Abstract
Description
The present invention makes it easy to dispose of a laminate constituting a paper container with a release layer so that it can be easily separated into an outer surface portion mainly made of paper and an inner surface portion mainly made of plastic, and the resources are recycled. The present invention relates to a liquid paper container that is easy to use.
Recently, environmental protection has been screamed, and the reuse of packaging materials has become a hot topic. Recycling activities have been promoted for paper containers for milk packaging made of polyethylene / paper / polyethylene laminates, as well as for paper-belt type paper containers. Has been carried out and has been effectively used by reusing resources.
However, the paper-belt type paper container used for packaging of alcohol, wine, coffee, etc. is a paper container with excellent gas barrier properties for reasons such as protection of contents, distribution means, and prolonged distribution period. A laminate in which a gas barrier layer is laminated on the content side of the paper layer, for example, a laminate comprising a polyethylene layer / paper layer / adhesive resin layer / aluminum foil / adhesive layer / polyethylene terephthalate layer / polyethylene layer Is commonly used.
However, although the paper container comprising the laminate having the above-described structure can obtain a stable gas barrier property, the paper layer and the gas barrier layer are firmly bonded to each other, and the paper layer and the gas barrier layer can be easily bonded. In other words, the paper layer cannot be peeled off and cannot be reused as paper recycling.
Therefore, as a solution to this type of problem, a water-soluble resin layer is provided between the paper layer and the gas barrier layer, and the water-soluble resin layer is dissolved to separate the main part of the paper and the other parts. Proposed a liquid paper container (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2), and an alkali-soluble resin layer is provided between the paper layer and the gas barrier layer. There has been proposed a liquid paper container which is separated into a main part and other parts (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
The present invention provides a paper-based portion that is easily handled with fingers or the like, that is, an outer surface portion including at least a thermoplastic resin layer, a paper layer, and an adhesive resin layer, and other portions, that is, a gas barrier layer and a thermoplastic resin layer.
As shown in FIG. 4, the procedure for dismantling the bottom part of the paper-belt type paper container by peeling the part where the surfaces of the bottom

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples.
A low-density polyethylene film (hereinafter referred to as 60 μm thick) with a urethane adhesive on the other surface of a 12 μm-thick biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (hereinafter referred to as PET) having an aluminum deposited layer on one surface. A laminated film having a laminated structure (referred to as LDPE) was produced. Next, resin inks A, B, and C having composition 1 shown in Table 1 are used on the aluminum vapor deposition layer surface of the laminated film, and the first release layer is formed with resin ink A using a gravure plate having a depth of 30 μm. The intermediate release body in which the second release layer was formed with resin ink B and the third release layer with resin ink C was solid-printed in this order to form a release layer having a three-layer structure.
