Claims (2)
- 有機溶液用容器と、吸気弁と、および多層有機オプトエレクトロニックスを作るための多層ポリマ薄膜を形成するための加熱器と、を有する溶液膜製造装置(溶液流延装置)であって、
前記有機分子容器は、放置空間、すき間、及び空気孔を有する上蓋からなる殻体を含み、
前記吸気弁は、前記有機溶液用容器の上蓋の空気孔上に設置され、前記すき間を通して流出する有機溶液用溶液の量を調節するため、前記空気孔を通して前記殻体の放置空間へ浸入する空気流を提供し、
前記加熱器は、前記有機溶液用容器の片側に設置され、湿った前記薄膜内の溶液の蒸発速度と前記薄膜の形成速度とを加速させる、溶液膜製造装置。 - 多層有機オプトエレクトロニクスは、薄い有機発光デバイス、有機トランジスタ、有機太陽電池、および有機半導体光検出器からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の装置。
