Claims (23)
- 包装ユニット(1)の金属製外側ケーシング(11)によって包囲され、無線周波数識別に役立つ少なくとも1つのRFIDチップ(30)を有する装置であって、前記チップは、スイッチング回路(32)と、アンテナ構造体(31)とを有し、前記RFIDチップは、送信信号(42)を送信すると共に/或いは前記RFIDチップ(30)からの応答信号(43)を受信する送信/受信ユニット(41)を更に有し、前記応答信号(43)は、前記送信/受信ユニット(41)に接続された評価ユニット(44)によって評価可能であり、前記RFIDチップ(30)は、前記金属製外側ケーシング(11)の導電率及びその厚さによって定められたブロッキング周波数(54)の範囲よりも低い周波数帯(50)に属する動作周波数を有する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)は、20〜500kHzの動作周波数LF‐RFID(55)又は3〜30MHzの動作周波数HF‐RFID(56)を有する、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)は、前記RFIDチップ(30)の前記応答信号(43)に影響を及ぼすセンサを有する、
請求項1又は2記載の装置。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)の前記センサは、キャパシタ構造体(33)として構成され、前記キャパシタ構造体(33)のキャパシタンス又はキャパシタンスの変化は、前記評価ユニット(44)と関連した測定装置(40)により評価できる前記RFIDチップ(30)からの前記応答信号(43)を修正する、
請求項3記載の装置。 - 前記キャパシタ構造体(33)は、誘電体から成り、前記誘電体の比誘電率εは、相対湿度(RH)又はガス濃度に依存する、
請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記測定装置(40)は、前記応答信号(43)を評価するために、測定増幅器及び可同調キャパシタンス測定ブリッジを有する、
請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記金属製外側ケーシング(11)は、アルミニウムフィルム又は少なくとも1つのアルミニウム層及びプラスチック又は紙の少なくとも1つの他の層から成る複合材フィルムで構成されている、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記金属製外側ケーシング(11)は、厚さが10〜50μmのアルミニウムフィルム又はアルミニウム層を有する、

請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)は、前記外側包装材(10)の内部で別個のプラスチックカードに取り付けられている、
請求項9記載の装置。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)は、前記外側包装材(10)の内部で前記外側ケーシング(10)の内側に取り付けられている、
請求項9記載の装置。 - 前記外側包装材(10)は、前記RFIDチップ(30)が取り付けられた少なくとも1つのブリスタカード(20)を有する、
請求項9記載の装置。 - 前記金属製外側ケーシング(11)は、ブリスタカード(20)のアルミニウム複合材カバーフィルムの一部であり、前記RFIDチップ(30)は、前記ブリスタカード(20)上に設けられ又は前記ブリスタカード(20)に設けられたキャビティ(21)の内側に設けられ、前記アルミニウム複合材カバーフィルムで覆われている、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)は、前記キャビティ(21)内に設けられた別個のプラスチックカードに取り付けられている、
請求項13記載の装置。 - 前記包装ユニットが、医薬製品用に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 無線周波数識別に役立つRFIDチップ(30)を備えた包装ユニットの内容物及び/又は状態を識別する方法であって、
前記RFIDチップ(30)が、スイッチング回路(32)及びアンテナ構造体(31)を有し、送信/受信ユニット(41)が、送信信号(42)を送信すると共に/或いは前記RFIDチップ(30)からの応答信号(43)を受信し、前記応答信号(43)が、前記送信/受信ユニット(41)に接続されている評価ユニット(44)によって評価される方法において、
前記包装ユニット(1)の一部としての金属製外側ケーシング(11)によって包囲され又は覆われた前記RFIDチップ(30)を前記金属製外側ケーシング(11)の導電率及びその厚さによって定められたブロッキング周波数(54)の範囲よりも低い周波数帯(50)に属する動作周波数で動作させる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)は、20〜500kHzの動作周波数LF‐RFID(55)又は3〜30MHzの動作周波数HF‐RFID(56)を有する、
請求項16記載の方法。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)の前記応答信号(43)に、そのコード化及び/又は応答周波数に関して、前記RFIDチップ(30)に接続され又は前記RFIDチップ(30)に組み込まれたセンサによって影響を及ぼし、前記応答信号を前記送信/受信ユニット(41)によって受信して評価する、
請求項16又は17記載の方法。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)の前記応答信号(43)にその周波数について、前記RFIDチップ(30)に接続され又はこの中に組み込まれたキャパシタ構造体(33)によって影響を及ぼし、前記キャパシタ構造体(33)の比誘電率εに相対湿度(RH)又はガス濃度によって影響を及ぼし、前記比誘電率を前記送信/受信ユニット(41)の前記評価ユニット(44)の測定装置(40)によって受信して評価する、
請求項16ないし18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記RFIDチップ(30)の前記応答信号(43)を前記測定装置(40)内に設けられた測定増幅器によって増幅し、前記RFIDチップ(30)の前記キャパシタ構造体(33)のキャパシタンスを前記測定装置(40)内に設けられた可同調キャパシタンス測定ブリッジにより前記キャパシタンス測定ブリッジ内の基準キャパシタンスとの比較によって求める、
請求項19記載の方法。 - 前記センサ又は前記キャパシタ構造体(33)を備えた前記RFIDチップ(30)を前記包装ユニット(1)内に実装する前に、較正を実施する、
請求項16ないし20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記較正のため、前記キャパシタ構造体(33)を備えた前記RFIDチップ(30)に、動的蒸気吸収尺度における規定された温度で特定の湿度レベルの影響を及ぼし、前記RFIDチップ(30)からの前記応答信号(43)を互いに異なる湿度レベルで前記測定装置(40)により測定し、この結果から、湿度に依存する固有の周波数を求める、
