Description
図1を参照すると、本発明の実施例1では、複合材料体100を提供する。前記複合材料体100は、少なくとも一つのCNT(Carbon Nanotube,カーボンナノチューブ)カプセル110及び繊維120を備える。前記少なくとも一つのCNTカプセル110は、前記繊維120の外表面に接合されている。更に、前記少なくとも一つのCNTカプセル110は、それぞれ化学結合によって前記繊維120の外表面に接合されている。前記化学結合は、共有結合であることができる。

Claims (2)
- 少なくとも一つの第二官能基を有する繊維及び前記繊維の側壁に接合された少なくとも一つのCNTカプセルを備える複合材料体であって、
前記CNTカプセルは、少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブ及びシェルを備え、前記シェルは、前記少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブを包み、
前記シェルは、前記第二官能基と化学結合を生成できる少なくとも一つの第一官能基を有するポリマー材料からなることを特徴とする複合材料体。 - 第一ポリマー単量体と、第二ポリマー単量体と、少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブと、第一反応媒体と、第二反応媒体と、を提供する第一ステップと、
前記第一ポリマー単量体及び前記少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブを、前記第一反応媒体の中に分散させ、重合反応によって前記第一ポリマー単量体で前記少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブを包んで、第一層シェルを形成する第二ステップと、
前記第一層シェルに包まれたカーボンナノチューブを、前記第一反応媒体から分離する第三ステップと、
前記第二ポリマー単量体及び前記第一層シェルに包まれたカーボンナノチューブを、前記第二反応媒体の中に分散させ、重合反応によって前記第二ポリマー単量体で前記第一層シェルの外表面を被覆して、第二層シェルを形成する第四ステップと、
前記第二層シェル及び第一層シェルに包まれたカーボンナノチューブを、前記第二反応媒体から分離し、乾燥して第一官能基を有するCNTカプセルを形成する第五ステップと、
複数の第二官能基を有する繊維を提供する第六ステップと、
前記CNTカプセルの第一官能基と前記繊維の第二官能基との間に化学結合を生成して、前記CNTカプセルを前記繊維に接合する第七ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする複合材料体の製造方法。
