Claims (9)
- ガスタービン(12)から排熱回収ボイラシステム(32)に至る排気ガス(34)の経路内で動作するよう構成された可変形状分流装置(82、84)であって、
一次排気経路(86)内に前記排気ガス(34)を流入させ、この時の流量を制限するよう構成された一次分流装置(82)と、
二次排気経路(88)内に前記排気ガス(34)を流入させ、この時の流量を制限するよう構成された二次分流装置(84)と、
を有する可変形状分流装置(82、84)と、
前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)を少なくとも1つの燃料原料(104)と混合して、前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)を燃焼させ、その結果加熱されたガス(106)を半径方向内側に前記一次排気経路(86)内に再噴射するよう構成された燃焼システム(98)と、
を有するシステム(76、108)。 - 前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)を、前記燃焼システム(98)を介して送るよう構成されたブロワ(96)を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの燃料原料(104)と前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)との化学量論的流量比に基づいて、前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)の流量及び組成を制御するよう構成された制御装置(92)を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記可変形状分流装置(82、84)を作動させることにより、前記制御装置(92)が、前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)の流量及び組成を制御するように構成された、請求項3に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記制御装置(92)が、前記燃焼システム(98)からの排気に基づいて、前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)の流量及び組成を制御するよう構成された、請求項3に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)中に空気(94)を添加するよう構成された補助空気噴射器を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記二次排気経路(88)内の前記排気ガス(34)中に加熱空気又はその他の酸化剤を添加するよう構成された加熱空気又は加熱酸化剤システム(100)を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記可変形状分流装置(82、84)が、ルーバ付き分流ダンパ、収束/拡散ノズル機構又はこれらを組み合わせたものから成る、請求項1に記載のシステム(76、108)。
- 前記ガスタービン(12)と前記排熱回収ボイラシステム(32)との間で、ダクト(66、80)内に取り付けられるよう構成されたモジュール式装置であって、
前記可変形状分流装置(82、84)、前記一次排気経路(86)、前記二次排気経路(88)、前記燃焼システム(98)又はこれらを組み合わせたものからなるモジュール式装置を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム(76、108)。
