記少なくとも一つの中央円柱巻き取りポストは、前記中央移行ポストに接続され該ポストから直角に延びる第1および第2の中央円柱巻き取りポストからなることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の巻き取りマンドレル。
