処理される廃棄物の上流に直接導入するか、または
処理される廃棄物上方のガス冷却系を介するか、あるいは
これを分割して、1つの部分流は廃棄物中に導き、また
他の部分流は廃棄物上流に導入するか
いずれかにより通すことによって、回路内に再導入することができる。
それぞれDE10354063またはPCT/EP2004/013034に記載されている通りにストリッピング工程を実施している。4.8g/lのアンモニウム含量を有する糞尿排液250l(すなわちアンモニウム合計1.2kg)を、ストリッピング槽(1)に供給し、ストリッピング工程にかける。3.5kgの純粋硫酸カルシウムCaSO4含有FGD石膏水性懸濁液を、受入れ槽(2)中に供給する。ストリッピング工程において、アンモニウム量900gに相当するアンモニア850gを放散除去し、また石膏と反応させて硫酸アンモニウム3.3kgおよび石灰肥料2.5kgとする(炭酸カルシウムCaCO3に対して計算)。これは、槽(1)に供給したアンモニウム態窒素の75%のストリッピング度を意味する。

Claims (10)
- 鉱物質添加剤を使用した熱処理により、リン酸塩を除去し、有機廃棄物を衛生化し、排出物質を低減させるための、液相における有機性廃棄物から窒素肥料を製造する方法であって、
前記廃棄物を40℃〜90℃の温度に負圧下で加熱し、流出する二酸化炭素およびアンモニア含有ガスを冷却して、それぞれカルシウム含有鉱物質−水性懸濁液に導入し、および/または当該懸濁液と接触させ、こうして生成された窒素肥料を取り出し、吸収されなかった二酸化炭素を含有する過剰のガスを回路内に導き、工程の最初に真空ポンプによって発生させた負圧は自生的に保持され、吸収されなかった二酸化炭素を含有する過剰のガスを、ガス冷却系を経由して処理すべき廃棄物の上流に直接通すか、あるいはこれを分割して、1つの部分流は廃棄物中を通過させ、他の部分流は廃棄物上流に通すかのいずれかによって、回路内に戻す方法であって、
リン酸塩を除去するため、受入れ槽内にて形成され、固相および液相に存在する肥料生成物を、液体部分および湿潤固体部分に分離し、炭酸カルシウムを含む前記湿潤固体部分の全部もしくは一部をストリッピング槽に戻し、液体部分を冷却すること、ならびに/または前記湿潤固体部分を、そのカリウム濃度を抑えるために、少なくとも1種の硫酸塩含有化合物と混合し、この方法で得られた沈殿を分離して、前記沈殿および残留する液体生成物の両方を得ることを特徴とする、方法。 - 熱処理の前に固形分含量を減少させることにより、液体廃棄物の粘度を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固形分を分離することにより、液体廃棄物の粘度が<20mPa.sまで低下されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ストリッピング槽に戻る生成物に塩基性鉱物質粗粉0.01〜0.5重量パーセントを添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- カリウム含量を抑えるために、ストリッピング槽に全部または一部戻される湿潤固体部分に、少なくとも1種の硫酸塩含有化合物が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の硫酸塩含有化合物が、少なくとも1種の硫酸塩含有化合物のカルシウムの、前記廃棄物中のカリウムに対するモル比が0.5〜3の範囲内にあるように添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の硫酸塩含有化合物が、少なくとも1種の硫酸塩含有化合物のカルシウムの、前記廃棄物中のカリウムに対するモル比が1〜2の範囲内にあるように添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 硫酸塩含有化合物が石膏であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 窒素およびリン化合物を除去した残りの液体生成物を、二酸化炭素含有ガスで処理することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ストリッピングした僅かにアルカリ性の廃液中に含まれる固形分を分離すること、残留している液体生成物を、二酸化炭素含有ガスでpH値<8に達するまで処理すること、ならびに上流に発酵工程が存在する場合、こうして処理した廃液の全部または一部を、発酵工程に戻すことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
