Description
そこで伝熱外管の上面側に飛灰等が堆積すると、その部分における伝熱性が阻害され熱効率が低下する。また、伝熱外管の上面側と下面側との周方向において温度差が生じ、その温度差に起因して伝熱外管に熱応力、例えば引張応力が加わることから、伝熱外管が亀裂等の損傷を受け易くなる。

Claims (3)
- 高温ガスに接触する一端封じのセラミック製伝熱外管と該外管の内部に配置され被加熱流体が流通する金属製伝熱内管とを備えるシングルエンド型熱交換器を高温ガスが流通する炉体内に挿入した熱交換装置において、前記熱交換器を該炉体の炉壁から炉体内側に向け斜め上方に配設したことを特徴とする熱交換装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、炉壁から炉体内側に向けて20°〜40°の角度で斜め上方に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された熱交換装置。
- 前記炉壁は、鉄皮及び内張り耐火物からなり、該炉壁の一部には開口部を設け、金属製フランジによる傾斜面部と少なくとも前記耐火物の開口部上部が傾斜面を有し、前記伝熱内管が炉壁から内部に向けて斜め上方に配設されおり、かつ、一端封じの前記伝熱外管において、一方の他端の開口部にはフランジ部を有し、該フランジ部と前記鉄皮による傾斜面部とを当接させ、更に、前記伝熱外管の外側からセラミック製リングが挿入され前記フランジ部に当接され固定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された熱交換装置。
