Claims (5)
- 双極高周波を使用する心臓不整脈の経皮経カテーテルアブレーション用のカテーテルであって、可撓性ケーブル(1)であって、前記可撓性ケーブル(1)と同軸でありかつその内部にある引っ張りワイヤ(3)を操作するプランジャ(8)を有するハンドル(2)を備える端部(4.1)を有する可撓性ケーブル(1)からなり、(4.1)の反対端部(4.2)が洗浄のための穴(9)と情報がそれにより収集(感知)される極(6.1)、(6.2)とをさらに有するカテーテルにおいて、一方が陰極であり他方が陽極である2つの極(5.1)、(5.2)であり、前記カテーテルの外面のどこでもいかようにでも配置され、それにより遠位電極(5.1)から近位電極(5.2)に進む損傷波を作り出す双極高周波が発生するようになる2つの極を特徴とし、
前記極(6.1)及び前記極(6.2)がそれぞれ、前記極(5.1)及び前記極(5.2)と電気双極子を形成するアブレーション用のカテーテル。 - 1つの方法において、前記2つの極(5.1)、(5.2)が両方とも前記カテーテルの前記可撓性ケーブル(1)の外側面上に前記端部(4.2)に沿って互いに並んで配置され、したがって前記高周波が電極(5.1)から電極(5.2)に分配されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアブレーション用のカテーテル。
- 他の方法において、カテーテルが先端部に配置される中央陰極(5.1)と前記可撓性ワイヤの前記端部(4.2)の横方向に配置される4つの陽極(5.2)を使用し、前記引っ張りワイヤ(3)を引き戻すと互いに直角に交わる4つの横方向ウィング(7)が起こされ、各ウィングが前記陽極(5.2)のうちの1つと感知のための1つの電極(6.1)を有し、前記電極(5.2)のそれぞれが互いに独立して前記中央電極(5.1)と回路を閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアブレーション用のカテーテル。
- 前記高周波が、電極(5.1)、(5.2) の一対によって、または複数対によって同時に分配されてよく、分配電極対の選択が外部スイッチボックスを介して実行され得ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアブレーション用のカテーテル。
- 最後の方法において、前記カテーテルが、その先端部の外側面に配置される前記湾曲分配電極を有し、前記電極が、前記カテーテルの内部で交互に配置される2つの陰極(5.2)と2つの陽極(5.1)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアブレーション用カテーテル。
