Description
本発明は、その調整部材が圧電アクチュエータとして構成されている、燃料噴射弁のバルブニードルのニードル弁閉鎖を検出するための方法に関するものである。この場合バルブニードルは圧電アクチュエータによって駆動制御される。ここでは、圧電アクチュエータに印加される電圧信号が測定され、この信号の経過からニードル弁閉鎖が検出される。
本発明は、実施形態に基づいて図面に概略的に示されており、以下の明細書ではこれらの図面に基づいて詳細に説明していく。
Claims (10)
- 圧電アクチュエータ(82)によって駆動されるニードル弁(88)のニードル弁閉鎖を検出するための方法であって、
圧電アクチュエータ(82)に印加される電圧の信号を測定し、前記信号に自乗処理及び加算処理を施し、ニードル弁閉鎖が信号の特性経過(26,32,56,58,60,62)から検出されるようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 信号の特性経過(26,32,56,58,60,62)が、ニードル弁閉鎖を示唆する特徴部分を有しているか否かが検査される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 圧電アクチュエータが作動中に駆動制御され、この場合信号の特性経過(26,32,56,58,60,62)が、当該方法の実施の際に、圧電アクチュエータ(58)で実施された駆動制御による領域において、電圧が0Vの値まで低下した後で検査される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 信号の経過特性(26,32,56,58,60,62)において、閉鎖されるニードル弁(88)によって引き起こされる、固体伝播音が検出される、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- ニードル弁(88)がノズル(86)内に配設され、圧電アクチュエータ(82)から少なくとも1つの弁要素(92)を介して駆動制御される、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記信号に対して、カットオフ周波数を備えたバンドパスフィルタリングが使用され、信号の所定の周波数がフィルタリング処理される、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- ニードル弁閉鎖の時点が定められる、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 圧電アクチュエータ(82)によって駆動制御されるニードル弁(88)のニードル弁閉鎖の検出のための装置であって、
前記装置(80)が、圧電アクチュエータ(82)に印加された電圧の信号を測定し、前記信号に自乗処理及び加算処理を施し、ニードル弁閉鎖を信号の経過(26,32,56,58,60,62)から検出するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - コンピュータ上で若しくは相応の計算ユニット上でコンピュータプログラムが請求項8による装置中で実施される、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法の全てのステップを実施するための、プログラムコードを備えたコンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータ上で若しくは相応の計算ユニット上でコンピュータプログラムが請求項8による装置中で実施される、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法の全てのステップを実施するための、コンピュータで読み出し可能なデータ担体に記憶される、プログラムコードを備えたコンピュータプログラム。
