Description

少なくとも一つの薄膜を含む永続性コーティングを少なくとも一方の面に備えた基材を含む材料を得る方法であって、以下の工程を含む方法:
前記永続性コーティングを前記基材の少なくとも一方の面上に堆積する工程;次に
一時的コーティングを前記永続性コーティング上に直接堆積する工程であって、前記一時的コーティングが、基材に最も近い層として、溶媒に可溶な少なくとも一つの薄膜であって少なくとも1つの機能層が上に配置された薄膜を含む、工程;次に
このようにコートされた基材を熱処理にかける工程;次に
前記コートされた基材を前記溶媒で処理して、前記基材の表面から前記一時的コーティングを除去する工程。
(2)
前記基材が、ガラスシート又はガラス−セラミックシートである、項目1に記載の方法。
(3)
前記永続性コーティングが、透明な導電性酸化物、銀、及び酸化チタンから選択される材料を主成分とする少なくとも一つの薄膜を含む、項目1または2に記載の方法。
(4)
前記溶媒が水系である、項目1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(5)
前記水溶性薄膜が、金属ハロゲン化物及び金属硫酸塩から選択される材料を主成分とする、項目4に記載の方法。
(6)
少なくとも1つの機能層が、酸化保護層、又は放射線吸収層、特に赤外線吸収層である、項目1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(7)
前記永続性コーティングの少なくとも一つの薄膜の結晶化を改善することを意図する前記熱処理が、焼戻し、焼鈍、及び急速焼鈍処理から選択される、項目1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(8)
前記急速焼鈍処理を、レーザー放射線、特に赤外線を使用して実施する項目7に記載の方法であって、前記機能層が前記レーザー放射線を吸収する層である、方法。
(9)
少なくとも一方の面に永続性コーティングを備えた基材を含む材料であって、一時的コーティングが前記永続性コーティング上に直接配置され、前記一時的コーティングが、基材に最も近い層として、少なくとも一つの溶媒に可溶な薄膜であって少なくとも1つの機能層が上に配置された薄膜を含む、材料。
(10)
前記溶媒に可溶な薄膜が水溶性である、項目9に記載の材料。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つの薄膜を含む永続性コーティングを少なくとも一方の面に備えた基材を含む材料を得る方法であって、
前記永続性コーティングを前記基材の少なくとも一方の面上に堆積する工程;次に
一時的コーティングを前記永続性コーティング上に直接堆積する工程であって、前記一時的コーティングが、基材に最も近い層として、溶媒に可溶な少なくとも一つの薄膜であって少なくとも1つの機能層が上に配置された薄膜を含む、工程;次に
このようにコートされた基材を熱処理にかける工程;次に
前記コートされた基材を前記溶媒で処理して、前記基材の表面から前記一時的コーティングを除去する工程、
を含み、
前記熱処理が、前記永続性コーティングの少なくとも一つの薄膜の結晶化を改善することを意図しており、焼戻し、焼鈍、及び急速焼鈍処理から選択される、
方法。 - 前記基材が、ガラスシート又はガラス−セラミックシートである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記永続性コーティングが、透明な導電性酸化物、銀、及び酸化チタンから選択される材料を主成分とする少なくとも一つの薄膜を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が水系である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶性薄膜が、金属ハロゲン化物及び金属硫酸塩から選択される材料を主成分とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの機能層が、酸化保護層、又は放射線吸収層、特に赤外線吸収層である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記急速焼鈍処理を、レーザー放射線、特に赤外線を使用して実施する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記機能層が前記レーザー放射線を吸収する層である、方法。
